Reviewed May 15, 2026Das Guest House ist neu und es wird sehr viel Wert auf Details gelegt. Das Haus ist top gepflegt. Der Gastgeber hat für uns alleine gekocht - das Essen war vorzüglich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass es für Gäste eine Gelegenheit gab, Kaffee und Tee zu kochen. Es gibt einen schönen, grossen Aufenthaltsraum für alle Gäste.
War alles einwandfrei.

Le rapport qualité / prix, la chambre est chère ce qui n’est pas un souci mais on s’attend tout de même à ce qu’elle soit terminée (travaux), tuyaux présents dans la salle de bain, toilettes pas fixé.. ce sont des détails mais qui compte quand on prend une chambre à ce tarif. L’entrée qui se trouve sur le côté et nous devont passer par la salle de restauration. La salle de restaurant est sans fenêtre, dommage que ce ne soit pas en terrasse avec la vue incroyable.

Our host was outstanding, attending all our stay needs, and was instrumental in arranging a guide for a tour of the local village with the old mosque and the Mirabu temple.

Des chambres très propres, bien équipées (salle de bain etc. ) spacieuses avec balcon donnant sur des paysages magnifiques ocres et dorés! Proche des sites à voir (ait, Ouarzazate..)mais très apaisant. Petit déjeuner chouette ( crêpes, jus d'orange fraichement pressé, produits locaux, très bonnes confitures..). La qualité de l'accueil de Monsieur Mohammed et de son neveu ,attentifs et bienveillants; connaissant bien la culture de leur territoire et répondant à toutes nos questions. Nous les remercions de leur gentillesse .

Very modern, clean and refreshing rooms was a surprise. Definitely a gem in the area. I would love to return here on my next visit. Water was hot and the beds were comfortable. I slept like a baby. The main attraction of Ait Benhaddou is only a short drive away, maybe 5-6 minutes!

The stuff was very nice and always cared about all that we needed, the cousins amazing , if u go you have to try they’re soup ( the lady gave me the receipt and also they gave us mint and some other natural leafs for tea ) we will come back absolutely! To be honest i cried as the taxi came to pick us up cause i was absolutely in love staying there ! We also vizit the old village ! The guid also gave us pomegranate and almonds figs directly from the tree and we saw the caves ! The people are nice and calm !

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025This is a superb and professionally run new guesthouse in the pretty village of Tamedakhte. Stylishly appointed throughout with comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms (best we had!), pristinely clean, and excellent wifi (not always easy to find in Morocco). Staff are outstanding and go out of their way to help you. Abdul took good care of us every day! Breakfasts were some of the best we had during our travels and we were especially grateful to be able to get espresso in the mornings as not many guesthouses offer that. Mouhamed is a gentlemanly host and very generous. He let us even do our laundry which was much appreciated after weeks of traveling and even drove us when we couldn't get a taxi. I highly recommend staying here. It is an excellent location to position yourself to visit Ait Benhaddou (only 5 mins by car) and trekking in the surrounding area with beautiful Berber villages, farmland along the river, and caves are not to be missed. Tamedakhte is also peaceful and less touristy. Villa A'Kabar will definitely stand out as one of the best places my husband and I stayed in across two months in Morocco. Many thanks to Mouhamed and his staff for their hospitality and making our stay so memorable.
