The couch was horrible, the beds weren’t very comfortable, the fry pans were disgusting and need to be thrown out. There needs to be spray and wipe and dish washing liquid and paper towels would be handy. The bathroom was mouldy and shower wasn’t very clean. Its not a house its a unit/flat

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It had pink soap scum & hair on the ground that didn’t match our hair. The beds were uncomfortable could feel the springs in them & the car park was outside on the road not inside by the house

Nothing we didn’t like! Just a suggestion - a heater in each bedroom would be helpful as the heat pump keeps the lounge lovely and warm, but if the bedroom doors are closed at night no warmth goes in there. We don’t leave electric blankets on overnight, so heaters would have been good.

No kitchen utensils - no scraper or spatula and no tongs. Pots, pans and crockery were dirty. Oven needs switched off at wall otherwise doesn’t turn off. Heat pump making noises. Could do with a good clean

Minor thing, but it would be good to have body wash or bath soap provided for the shower .

The bathroom needed more cleaning. The floor drain was smells, bathroom shower needed more cleaning. Couch will need an upgrade. 3rd bed was broken but we just moved the mattress.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Everything was clean and ready to go. I had all the imformation to get in and use wifi. We used the washing machine and dryer. Having a lock up, carport is great in Frankton.
Only tiny things. The soap dish needs replacing and i noticed the wheels on the trundle bed were broken. But this did not effect our stay. Great little unit. Had all we needed.

Lack of toiletries , bad smell in the property , lots of flies , high time they got new cutlery, hair found in the shower head , only one coat hanger and even that was broken . Lack of mirrors. Outside seating was very poor.

The thin white blinds in the main bedroom let the morning light in, so no sleep-in possible. The oven didn’t work. The lounge was very hard.

No instructions on how to use the washing machine, open the garage door, pull out the sofa bed and work the TV. Never knew where the nearest shops were and what was close by to enjoy a meal or get takeaways.

Good parking on the road right in front, or can access through the internal shed, however our vehicle was a bit too big for the shared driveway so parked on the road and wasn't a problem (very close to front door). Beds were comfy and warm. Kitchen & lounge area is lovely.
For better security, suggest a lock on the internal shed door (from shed into house). Also noticed none of the windows have window stay/secure arms, so you aren't able to leave a window slightly open for air flow. Because of this when we ran the dryer overnight, there was a lot of condensation in the shed. Aired it out in the morning but maydo damage to the paint etc over time :)

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Strategically located property in Hamilton. There are convenience stores around the area if you need anything. The house itself is spacious, clean and complete. All the beds had electric heating blankets. You have a washer, dryer and dishwasher that completes the stay. The owner is very responsive and kind—highly recommendable unit in Hamilton.
The hedges in front of the house need trimming because they get in the way when you need to shut the gate. Other than that, it's perfect. Thumbs up.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The house was nice, tidy, and comfy. My kids could run around in the shed when it was raining. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The beds were super comfy. It was close to the shopping centre and easy to find.
The TV was playing up, and wouldn't load anything on YouTube or Netflix, so we didnt use the TV.

There was a toilet roll left in the shower, the sofa couch was broken when we tried to set it up it fell apart and it was hard and uncomfortable. If you have a 4wd truck don’t expect to park on the property, you will need to park on the road. Not really worth what we paid for A night

Reviewed May 18, 2025Our 2nd stay here now, we booked again as we know the apartment fits our families needs. Thankful we were able to check in a little earlier for showers after league games. Also appreciate the washing powder that was available to wash dirty clothes so thank you very much.
Fridge was not working and all food we had needed to get thrown out. Owner did call back to say he would sort fridge out in the morning but we were leaving anyway.
