Loved that there was a pool table. Comfortable beds.

The TV didn't work, kept turning off.

The location was absolutely gorgeous and the place was generally clean and well organised. Check in was super easy.

The kitchen didn’t have the best appliances and there were not enough towels for the amount of guests.

The privacy, the view, the convenient location and the gleaming bathroom.

There was nothing I didn't like

The location is close to town but very private with a unique view. The use of the gully makes it feel like your in a native forest.

No communication before arrival. Had to knock on the door of the house at the address to confirm we were staying there. The designated car park was very small and blocks off access to the gateway onto the property.

Beautiful view. The apartment was very comfortable and well priced for a family.

Liked how we had out own space. Was tidy & clean. Bathroom was well updated and spacious enough. View of gully was nice for privacy and would be amazing in summer. Great for whānau on a budget.

Some kind of light when walking down to the room, H&S too. Used our phone torches and made use of the fairy lights that are on the stairs. Suggestion for sensor solar light from the warehouse $12 ea and well worth it. An internet extender would help boost the limited speed of internet. We needed to use our hotspot on the tv for daughter to watch youtube/netflix. The smaller bed is very uncomfortable. It needs a topper pad asap to help soften feeling the mattress springs.

This place was amazing. Views were beautiful. Room was very comfortable. Beds were very comfy. Check in was easy and they even put the heater on for us when we were arriving late.

The tv needs to be updated.

自炊するには設備が整ってない。一棟貸ではなく、自宅の地下フロアの貸出と明記して欲しかった。換気も悪く、自炊すると煙探知機が作動して困った。

What a peaceful hideaway! Beautiful view, and has all you need to relax and unwind, while still being close to town.

We wished we were in Hamilton longer so we could stay more than a night here 😁

Bed mattresses were hard, uncomfortable sleep, one mattress was spring hard and the other was board hard, no condiments such as milk

Location is great, close to city centre and shopping malls. Lovely new apartment, good facilities in kitchen and bathroom provided. Outlook over valley with native bush newly planted and established. Friendly local puttycat, was a bonus when got back from eating out😊 I would like to stay here again in warmer weather to make most of view and sitting on the lovely deck.

I have to say I wasn't too comfortable on the very firm beds, definitely warm enough. Bathroom felt damp and cold, alot of moisture was on the floor next morning. There was a dead rat along entrance way when first arrived, remnants from the cats catch no doubt. Found it very hard getting back through the gate, as other guest or resident reversed their car right up to the entry gate. Lots of noises during the night, from cats or dog. Pipes banging or something else, not sure??

Access was very awkward..glad on arrival the weather was settled (ps not pouring as had been… & not at night) lock box wasn’t shown on the map ..location wasn’t easy to find..then the code that was given, incorrect..had to ask a neighbour for owners cell ..kindly this lady knew the owner ..help was sorted quickly at this stage ..terrible access ..needed more lights down this path way ..outdoor bbq area could do with a spring clean..very pretty outlook, although tried surroundings, maybe some gardening requirements .. Inside was warm & cosy.. lamps/lights near beds would be great too ..you have a fantastic location, with little tweaks will be so special ..thank you

My sister ended up getting food poisoning and this amazing host went above and beyond to help accommodate the stressful situation. Our trip would've been a lot more stressful if she hadn't been there to save the day! And the room itself is very cozy and has a beautiful bush view. Highly, highly recommend!

We checked in late at night and the host stayed up to greet us and help us with the lock box key which was most appreciated! The property is stunning and secluded. Inside is warm and cozy. Will definitely stay here again!

Really cool location, well equipped kitchen and great area. Everything was nice and tidy.

The puppy would bark sometimes for a couple hours. But this was because the owner had gone out.

Couldn't seem to find a shower mat. A bottle opener would have been good.

Beautiful views, very clean and well equipped.

The property backed onto a ravine, which was really nice. The room/apt was comfortable. Internet worked well, bed was comfortable, and we were able to make a small meal which was great.

The only negative about the property were dogs upstairs woke us up in the evening and morning with their barking.

Excellente nuit dans ce loft au calme au bord de la forêt. On aurait aimé y rester plus d’une nuit. Rapport qualité prix imbattable !

I’m very glad I chose such a warm and cozy B&B for our stay—it really felt like coming home and living like a local. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

這裡應該是房東家的偏棟，但是有獨立出入口 房東會提供一瓶鮮奶，以及泡麵，麥片，咖啡，茶包 廚房有微波爐，煮鍋，電磁爐 設備算齊全的 提供智慧電視，可以看netflix ，也可以投播自己手機上的youtube 需要下階梯，大行李不方便，建議用手提一晚所需物品入住

Tout était parfait, je recommande !

Multiple bed options, clean and tidy space with fresh milk, towels and bedding. Small table for enjoying the surrounding nature scenery. A spectacular sunset surrounded the pine tree. Really reasonable checkout times. Owners were above, very friendly, helped us with our luggage and made us feel very welcomed on arrival.

Honestly… it was really fantastic I can’t fault it.

Amazing space, quiet and plenty of room for our family. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The space is larger than the pictures show.

נאמר לי שהדירה נמצאת בקומת הבסיס.האמת שיש לרדת 14 מדרגות אליה והיא נמצאת מתחת לדירת הבעלים שנשמע ממנה רעש לא נעים של כלי נגינה. חדר האמבטיה והשירותים לא היו נקיים. סה״כ הדירה לא נעימה כלל. הדבר היחיד שאפשר לציין הוא המחיר הנמוך

Quiet, clean and modern, had a lot of extras. It's a renovation of someone's house but done really well.we didn't interact with the owners as the emailed instructions were clear, the space was quiet and comfortable. We would choose again for a short stay. A Midweek booking was incredibly cheap for what was offered

This property was better than we expected and very good value for money. The host was very friendly and helpful with arrangements before check-in. Instructions to access were clear and timely. The unit was private, very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Shower was hot, and there was a TV with Netflix.

The beds were quite hard (personal preference) and the pillows were a bit flat. A few spares would have been good. There was an extra blanket if needed.

Much nicer and larger than the photos show. Very clean and in good repair. Nice touches like the little packets of cereals & milk - my kids loved this. Lovely view of the bush. Excellent pricing. Also very friendly cat.

Would be great to have on hand some spare sheets & pillowcase in the cupboard to make up the sofa bed. Also would be great to have a tea towel to dry the dishes. Smaller bed was quite firm.

The hosts are kind and attentive, and the place has a peaceful charm that makes it easy to relax. A special mention goes to Charlie, the house cat, who added an extra touch of comfort and friendliness to our visit.

A bit far from the town centre and WiFi didn't really work.

The terrace was so amazing that literally you would like to stay longer during the day, just sitting there and watching the beautiful views. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect! My family had an awesome stay! Room was cosy and well equipped and view was beautiful! Plus it was super cheap!!
