Lilium Hotel & Suites

Gutes parken in der Tiefgarage. Phantastischer Ausblick.

Great restaurant and view

.

Sehr sehr Zentral Top.

Location and breakfast

What a great experience we had in this hotel!!! The location is so convenient, you’re close to everything and they have parking. The rooms are spacious and incredible clean! Beds are also very comfortable. But for us the best part was the staff, the whole team were helpful, kind and always with a huge smile. We would like to thank Ahmed, he really took care of us and made our experience even better❤️

I booked a 5-night stay at this hotel, including breakfast, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. We had some issues with our room on the first night, but the staff was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to assist us. They kindly moved us to a much larger room, which made the rest of our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was also definitely worth it. There was a very nice buffet with plenty of options. The location is also perfect nearby and in the center of everything, from markets to restaurants. I also tried their restaurant on the last floor for dinner and it was delicious. A big thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for helping make our vacation a pleasant one!

Ottima posizione, parcheggio gratuito disponibile proprio sotto l'hotel.

"The hotel is extremely clean and located in a very vibrant area. The breakfast is delicious, and the front desk staff are wonderful, especially the Turkish gentleman working there. The level of cleanliness is excellent; 10/10."

Location and restaurant is great

Windows dirty curtains dirty table drawers faulty coridors smell like somebody smoke even inside the room is smell tobacco

The hotel is clean with well equipped facilities. It has a restaurant and cafe on the rooftop with a beautiful view. The location is excellent and lively. The staff are very helpful, especially Adeeb. Free parking is available in the basement.

Nothing

We loved the property, it was spacious, clean and was in a great location. The location is barely a 5 minute walk away from the famous markets and the zaferplaza shopping centre. The staff members were very kind, friendly and accommodating—from cleaners to the sky lounge restaurant staff. We made good friends with the staff! The facilities were great and we got upgraded for no extra price. The service is top class, they try their best to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. We have good memories of eating at the restaurant every night, which is open until 10pm (past 10pm is only burgers). The breakfast was very delicious and the food, we didn’t want to eat out anywhere else!

Nothing, it was amazing!

Location and space

The bed was not so comfortable

Absolutely AMAZING luxury feel hotel the minute you walk in- tasteful decor with an Arabic feeling of taste and decor. I felt this could easily be a 5 star hotel in Dubai, UAE! Hakkan the older and experienced manager was extremely polite and welcoming and offered me a free upgrade to a superior double room . He was conversational and very professional. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the view I got from my room was facing Beutiful Bursa and a panoramic view! The layout of the room is fantastic and an equaly tasteful bathroom is provided with a rainshower. My night was one of the best and comfortable nights so than you as I had been sleep deprived in previous hotels! Breakfast on the Sky Lux lounge- top floor was the highlight of the hotel offering panoramic views of the whole of Bursa . The windows were pulled down so there was the outer feel of nature coming in- very Al Fresco which makes this hotel so worth staying at. Breakfast was lovely - just what you needed but as I was very early, no cooked eggs/ omelettes were on offer. Staff were polite and breakfast was served in equal style! Thank you to the Kitchen staff for this! I ordered room service but it arrived late and wasnt that impressive but served its purpose. I was very happy when an ironing board and steam iron was already provided in the hotel room which many Turkish hotels do not provide so thanks again for this! As if the hotel could not get any better, Urrs at the check-out desk was extremely professional and hospitable. After a lovely conversation, I left in a taxi arranged by the front desk, only to realise at the bus station that I had forgotten my passport in the hotel safe. I called the hotel, and Urrs immediately checked and confirmed it had been found. With Hakkan’s authorisation, my passport was sent to me by taxi and arrived within 20 minutes, just in time for me to catch my coach. Exceptional service and care. This is a MUST hotel for service, location and comfort. Tessukerler!

Even the delay of my room service was not bad as the well spoken English Guest relations was so polite!

Very helpful and supportive staff. They attended to our needs promptly and professionally. The facility is located very close to many stores and access was very easy. They were kind enough to upgrade our unit when we faced issues with the original unit allocated.

Nothing really. But I recommend that a supervisor should always check all units being readied for guest occupancy to make sure everything is in order before guests arrive.

Stanza grande, nuova e molto moderna. Bagno altrettanto grande e vista stupenda su Bursa. Parcheggio gratuito in loco e staff molto accogliente professionale e preparato.

Nice hotel situated in the center of Bursa. Rooms are spacious and clean. It has a parking garage which is very helpful. The hotel staff is very friendly (gave us a free upgrade). Wi-fi is very fast and reliable.

Room amenities are a little bit old. And there weren’t many sockets in the rooms.

Amabilitatea personalului.

The location was close to koza han. The food was good.

Staff was not friendly and welcoming. Parking was not at the property. Luggage loadung and unloading was a problem.

Customer service and nice clean rooms and nice views
