Great value for money and probably one of the best locations you can ask for, just behind My Khe Beach. The room was really nice, well decorated and clean, with daily housekeeping. We had a great open view of Da Nang’s skyline and a partial sea view. The rooftop pool was another highlight, with an amazing view over the city. The staff were friendly and always available if we needed anything. The location is simply perfect, close to the beach and everything else. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The behavior of some other guests, who were quite rude and inconsiderate at times. But of course, that’s not something you can blame the hotel for.

Good location

AC didn’t work and the staff were not very helpful. The idea that we needed two keycards seemed impossible to them and they didn’t figure that out until I told them I was just going to cancel and get another place. We ended up leaving after one night because the facilities were not as advertised and the room was very hot.

Gute Lage (2 min an Strand). Es war sauber und das Zimmer war genügend gross. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei.

יש לציין מראש בבוקינג שמאפשרים רק תשלום במזומן ולא באשראי והנוף בקומה הראשונה הוא לכל הכבלים של החשמל מאוד מאכזב.

The location is near the beach.

There is no tissue paper and trash can in the room. Only toilet paper and trash can in the restroom. Although there is water dispenser in the 2nd floor, there is no hot water to use. Only cold water. The housekeeping is not so good. We went to the beach the day before, but when we came back, there was still sand on the floor.

Le personnel n'essaie pas de vous comprendre plus que cela. On ne parle pas anglais. C'est un hôtel impersonnel. On ne voit personne. C'est la seule fois en un mois au Vietnam que nous sommes déçus et que nous donnons du linge à laver qui revient même pas plié. En plus sur les 4 jours une journée sans accès à la piscine.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay, only a few hours after we asked. Overall, it was a terrible experience and a real nightmare. We have already requested a refund through Booking.com and are still waiting for their response.

Расположение шикарное, до пляжа 3 минуты. Так понравился район, что когда переезжали, то искали жилье поблизости. Очень много кафе/ресторанов на разный абсолютно бюджет, много конечно сил уходит найти хорошие и недорогие заведения, советую читать последние отзывы на гугл-картах, так как рейтинги практически у всех нарисованные. Хорошая ванная/туалет, все боле-менее в номере высыхало. Уборка ежедневная, кровати удобные.

Отсутствие завтраков. Сразу же после заезда начали искать куда переехать, но удалось только через 4 дня. Комната очень маленькая для 4, балкона нет, поесть в комнате очень неудобно, поэтому стали искать апартаменты. Могу рекомендовать отель на 1-2 дня. Отель находится на оживленном перекрестке, слышны звуки с набережной, которые к ночи стихают. Когда бронировала номер, то для меня преимуществом были окна в пол. По факту они все время были закрыты шторами, так как в открытом виде ты на обозрении из окон из отеля напротив и с улицы. То есть плюс оказался в данном случае минусом. Вида на море не было, только на стройку какого-то здания, которая портила весь вид.

De ligging Vlakbij het strand, over het hotel voldoende gelegenheden om te ontbijten, het personeel was super vriendelijk en heeft ons erg geholpen om een uitstap naar Ba Na Hills te regelen. Eén zwembad op het dak, niet groot maar wel leuk om even in te plonsen in de avond,

The room was big enough and it was not dirty.

When I booked this hotel on Booking.com, it didn't say that I had to pay only in cash. But they said only cash, and after a long conversation, they let us into the room, but I had to leave my passport at the reception until I brought the cash. I know you get what you pay for, but I got exhausted while checking out at the reception.

The receptionists were very nice and the locations was good, very near to beach, shops, and restaurants.

If you are given a room that is on the top (9th) floor, there will be problems: 1) During a previous stay, I had a room on the 8th floor, underneath the pool; and I heard the loud sound of running water that kept me from getting a good night’s sleep. This time, I was on the 9th floor, right next to the pool. All day but especially at night, there was constant annoying pool equipment noise, like a cycling pump. I had to leave my laptop on a news channel all night to drown out the noise so that I could get a few total hours sleep. The hotel should warn guests about the noise before giving such a room to them. 2) The bed was too firm. 3) The rooms had only bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels. 4) There were no napkins or facial tissues provided.

Incredible good location and the pool is so good. Close to everywhere and also staff is so friendly. There is parking area for motorbikes too.

I had a great stay at Sea Wind Hotel in Da Nang. One of the best things about it is the location—it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it super convenient to enjoy the area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the pool at the top; even though it’s on the smaller side, it was still a nice spot to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby offering both Vietnamese and Korean food, so you’ll never run out of options. Overall, a really solid place to stay in Da Nang. I’d definitely recommend it!

Close to the beach. Pretty quiet most of the time. Bathroom was clean, and water was provided every day.

The beds were so firm/hard. They need to put an extra cushioning mattress cover on them for some comfort. Bedroom floor can use some good moping.

A surprise of paying cash at arrival required us to cancel our reservation then attend an ATM which allowed larger withdrawal.amounts. This caused some challenges- Room was MUCH smaller than the photos depict. Unfortunately construction required all guests to move across the street to the sister hotel. Sea Wind 2 does not have a pool however as a conseccion we were provided with a larger room. The reception staff & cleaning staff at this hotel were equally 👌 amazing!
