Ren og delikat riad. Nydelig frokost. Varmt vann i dusjen ( noe det ikke alltid er..😔) Rolige omgivelser og hjelpsom betjening. Veldig mye for pengene🩷 Takk til Joe, Meriam, Koutar og Momo🧡

The room had air conditioning, which was very helpful. We were welcomed very kindly, and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage earlier, even though check-in was later, so we did not have to walk around the city with our bags. Everyone was generally very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were also good. The location in the medina gives you a chance to experience the real atmosphere of Marrakech, although it may feel a bit intense at first.

The biggest disappointment was a trip recommended by the host Mohammed. We wanted to go to the Atlas Mountains and see the waterfalls, but instead we were taken to several other places where people tried to sell us things or pressure us into buying something. It felt quite touristy and like a tourist trap. Later, when we thought we were finally going to the mountains, we were told we would need to pay extra for a guide to actually go there, even though this was the main reason we booked the trip. It wasted a lot of our time and spoiled our overall impression a bit. The location, although atmospheric, felt a little uncomfortable in the evenings, especially at the beginning of our stay. We got used to it later, but it may not be ideal for everyone. The bathroom in our room was also not very good. There was an unpleasant smell, and there was no proper shower cabin, so water was spreading around the bathroom and even slightly towards the room.

Das Frühstück gab es jeden Morgen auf der Dachterasse und war sehr lecker. Das Personal war auch super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die haben wirklich alles gemacht, damit man sich wohl fühlt!

Die Lage war ansich sehr gut, da es ca. 20 Minuten zur „Innenstadt“ war. Aber Abends haben wir uns in der Umgebung des Riads leider nicht so wohl gefühlt. (2 Frauen)

Riad ubicado algo más alejado del centro, muy limpio, moderno y con una relación calidad espectacular. Habitaciones más amplias que otros Riad más costosos y céntricos además de contar con AC, se agradece y mucho. Como detalle, nos olvidamos un reloj y tuvieron la amabilidad de buscarlo, encontrarlo sin apenas problema y custodiarlo e incluso se ofrecieron a enviarlo por paquetería.

Very friendly personnel, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. Good location. The staff was really friendly and nice. Highly recommended.

The hotel is cosy and clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful! Especially thanks to Joe and Mohamed,they help us a lot.Great boys!

There are some things that the hotel owners could improve, such as the lighting in the room is quite dim, the smell of sewage from the bathroom is not the most pleasant thing, and they could remove the photo of the jacuzzi until it is reinstalled because I consider it misleading. And for those who want a trouble-free sleep, the singing of the hodja at 5 am from the nearby mosque may be a problem. We didn't hear it anymore on the last night 😁

La gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel ! Jawad et Nadi sont 2 personnes au top ! Ils ont été très attentifs, à l’écoute et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes ! Le Riad est très propre.

Rien tout etait très bien.

La ubicación no está mal, dentro de la Medina. Aunque no está súper céntrico, se puede ir andando a todas partes. El personal fue muy agradable y el desayuno servido en esa preciosa terraza fue lo mejor de nuestra estancia

La habitación y el baño eran muy pequeños y olían a humedad. La ducha dejaba todo el cuarto de baño inundado cosa que nos pasó en varios riads de Marruecos

Lo staff di questa struttura è eccellente. Tutte le persone con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare sono state molto cordiali, sorridenti, disponibili, hanno chiacchierato con noi in diversi momenti e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto carina e di ottime dimensioni per due persone. La colazione in terrazza è molto piacevole.

Non abbiamo amato che la doccia fosse aperta e non avesse un vetro ad isolarla. Cuscini, tavolo o sdraio della terrazza potrebbero essere pulite più frequentemente (essendo all'aperto si sporca più facilmente). Il letto è molto rigido e nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera matrimoniale abbiamo trovato due letti singoli.

El personal muy amable y servicial, el desayuno riquisimo y abundante.

El trato del personal fue lo mejor. Estuvieron atentos en todo momento incluso nos adelantaron el desayuno uno de los días de la excursión (aunque no fuera el desayuno total)

No es un Riad. El mayor problema es donde se encuentra, las calles son estrechas y a ultima hora te encuentras a jóvenes que te siguen y te venden droga. También hay niños que te siguen para que les des dinero. En el baño no hay ducha como tal, está todo integrado en el mismo baño, y al final, el suelo se queda todo mojado si luego quieres ir al lavabo o al inodoro.

Un piccolo angolo del paradiso. Riad piccolo ma molto curato e accogliente. Personale pronto a venire incontri su qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo cibo, da tornare sicuramente!

