we asked for a ground level apparetment we were told that they werent 2 bedrooms but we had stayed in a ground appartment before so the host lied to us.

House keeping lady came before 10am to clean

Location was good and room size was great.

The room needed a good clean as it didn't look like the beds had been moved in ages to clean under them.

Location is handy with petrol stations, supermarkets and takeaways nearby. We appreciated the mobility carpark next to Room 1 which was helpful for our elderly mother who travelled with us. Great storage in the big cupboards as well as the full sized fridge and television. Super easy to connect to wifi and milk provided.

Heat pump was not working during our overnight stay, which made room a little cold. The shower works perfectly fine but has a relatively high step up, which may be difficult and potentially unsafe for guests with limited mobility. Although the room caters for up to six people, there were not enough kitchen utensils and cookware to comfortably accommodate six guests. The pots in particular were quite small and seemed more suited to a group of two to four people. A door stopper would be a useful addition, as it would allow the door to remain open when going back and forth to the car without needing to carry the room key.

We stayed 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Provided, 3 spoons, 3 chocolate drinks packs, 1 paper roll, road noise coming inside. Sorry for the negative comments.

Took a while for the heat pump to start we had to call and was told to wait for 15 mins before it would kick in. The kettle didn’t work unless you held it down. We did ask for more blankets as 5 beds with kids and only one blanket - the bedding was very light so had to sleep with air con on high heat.

It was close to where i needed to be for the 2 days i stayed

We stayed in unit 2 which is on the ground floor. You pick up the key from another location down the road, you are charged a bond on top of payment. The first night, it was noisy we were up at around 2:45am listening to yelling and shouting close to our unit. The second night a guest was very loud, swearing and banging around in the unit in the unit on the floor above us at 1am-2am, i sent a message to the hotel to let them know. Whilst spacious and clean, the fridge was loud, there was no where to hang towels whilst showering or a vanity to put toiletries on. There were no plugs by the beds so we could charge our phones etc you can hear every scrape and movements of the floor above.

It was dirty, as in dusty along the top of the switches & window sills. Chewing gum stuck all around kitchen window sill. Shower drain blocked. Shower tap fell off & shower walls bowing. There was no complimentary milk.

Good size room, plenty bed choices. Good kitchen set up and washing machine, good shower pressure.

They have a $200 bond as we booked 2x apartments which is not mentioned in Booking.com. I think they should put the info so no surprises for the guest.

The apartment has a strong smell lf cigarette smoke. Even with the air conditioning on, the odor persist throughout the space. In addition, the water pressure is very low. Since there several of us staying there, it took a long time for everyone to take their turn.

The beds were very comfortable

Location was great & it was an easy process to getting the keys. Although it’s weird to have the reception area for key collection in a different area than where we stayed, it was still a quick and easy process. Staff were lovely. Directions were also very clear.

Very loud neighbours, couldn’t get out proper rest we needed for our big day, then again some things you can’t help. Parking is abit snug, especially because we had big vehicles.

Clean and functional.

They offer two types of checkout. 1. „Normal“ checkout: they make a pre-authorization for a deposit on your CC and before you leave someone comes and checks the room. 2. „Fast checkout“. And this is sketchy. They simply write down you’re CC details inkl. security code. With this checkout you can simply leave the room but in therory they can go online shopping afterwards. Make sure to tell them before you hand out your cc that you want the normal checkout. Otherwise they just copy your details by default. Point is, this process violates the T&C of Visa, MasterCard etc and probably is a breach of Data Privacy Act.

The price was so good for what I recieved. So value for money.

No spa or pool but for the price is understandable why.

It was pretty clean and location.

Lack of cutlery, cups, plates etc Had booked in for 4 adults and there was 3 of everything.... The towels were paper thin and very small. Also 2 flannels/facecloths for 4 people??????? Nowhere to place toiletries, clothing etc in the bathroom other than the toilet or floor ( no thank you) Not to sure about the neighbors and didnt appreciate the loud music from the above room.

That i was asked to give my card details including the 3 digit security number. That's like a stranger of the road asking me to give my card details.

It’s a good transit place, with basic necessities. Has almost all the equipments, but washing machine unavailable, but there is a washing basin. Overall, all were sufficient for those travelling in groups

Location was noisy and the neighbours even worse.

