We had a great stay in Phuket. The staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. It was very hot while we were there and they were always offering us cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. Overall, everything was lovely and we felt very well looked after.

We booked a villa with pool and everything was great, staff was very friendly and cooperative. Overall, the location of this resort is good with 7-Eleven,laundromat and lot of food options just few mins away by walk.

Pool in the Villa needs some upgrade as the flooring was breaking although it was not a major issue.

The staff make this place stand out from the rest! We received such a warm welcome from the staff & it was lovely how they all came to wave us off when we left too. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were very helpful, friendly & polite & an absolute credit to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night at the end of our trip before we flew home from nearby Phuket airport. We had an upper floor room with a balcony & great views of the planes taking off from the airport. The waterpark was closed for maintenance during monsoon season but the big inflatable waterslides they had onsite instead were great fun. I loved the hammocks by the beach/pool & wish more photos had them. It’s a big site but they have regular carts to transport people/luggage around if you don’t want to walk/or have mobility issues. The kids club was great and it was good that you had to wear socks in there. The staff were lovely in there too. The free zorb balls in the pool were great fun but on the second visit they said there was a charge for them.

The breakfast was too expensive at 950 thb each so we walked to the shop instead. In all the places we stayed we didn’t come across anywhere that charged anywhere near as much & we had some fantastic breakfasts.

، The staff at the restaurant were very unfriendly. I had a flight at nine and wanted to take pancakes with me, and she threatened to charge me 1000 baht. I had already paid for breakfast, and she wanted me to pay for the pancakes too if I want to take it. She also told the manager, and she treated me rudely. If anybody book,, reserve without breakfast Because of the treatment of the employees.. كان طاقم المطعم غير ودود على الإطلاق. كان لديّ رحلة طيران في التاسعة صباحًا، وكنت أرغب في اخذ الفطائر، لكنّ إحدى الموظفات هدّدتني بدفع 1000 بات. كنت قد دفعت ثمن الإفطار مسبقًا، ومع ذلك أرادت مني دفع ثمن الفطائر أيضًا. أخبرت المديرة، فتعاملت معي بفظاظة. أنصح أي شخص بالحجز، والحجز بدون إفطار بسبب سوء معاملة الموظفين.

餐厅员工态度非常恶劣。我九点要赶飞机，想吃煎饼，结果她威胁要收我1000泰铢。我已经付过早餐钱了，她居然还要我付煎饼的钱。她还告诉了经理，而且态度很差。如果有人要预订这家餐厅，千万别点早餐，因为员工的服务态度实在太差了。

Great breakfast!

This place was amazing! From start to finish so attentive, I had a huge issue with safety on one trip (absolutely nothing to do with the hotel) but as a solo traveller it really knocked me and the staff in reception just rallied around me, made sure I felt safe and happy and got me to the restaurant for dinner. Can’t thank them enough! Great room great facilities loved my stay here!

FOR BREAKFAST I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL PEOPLE. FIRST THEY TOLD ME THERE WA S A MISTAKE IN ROOM RATE. I CONFIRM WHATEVER FALL IN MY PRICE GIVE ME THAT ROOM. THEN THEY SAID BREAK FAST IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING THERE WAS NO RACK RATE MENTIONED. RESERVATION STAFF TOLD TBH1800/2 PERSONS FOR 2 DAYS. I SAID MY BOOKING WAS WITH BREAK FAST I ASLO INFORMED I SENT MAIL TO BOOKING.COM I SHALL ACT AS PER REPLY. NO REPLY RECEIVED FROM BOOKING.COM NEXT DAY I WENT TO PAY FOR 2 DAYS BREAKFAST FOR 2 PERSON THEY SAID TBH3600/2 PERSONS FOR 2 DAYS. I TOLD I PAID TLESS THAN THIS AMOUNT FOR 2 DAYS STAY BUT HAVING NO ANSWER. ANYHOW I PAID. NO SENIOR WAS READY TO HEAR MY STANCE!!!!!!

Dispute about breakfast payment. But charged double than rate mentioned on booking.Com Room rate is less than breakfast charges!!!!! Sent many messages approached them but only said apologize for this. Mistake on booking.com site. First they approgise for room type then they apologize for breakfast rate. Got payment without issuing any receipt. This situation is ridiculous and unbelievable.

I booked an airport pick up from the hotel, when I arrived I waited for 30 mnts and after calling the hotel twice the lady showed up with the sign angry saying don’t talk to me talk to the hotel. I suggest to download grab app and go to grap pick up area waiting for your car

The most beautiful resort I ever been at. So green, clean and large. It looks like a botanical garden, nice to walk around it. Helpful staff, clean rooms.

Neighborhood - not much to do in the area.

Nuy in the restaurant was a standout. Very attentive and very helpful.

There was a mismatch between the facilities that were advertised for the room I booked and what was actually there. I also requested a shuttle transfer from the airport and did not get a reply.

