Spacious, comfy and clean apartment with great amenities. Located a short walk from the beach, near the Marina and many restaurants. Top communication from the host, always available via WhatsApp. The security staff were very helpful too. Would highly recommend, especially for families.

Not possible to bring my girlfriend to the property.

The stay was absolutely wonderful..!!! The accommodation exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury, and excellent location - I would highly recommend this place.. The host along with the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful ,making us feel right at home. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. THANK YOU..

Perfekte Lage mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit des Strandes und aller Restaurants an der Strandpromenade. Sehr nahe an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Das Apartment war sehr sehr sauber, voll ausgestattet mit 2 Duschen undToiletten...“ Sehr große, moderne Wohnung. Sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Seilbahn und den Berg.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé les produits de toilette signalés dans la description. Nous pensions avoir une vue mer côté séjour ..... tant pis, au moins nous étions au calme Déco minimaliste Manque des patères dans les SDB 4 taxes de séjour en espèces avec une seule identité ?

Prima di tutto abbiamo apprezzato la serietà, l educazione e le indicazioni precise del proprietario. L appartamento è tale e quale a come viene descritto senza nessuna sorpresa, anzi si, è molto più bello che in foto. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto , vi sono anche 2 lavatrici , ma noi non abbiamo avuto necessità di nulla , poiché abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori e il piccolo bucato giornaliero veniva fatto a mano , basta essere un minimo organizzati. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, due coppie adulte e siamo stati benissimo . I letti sono confortevoli , l appartamento molto luminoso , i bagni sono identici con finestra e ampia doccia . Sono presenti stendibiancheria mollette, il necessario per stirare se proprio avete voglia di farlo in vacanza , e anche un asciugacapelli . Situato fronte spiaggia , si attraversa la strada e si è subito sulla passeggiata . Vi è un comodo posteggio interno . Tutto L edificio è sorvegliato da un portiere di turno e tutti e tre sono disponibili , gentili e impeccabili. L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano con ascensore. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità , raccomandiamo questo appartamento , ma ne siamo molto gelosi , dunque abbiatene cura .

Superbe appartement, très bien placé ( 3 min de la plage, la Marina, les restaurants et bars). Logement très propre, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel et au calme. En plus parking privé. Le propriétaire Lahassane est très sympathique et avenant. Comme on dit: allez y les yeux fermés 😊

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr praktisch Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, und zum Strand sind es weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt war alles sehr angenehm und erholsam, wir sind rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank

Great stay at Bord de la Mer! The location is perfect. close to the beach, restaurants, and even the cable car to Agadir Oufella. The staff were super helpful, especially the night security guard. Hassan was a great host. I’d definitely recommend this place for a vacation!

L emplacement en front de mer et la propreté de l immeuble et de l appartement. La place de parking pour la voiture est très utile vu l emplacement. L hôte est très sympathique et réactif à nos demandes, je recommande fortement cet hébergement.

De ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps

Einfach alles hat uns gefallen. Sehr sauber. Direkt gegenüber vom Meer. Sehr netter Kontakt, immer erreichbar. Und der Wachmann ist auch sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder inschaallah.

The cleaning wasn’t the best but it works

The apartment is located at a very convenient spot - 5-minute walk to cable car, 5min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to restaurants, bus stop, and a station is walking distance away too. The apartment is well equipped with dishes, a drying rack, iron, washing machine, and other items that you may need during your stay. Communication with the host was easy and efficient, checking in too.

We did ask to check in at 12.00 instead of the usual 15.00 and maybe that's the reason, but the apartment needed a little clean, nothing serious, just wiping surfaces in bathrooms and sweeping . Also, it would be handy to have shower gel and shampoo as well as a spare set of towels available to use.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Agadir, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Its location was excellent—everything from restaurants and shops to major tourist attractions was easily accessible. Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, this apartment is a great choice for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Agadir. Highly recommended!

Great location for the sea front. A very spacious and light apartment. The two beds are large and comfortable. The electric blinds are great. Kitchen is equipped with kettle and toaster. Communication was great although initially a bit confusing as there is the owner and the manager. Both were very helpful. Bedrooms are at the back of the building so nights were quiet with no traffic noise and have views of the cable car. Sadly only spent 2 nights here but would happily return.

Only negative was the lack of cooking/ eating utensils in the kitchen. Some mugs would have been a welcome addition. There also wasn’t much worktop space for preparing food. It’s a spacious kitchen so a pity not to use this space with more worktop or table? Would also have liked some bedside tables. Some softer lightning in the bedrooms would have been appreciated.

Perfect location with easy walking access to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach front and the marina. Very close to many tourist attractions either with walking distance or short taxi ride. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen and everything functional. There are convenience stores around the corner and supermarkets about 20 mins walk. Beautiful view of the Fort on the mountain as you step outside. The host was always quick to respond and available for any need. Best value for money and I would highly recommend it to any family visiting Agadir.

Super nice location next to Marina Bay, it’s a very quite appartment with even two fully stuffed bath rooms, elevator, nice furnitures and aircondition, the stuff is great and we enjoyed our stay a lot …

Excellent location and property. Very clean, security on site, 2 minute walk from the beach and looks/feels brand new. Highly recommended.