Le Riad est situé a 20 minutes de la place djema El fna. Il est très cosy. Clair et belle décoration. Les 5 chambres sont spacieuses, bonne literie. Une terrasse très agréable ou l'on peut prendre petits déjeuner et repas. Une cuisinière exceptionnelle. On s'est régalé. D'excellents petits déjeuners marocains et une pastilla à tomber raide. Quant à l'accueil de jour par Mohamed et en soirée et nuit Djawad. Ils sont tous les deux bienveillants, très discrets et à l'écoute pour nous aider ou nous conseiller. L'ambiance est très conviviale et en fait un lieu où on se sent bien. On a passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci à tous les trois pour leur gentillesse. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Il personale è estremamente accogliente e sempre disponibile. Il Riad si presenta pulito, curato nei dettagli e davvero molto piacevole. La colazione e la cena offrono piatti tipici locali, tutti molto gustosi e ben preparati.

Estaba en Medina . La recepción genial y la atención de 10. La ubicación un poco separada pero seguro todo el entorno.

Il bagno puzzava di fogna tantissimo! Inoltre le coperte (un semplice lenzuolo) pizzicavano tantissimo. Personale molto lento in tutto, anche se gentilissimi. Avevo chiesto ulteriori asciugamani perché ce ne è stato fornito soltanto uno grande, mancava anche quello per le mani, ma non ne avevano e quindi mi ha dato un tappetino da terra. Foglio laminato lasciato in camera con scritto che la colazione è dalle 8… orario non rispettato, abbiamo dovuto chiedere

J ai attendu 1h devant la porte personne au Riad a 17h pour ouvrir pension repas à éviter cela vous revient moins cher de manger dehors et surtout c’est plus varié j ai eu proposition du même plat dommage eau pendant le repas est en supplément thé aussi dommage ce n’est pas indiqué

Bardzo przyjazny, gościnny personel Wystrój bardzo ładny i klimatyczny, było bardzo czysto Pyszne śniadanie i słodki kotek na tarasie

W prysznicu było słabe ciśnienie wody, ciężko było umyć włosy i woda długo się nagrzewała Dość twarde łóżko

Los desayunos y las cenas muy buenas y sabrosas

Las instalaciones eran muy acogedoras y muy familiares. El colchón muy cómodo y las sábanas súper suaves. Tiene una hermosa terraza y el desayuno es muy rico.

No encontré nada desagradable.

The whole stay felt like being a guest at someone’s home. Mohammed and the rest of the staff were super friendly and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Nothing was too much !

It felt very cold even with heating . The room became warm after a while .

Ein schöner Flair des Riads

Die Lage war nicht optimal. Man konnte leider keine Kartenzahlungen vornehmen, obwohl es anders kommuniziert war. Der nächste Automat ist weit weg… Der Whirlpool war nicht vorhanden.

The Riad is so nice, very clean and you can relax well! Muhammed and Jo are excellent persons, they make you feel like home! I strongly suggest this Riad if you want to stay in Marrakesh Nice breakfast and dinner too!

The staff were really nice and it’s indeed very traditional. Breaking was great. One of the few places around that accepted card and airport transfer was very comfortable and at a reasonable price.

The shower was frankly not the best, though warm enough and there was a weird smell in our room which we couldn’t figure where it was coming from. On the facilities they list a sauna but this is not on the property and you have to book separately at a hammam which might be inconvenient if you picked it for the sauna/Jacuzzi.

Es ist ein schönes Riad, der Frühstücksraum, das Zimmer, der Flur und die Dachterrasse sind wirklich schön gemacht. Durch das offene Dach kamen uns beim Frühstück im Erdgeschoss kleine Spatzen besuchen. Mohammed war sehr freundlich und hat uns über das Leben in Marokko erzählt.

Das Zimmer war sehr beengt. Bewegungen außerhalb des Bettes kaum möglich. Das Bett war leider sehr unbequem. Die Matratze hatte eine tiefe Kuhle. Das Bad war muffig und kalt.

L'intérieur est propre

Le quartier et l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Pas accessible en voiture. Mauvaise localisation. Le véhicule vous laisse et vous devez marcher dans des couloir pour rejoindre l'hôtel. J'ai pas aimé.

Riad fait pour une seule nuit car les chambres sont minuscules aucun rangement impossible de déballer la valise voire la seule possibilité de l ouvrir était de la poser sur le lit .Salle de bain assez grande mais aucune étagère rien pour poser nécessaire toilette .

La habitación muy pequeña y no tenía armario, ni silla, ni una triste percha donde colocar la ropa. El colchón muy muy duro.

Good accommodation, friendly staff who did their very best to look after you. Comfortable bed and Riad is in a very quiet area where you are going to get a good night's sleep before your next adventure! The Riad has space for you to eat downstairs and also up on the roof.