Hade gärna besökt vattenlandet men tyvärr var det under renovering:(. Får helt enkelt komma tillbaka:)

This hotel is in quiet location, good for relaxing.

The bathroom had moths and smelled badly. As we were only staying 1 night we didnt make a complaint about it.

we booked the hotel especially because of the water park for kids. Unfortunately we were told at check-in that the water park is under renovation and will be opened in October. Wish we were informed earlier.

Fantastic staff and plenty for the grandkids to do

Stayed in a penthouse with own pool and separate rooms was perfect for a family and grandparents

Villa was beautiful and spacious. Great that there was buggies to transfer you to different areas of resort as quite large. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and staff were all lovely. Kids loved standing on the beach watching the planes land. Italian restaurant just outside the gates was amazing. Great place for a few nights if you want to be near the airport.

Unfortunately water park was closed and instead had bouncy castles near the beach which once it got warm in the day you could not go on as they were too hot. Was advertised there would be a blow up pool with slide however was advised by beach staff it had not arrived yet (signage around resort stated it was there) Main restaurant was closed on the night we went to go for dinner although stated all day dining. Beach restaurant service was very slow and not very attentive. Pretty dissapointing seeing we were the only people at the restaurant for dinner.

when I arrived air-condition in my room was overheating and not working properly, when I called reception technicians came and did not succeed to repair it, it two hours to determine this and eventually I had to move to another smaller room which was inconvenient

The waterpark was perfect for our kids, 2 & 7 years old. Nice breakfast, good compact family rooms.

المطاعم المحيطة بالفندق قليلة. جربت مطعم الفندق وتناولت البيتزا والباستا لتجنب اللحوم غير الحلال؛ جودة الطعام والنظافة ممتازة لكن الأسعار مرتفعة

The proximity to the waterpark and airport. Rooms were spacious and family friendly. Staff were great and very helpful. Splash park is perfect for younger children.

The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Sehr gut ist viel umgebaut worden sind schon mal dagewesen vor Jahren.

Muy bonito resort, muy buen cuidados los jardines y las instalaciones. Las piscinas muy bonitas.

El parque acuático bien, pero aún siendo huespedes del hotel, tienes que pagar por casi todo, toalla, taquilla.. Unicamente no pagas ticket de entrada, pero creo que estando alojado en el hotel no deberian cobrate por la toalla, al igual que en la playa, que te la dan sin pagar.

sehr grosszügige Zimmer, weitläufige Anlage mit dem Resort Golfwagen jedoch super erreichbar. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Einige Gehminuten von der Hauptstrasse mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. In der nähe des Flughafens, man gewöhnt sich jedoch an den "Lärm". Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden war etwas dabei.

Beim Ankommen zu wenig Informationen (von wann bis wann Frühstück etc.). Es ist uns bewusst, dass der Check-in erst ab 15.00 Uhr ist - aber wenn man nach einem 11-stündigen Flug morgens ankommt, wäre es schon zuvorkommend, bereits ein Zimmer zu erhalten - ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass bei so einem riesen Hotel alle Zimmer besetzt sind. Preise an der Bar am Pool waren hoch.

The hotel has a huge and beautiful territory, everything is very well maintained and green. The water park is amazing, kids will absolutely love spending time there. The food is tasty and fresh, and it’s cooked right in front of you. There are also many beautiful natural spots around the hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the rooms are clean. I really enjoyed my stay!

Der Wasserpark war toll, ausser das man Badehandtücher für 100 Baht pro Person kaufen musste. Der Fahrservice was spitze.

Das man beim Check-in 4000 Baht oder den Reisepass als Pfand hinterlegen muss.

Didn’t feel like was in Thailand , hotel average for what you could get elsewhere only stayed a night and that was enough

Close to airport

Breakfast was horrendous - hundreds of people crammed in. Quality of food not good. Waterpark is OK you can not take in your own water food or towels- have to pay for it all.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel and had a great time with my family. I highly recommend it. I also liked the small buggy rides around the property, which were very convenient since the hotel is so large.

The only two things I didn’t like about the hotel were the shower cleaning, which was very poor, and the prices. I requested that the shower be cleaned, but instead they only replaced the shower head and didn’t clean the floors or walls, which had a lot of mold. The other issue is that prices—especially for water and drinks—are more than double compared to outside the hotel. Another issue is that you can hear noise from neighboring rooms due to very poor sound insulation.

This was a perfect spot when traveling with kids, either as a first stop or last due to close location of Phuket airport. Since it's so close to Phuket airport you hear & see the planes. There is a big lovely beach on one side with amazing sunsets, many big swimming pools, and the Splash world of course which was a hit with our 7 year old. Parents enjoyed as well :) Many things are made easy for kids, eg kids eat for free in their restaurant.

We were in low season but breakfast still extremely busy. High season might be quite busy...

Our 2 bed private villa was amazing - really spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Our private pool and outdoor area was just perfect! The kids loved the waterpark too and we spent 2 whole days there.
