What was provided: • Towels • Toothpaste • Shower gel • Toothbrushes • A partially equipped kitchen (2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks, a spoon, a small pot, and a pan), placed randomly in different spots, which made them unappealing to use • A duvet without bedding • Pillows with pillowcases • Washing machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, and electric kettle Positive aspects: The apartment is spacious and suitable for a family, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. We did not use the pool. It is well-located and convenient. What was missing: • Hairdryer • Vacuum cleaner and dustpan (!!) • Cleaning supplies (which I had to purchase) • A drying rack for laundry • Cups and plates (which I also purchased) • Clothespins (I bought these too) My experience: I rate the stay quite low because the apartment requires too many repairs to be comfortable for people coming from Europe. We had to purchase a significant number of items ourselves. Some cabinets contained rolled-up, dirty fabrics. I reported the lack of hot water on the second day of our stay. After 10 days, someone came to fix it. We had two warm showers, and then the water turned cold again. At this point, we gave up. I don’t believe the water heater works at all. My child cried every day during cold showers—it was an absolute nightmare. The air conditioner in the living room does not work, only those in the bedrooms. The ceilings in both bathrooms are heavily stained with water damage. The shower knob frequently detaches and needs to be reattached to the faucet. There is a leak under the kitchen sink, with a plate catching water. One day, there was a complete water outage, and I felt like crying—I couldn’t imagine staying in a place with more issues. However, reporting problems proved pointless as help was ineffective. I’m proud that we didn’t let the accommodation ruin our precious trip. This experience taught me to be more cautious, even when booking on platforms like Booking.com.

2 bed apartment was large really comfy and beds good and 2 en suites, lovely

The gym was exceptionally basic and in a weird place but all the same the dumbbells were there and a workout was done
