The owner had a way outside in the rain for over 15 minutes while he went inside. Then he came out and said OK and we said we were very uncomfortable with the fact that he was in the building in the apartment for over 15 minutes while we sat outside, so we never stayed the night there and we asked for a refund that we did not receive.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026We spent almost $400 for a one night stay at this place and will not be returning. The apartment was not clean - half open bottles of drinks in the fridge, the couch cover looked like it hadn't been washed in quite some time, the bathroom was dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped for a couple weeks. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work. I've never had to leave a bad review on a place I've stayed because on a rare occasion that there ever was any trouble the hosts were sure to see about it and make it up to us. We contacted the host before leaving this review to see if we could get a partial refund or something but he's read my messages and doesn't respond.

Not a great location, and very expensive for the quality and location.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025Windows in front. Clean bedrooms. Great balcony.
Not your fault, but the upstairs neighbors throw everything down onto the roofing on the other side of your balcony. Did not detract from our time, but I could see people complaining.

Reviewed May 6, 2025The stay was very good. The location is close to bus stops, shops nearby, beautiful landscape around the house.
The extractor fan was not working. In the bedroom, which is right behind the entrance door, you could hear the pump periodically turning on to increase the water pressure, which is not very pleasant at night.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2024Very friendly hosts who were easy to contact and reliable. Well fitted kitchen and comfy bed. Only here for the one night so didn’t use all the facilities but was a good comfortable stay.
Property is not in the most attractive suburb in Dublin. About a 20 minute taxi ride to the centre and also a local bus 10 minutes walk away

Weird experience. The apartment was obviously not cleaned after the last guests, overall quite dirty and unpleasant to stay. Check-in and out inconvenient.
