Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Used for stop before flying from Bengaluru. Great location and very friendly staff. Food was ideal for an English couple as can be spiced as much or little as required. The hotel accept international credit cards which is very useful for travellers.
The location is not very exciting and has little around to see but is ideal for travel to or from the airport

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Room was clean, with clean linen. 2 bottles of fresh water. Breakfast was simple and nice. More suited for Indians .
Location - about 20 minutes out from airport. Room toilet was running/leaking. A bit noisy in the room, from outside hallway music. TV wasn't working only streaming - really bad low budget flims. Nothing to do around the area. Price high for this hotel.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Right from entering the hotel to leaving I had a five-star experience. Staff, especially the two Muhammad's, are brilliant. I was given a complimentary upgrade. This aside, the customer service, food, service with a smile, was truly outstanding. Dare I say better than a 5-star hotel.
The room door would not lock because of a technical glitch with the system. This is not a criticism at all. No fault of their own. Still, they were accommodating and apologised for the inconvenience. I left my door unlocked. I had entire trust and faith in the staff. They are amazing people.
