Maitria Hotel Rama 9 Bangkok - A Chatrium Collection

The smiling faces and interaction with the staff Always helpful and trying to please.

Great tv channel selection but very littwith English. Netflix would be good.

Goed zwembad, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede fitness.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms

Location is a bit far from town

The location, far from any metro and sky train station, any move to the city center require about one hour by car including waiting for the driver

Overall,the staff,the place smells so good,the room,the location,the food,theres a complimentary softdrinks in the fridge

The room is clean, the breakfast was so good and staff are very kind and accommodating.

Limited hanging storage for clothes, no wardrobe

Everything! From the staff to the location.

Super

Maitra Hotel was an amazing experience, the staff are EXCEPTIONAL! The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was incredible and had so many options! Would HIGHLY recomment.

Great staff, very clean and the location is very quiet while still being close to everything. 7-11 across the street was a big help.

Looked exactly like the pictures. Services was excellent and check in was smooth

It was a Best in Class Service across 👏 every person we met during our stay ❤️. The logo of SMILE was all around the Hotel. Felt happy like a home during my stay. Thanks for making my stay memorable.

Clean hotel

Limited options in bearfast.

Clean property

Room was too small and we need to ask for dental kit and shaving kit

Friendly and approachable attitude of the staff. Clean facility and hotel. Warm breakfast evryday.

The room was cleaned when not requested at the door. This kind of information should be provided in the room for the guests to be prepared. Nothing was missing but it's a breach of privacy as all my belongings were left in the open when I left the room for the day out.

the reception staff is very bad, they dont help for anyting...

take deposits from all guests

Everything about the hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They were even assisting in booking the activities. Rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. Safety of guests is their priority.

Nothing.

I love this property

Volvería a quedarme. Excelentes

New and quiet location

Es un hotel cómodo. Lejos del ruido de Bangkok. El desayuno rico.

The staff members are helpful, efficient and very kind and hospitable. The breakfast was good. The rooms are very clean. The location was ideal for us because it was walking distance from RCA street and the neighbourhood was peaceful, serene and very secure.

The rooms appeared to be a little smaller and less spacious as compared to what is shown in the pictures.

Staff were really helpful, everyone was very friendly, especially the guy that helps with luggage that was located near elevator and entrance, he helped a lot.

Breakfast was not really great. Tea selection was bad, there wasn’t a really good variety of hot dishes. The room had a residual cigarette smell and toilet had a specific odour that I don’t really want to describe

Hygiëne in onze badkamer viel helaas tegen.

Everything

Es wahr schön.

Es hatte zuwenig Restaurants um das Hotel. Die Taxi hatten mühe es zu finden.

The staff are very polite and welcoming. They greet guests warmly whenever they meet them, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. They are truly excellent people, and their kindness and professionalism made a strong impression on me. Thank you to the whole team — I really appreciated your hospitality.

Everything