From what we could see there is 1 larger room (the twin) - the other rooms are small with nowhere to hang any of your clothes, just a small chair. We moved from a small room to the twin after our first night. The twin room has a hanging area for clothes and also a small table with 2 chairs. In winter time the Riad is cold at night and in the morning when the temperature is low. You'll need to have a coat, scarf etc when you have breakfast and dinner even if you are eating inside downstairs.

Funcionários muito profissionais, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Tudo muito limpo e aconhedor O jantar foi magnífico e servido à horas. Atendimento excelente, ofereceram nós sempre chá e colocaram música ambiente durante o jantar. Tivemos um pequeno percalço mas foi logo resolvido pela gerência sem grandes problemas. Recomendo vivamente.

Cama um pouco dura. Mas de resto tudo valeu a pena.

Staff are so kind and friendly and speak English well. They are so flexible with our lunch and breakfast times which is really good as we weren’t stressed about timings

Room was quite small but very clean, and bed was so so comfortable. Walk in shower was very clean

La struttura è curata nei dettagli e confortevole, il piano superiore all’aperto è perfetto per i pasti che sono sempre stati buoni e abbondanti con atmosfera tipica di un riad. Omar è stato molto disponibile e super gentile non ci ha fatto mai mancare nulla, ci ha coccolato in ogni modo così facendo ci ha fatto sentire al 100% a casa. Se cercate un riad bello e accogliente con uno staff fantastico fa al caso vostro, lo stra consiglio noi non ce ne volevamo andare!

Das Riad ist schön und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr bemüht uns bei allen Wünschen behilflich zu sein. Die Dachterasse ist eine der Schönsten die wir bisher in Riads hatten. ( Wir haben den kleinen Pool nicht vermisst) Lieben Dank

Die Zimmer sind bis auf 2 im 1.OG schon sehr klein. Völlig ausreichend für 1 Person, aber als DZ wirklich klein. Die Lage ist fußläufig schon gut 20 - 25 Minuten vom Djamaa entfernt. (vorausgesetzt man kennt den Weg ein bisschen, ansonsten eher länger) Das sollte man bei allen Planungen bedenken. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der WLAN Anbieter gewechselt, leider wurde es danach deutlich schlechter. Auf der Dachterasse konnte man überhaupt nichts mehr empfangen und in den Zimmern war es auch schwieriger.

I like the experience staying at le Nod De Fatima , it feels like staying at your relatives family house in Marrakech , Moha tried his best to accommodate all our request , even when we arrive very late , he offered welcome tea and cooked dinner for us . Moha is so attentive for all our needs , give good suggestion to go around for restaurant , and how to navigate the old Medina , always with smile . Great place to stay in the old Medina , we will choose this raid again next time .

El personal fue siempre muy amable.

Estaba dentro de la Medina en una zona que no tenía acceso vehicular, entonces daba un poco de miedo caminar de noche (especialmente porque éramos dos mujeres solas), pero era más la sensación de que estaba oscuro y solo, en realidad no nos pasó nada malo.

We hadden een fantastisch tijd in het Riad le nid de Fatima. Moha zorgde voor een heerlijk ontbijt op het dakterras. Simo heeft ons heel vriendelijk ontvangen en was ook na z'n dienst heel behulpzaam. Onze laatste avond heeft Moha een heerlijk diner voor ons gekookt en heeft samen met een vriend muziek gemaakt op het dakterras. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in de Riad. Bedankt Simo en Moha voor alles. Tot een volgende keer! Heike en Wilco

El Riad está en la Medina, pero en las afueras, a unos 15-20 minutos andando hasta el Zoco. El Riad es precioso, tranquilo y Moha (no sé cómo se escribe) es un excelente trabajador además de una maravillosa persona. Desayuno y cena muy bien, con un trato genial. Todo muy límpio

La ubicación. Lo contratamos por internet y pensábamos que era un poco más céntrico, La calle hasta llegar al Riad es un poco tenebrosa, más si llegas de noche.

