Havelock North home - spa pool, wood-burner fire, comfy beds

The fireplace was easy to use and lovely to have going during the time we were there.

No real issues but a dish cloth or something to wipe the benches in the kitchen.

Nice and close to town, really cozy with the wood fire, very clean and tidy with everything you need. Good off street parking for two vehicles. We didnt have time to use the spa but would be great on the cool evenings.

Great having 4 bedrooms and two showers, but only one toilet

We had to strip the beds before leaving ( thought we pay cleaning fee for this), I’m on holidays and don’t want to do beds.

It was amazing, so clean and beautiful. The fire and hot tub are incredible, we had the most amazing stay can’t thank you enough!

This was the perfect stay for a group of girls spending a few days at wineries. The location is perfect. A very short walk to great cafes, shops and restaurants. Short drive to plenty of wineries and te Mata peak. The beds were all comfy with different levels of soft and firm so we were all so happy. The whole house is gorgeous and the spa was PERFECT - and very clean. There was even a feijoa tree. Jeremy was also very helpful and messaged us some recommendations in the area.

Spa did not work - the spa was a key reason for the booking. Emergency contact did not respond. Spa was fixed just before the last night but barely had any heat.

Beautiful recently renovated home. Amazing location within walking distance to the village. We loved our stay and felt very at home. We will certainly be back and recommend this property highly!

The house was beautiful! Ample room for our family group of 6. Loved the little touches such as cold water jug in the fridge, chocolates with our towels, 1L of milk - enough for all of us, coffee pods, tea and cereal :) nice, easy walk down to Havelock North shops and restaurants. Also, lots of spare towels & even beach towels available which was awesome! Would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again.

Spacious property, a short stroll to the shops, the spa was great at the end of the day to relax. A beautiful home that offered comfort and space.

Location, lovely furnishings and professionally cleaned. Lots of provisions which was very unexpected. Good heating for cooler nights and beds were comfortable Added bonus of a spa and BBQ. Would stay again as a family

Slightly confusing instructions and expectations regarding disposal of garbage - “please take rubbish with you”; but there are also bins on the property…? How would one take our rubbish with us?

We found the facilities excellent as well as the location. Good off street parking, comfortable beds and pillows. Place was well fitted and stocked out. Nice surprise to find breakfast and milk available with a good supply of tea bags and coffee. Being able to use the hot tub was an added beautiful benefit. Thank you to Jeremy & Katie for that bonus. Miranda was excellent with communicating all that was required for accessing and the running of the property. We really enjoyed our stay finding it very comfortable. We would definitely re-book if in the area again I would fully recommend to anyone else as the photos are accurate and good value for money. Thanks again Jeremy, Katie and Miranda

Everything was lovely! The host was great with communication, and the location was perfect- walking distance to the village. Only thing is could do with a few more detailed instructions regarding the entrance door and TV (figured it out eventually though!)

Cute house with a lovely feel. It was clean and tidy with some helpful information about the property and the area. Short walk to village.

Unfortunately there is only air con in one bedroom. Yesterday it was 33 degrees and we struggled with the heat. There were no fans available and therefore we had no sleep due to this in the other double bedroom. The house is also located on a very busy road and we were woken at 6:30am from the traffic. Also we had trouble working the tv and chrome cast- more detailed instructions are required. Please also supply fly spray as the flies were in abundance.

Excellent comms from the hosts, house itself was tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. Overall, a quiet, comfortable and attractive home which suited our needs.

The Nespresso Machine - we failed the Intelligence Test (working out how to use it)! Hot water took a long time to come in the shower.

The house is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including a range of cereals for breakfast. It is within walking distance to town. Communication with Miranda was great.

It only had one toilet which could be a problem for larger groups and no hairdryer.

Close to Havelock village and short drive to tourist spots.

It was comfortable clean and probably better than advertised.

The only thing we found was the noise as it is close to a main road. But not a deal breaker.

Comfortable homily feel. I absolutely loved the natural plants throughout the house and artwork on the walls. It's a very sunny spot, coffee and breakfast out on the deck. We'd love to visit in the winter and have the fire going.

It was a great location, a quick walk into town. A cozy and clean house with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

It was quite windy and the temporary fence erected for the building going on at the back was quite noisy overnight. A short-term issue only.

The closeness to the road meant most of us had very disrupted sleeps (from about 5am). The house itself was great and cosy, loved the fire. But we all had to work hard during the day and good sleep at night was essentail, which we didn't get, hence I found the place over pirced in relation to the noisy traffic. The washing machine in the fourth bedroom was a bit disappointing for this person, compared to the niceness of the others.