Maintenance was not done. Door to the bathroom was not functioning due to it being broken. Doors needed paint from being bumped constantly against the bedside table. No Bedside lamps which is inconvenient.

location is good accessible to the main roads

tv remote in the unit is only 1 while there are 2 tv. i called the night recepcion and he said need to call in the morning to confirm.

Staff were easy to communicate with to organise early check in. Easy to find, clean and tidy.

I didn't find anything wrong with the Apartment it had everything we needed.

Very good service, well maintained property and rooms. Good and responsible Staff. Rubbish collection every day.

Perfect central location with efficiently used space, ideal for groups.

Utensils & cooking items were minimal or lacking. If you intend to cook or prepare food, especially for more than a couple, you will likely need to bring your own items with you.

The neighbours, they were up all night banging around, not the neighbours on the property but the neighbouring housing to the address, Luckily we had to leave early hours so we were up all night anyway listening to them, Ruined a great stay

Property is ideal for a large group, lots of beds. Nice that it's serviced daily. Handy having a kitchen, noting that it only has hobs and a microwave.

Hot water pressure extremely low

Not bad for the price. The kitchen looks like newly renovated, has a heat pump in the living room, but the carpet is bit old, has little smell as its age. 4 beds can accommodate the whole family which is good. The room is on the first floor is hard to carry stuff with the stairs.

You do need to check in and get the key from another address, they manage few motels. And they take a $200 deposit and your photo ID when check in, which is annoying because you need to wait to get them to refund at check out when they are lots of guests check out at the same time. I guess you either take a deposit or ID as security but Not both, haven't had this type of check in at other hotels.

Someone broke in to my car while staying here, and owner didn’t want look through the video footage properly to find who did it

Great value for money. When my friends and I travel we always get the same apartment which is number 1. Sleeps at least 6 .

The shower is not very safe for the elderly. Why is it such a very high step into the shower. Please change this or at least put a extra step in there.

I 100% loved our short stay for the Night. I opened the front door and everywhere was really nice and tidy. We were really impressed and happy. I wished we could've stayed longer but had other places to be. Definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for somewhere clean and tidy to stay. Sorry no photos but it definitely is a clean place.

The location was good and so was the price

The shower pressure, dirty bathroom, the grounds were overgrown and very untidy. The noise from guests upstairs walking around and up the stairs led to sleepless nights, also the neighbours yelling and screaming and fighting most nights.

Its clean comfortable it has a full kitchen to cook meals full fridge freezer. Staff are always amazing

Price was awesome ... value for money. Well set out kitchen with utensils for cooking. Shower and bathroom clean. Bed linen perfect,crisp, clean.

Lots of wear and tear on the paint work could do with a refresher. As a older person struggled to get into shower as I had to step up into it. Bathrooms need to be updated

Not much to say here at all

This property seems like emergency accommodation and very insecure. The fact I slept in my Ute because we were worried about things being stollen. Hearing everyone else in their appartments and having them try and enter our room at all hours of the night that frightened our young boy. The random slice/knife hole in the sink, poor and dirty showers and the very uncomfortable beds.

Location, property upkeep and priced right

On-site laundromat, pressure booster for hot water would make it more comfortable. Stone top for kitchen would be easier to maintain

Staff was good and accommodating to finding alternative accom options due to the system error.

I had a group of 24 people and we were double booked. Group was split into 3 different accom locations.

Good location, and helpful hosts. Good parking. The unit was clean.

This may have been just because it was a Saturday night, but the noise coming from the neighbouring property (privately own units) was really bad and resulted in a poor night's sleep. They were playing loud music until at least 2am, and the soundproofing in the Ulster apartments just isn't enough to minimise that. Also, not having a couch or somewhere to sit that wasn't a bed was disappointing. Please can more kitchen supplies be added as well - scissors and a can-opener would be great. Other guests need to be aware that while this accommodation is clean and the hosts are lovely, it is VERY basic.

The whole process of checking in was not nice. The property rebooked one of the apartments that I had already paid for - I should be getting a refund for that. There was a loud rip roaring party upstairs and we had children staying with us!

Place was very clean.

Room above partied from 10pm til 5am and then chose to begin arguing with each other til 6am. Rang reception and noise control. Nobody did anything. Worst night ever.