Завтрак очень скудный (на 2-х человек одна яичница), очень тесно в ванной. Очень маленькая и узкая раковина невозможно было нормально помыться, также душ без перегородок, вся вода была на полу и стекало в комнату (туалет и ванная совмещенная), на букинге по фотографиям был джакузи, по факту его там нет, предложили чай, и при выселении включили в счет (обычно приветственный чай всегда бесплатный)

La stanza è molto stretta, senza armadio. Il bagno è molto piccolo e di difficile utilizzo. La posizione non è delle migliori. A noi è capitato che, rientrando la sera alle 21.30, ci si è affiancato un ragazzo che ci ha preceduto per l’ultimo minuto prima di arrivare al riad, nonostante gli avessimo detto che non ci servivano indicazioni. Arrivati alla porta del riad, in un vicolo buio e senza altre vie, ha alzato la voce incutendoci non poco timore; è rimasto fuori dalla porta anche quando noi siamo entrati, continuando a chiedere soldi in modo aggressivo. Nonostante sia intervenuto il ragazzo di guardia nel riad, abbiamo dovuto dare soldi a questa persona che aveva anche minacciato di aspettarci fuori dal riad l’indomani mattina. La guardia del riad, dopo un notevole nostro spavento, ci ha rassicurato dicendo che avrebbe raccontato anche alla manager l’accaduto e saremmo stati aiutati la mattina seguente. Ciò però non è successo, ma per fortuna il ragazzo non si è più ripresentato

Lokalizacja na uboczu od centrum,co zapewniało ciszę i spokój, a jednocześnie łatwą dostępność do głównych atrakcji Marrakeszu; Wspaniały wystrój wnętrz; Czystość całego obiektu; Bardzo miła i komunikatywna obsługa; Dostępność posiłków oraz oferty SPA; Piękny taras na dachu.

Brak dźwiękoszczelności; Dość mała różnorodność posiłków.

Ładny, zadbany lokal w sercu starego miasta. Bardzo miła obsługa. Śniadanie podawane na ładnym tarasie na dachu.

Mam spore zażalenia do samego booking.com, który zdaje się zawiódł. Zdecydowanie nie polecam podróżować do Marrakeszu nocą. Przez booking dokonałem rezerwacji hotel jak również taksówki z lotniska do hotelu. Przed wyjazdem kontaktowałem się z hotelem i informowałem pracowników o naszym planowym przyjeździe między 2-3 godzina nad ranem. Zamówiony taksówkarz kontaktował się z nami 12 godzin przed przyjazdem za pomocą aplikacji Whatsapp. Kłopoty zaczęły się na lotnisku. Niestety taksówkarz nie miał pojęcia dokąd jechać. Kolega pokazał mu na telefonie przybliżoną pozycję hotelu. Po drodze informował nas o tym, że nie dojedzie pod sam hotel, bo ulice starego miasta są za wąskie ( i miał rację). Wysadził nas 2:30 am za jedną z bram starego miasta i polecił iść dalej według nawigacji. Próbował się po rzędu tym kontaktować telefonicznie z hotelem, ale numer podany na stronach booking.com był nieczynny. (Dzwoniłem swojego telefonu ja, jak również kierowca taksówki że swego telefonu). Co gorsza również adres podany na stronie booking.com był zły podana nazwa ulicy powtarza się w mieście kilkakrotnie). W wąskich uliczkach Matakeszu nie działa też prawidlowo nawigacja Google maps. Tak więc chodziłem z walizkami i z żoną między 2:30 -4:00 AM bardzo ciemnymi i uliczkami pełnymi bardzo biednych ludzi. Przeżycie muszę przyznać bardzo niemiłe. W końcu pojawił się miejscowy człowiek, który nas poprowadził pod hotel ( miałem nadzieję, że nie ma złych zamiarów). Za usługę jednak nieobłomnie żądał 80 euro, które mu w końcu przed hotelem zapłaciłem - nie miałem wyboru. Miam na ulicach pełno znajomych i jednym skinięciem palca mógł by załatwić że zniknie my że świata a bez śladu. Cała zaszła sytuację odbieram jako błąd aplikacji Booking.com. Mam nadzieję, że booking stanie tutaj na wysokości zadania i zaproponuje rekompensatę w wysokościprzynajmniej 80 euro, które na taką "atrakcje" musiałem wydać....

Flexibility with arrival time and organization of transfer from airport. The bed itself was comfortable and the common areas of the riad pretty. Also appreciated the filtered water. Staff in the night was welcoming.

The room was just too small, no space to move around. Also it wasnt possible to open or close the window. Bathroom had the same problem, one time shower and then everything is wet, no ventilation nor window there neither. Considering we booked a bigger one we were very disappointed. Also no whirlpool on the terrace, but one was present in the pictures. Day staff was not as welcoming as the other colleague.

Food, helpful, friendly, clean and location was in busy old town medina but exceptionally quiet and private also

Un Riad precioso. Excelente ubicación a 1km de la Plaza de Yamaa el Fna. La habitación estaba limpia. El colchón durísimo pero aun así hemos dormido muy bien. El desayuno riquísimo!!!! El trato de personal excelente y disponiblidad total para ayudar. Volveremos seguro!!! Totalmente recomendable.
