اشكر جميع طاقم الاستقبال على المهنية و الاخلاق العالية و المعاملة الحسنة و خاصة الأخ وليد اللي اثقلت عليه بطلباتي الخاصة.

مكان الاقامة بعيد عن الخدمات و تحتاج وسيلة نقل للذهاب إلى أي مرفق بالخارج.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent séjour ! Hôtel propre et agréable, avec un personnel très accueillant. Un grand merci à Walid et Heba pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Je recommande vivement !

Trop de bruit, hotel sur une grande artère ou le trafique n arrête pas. Clim bruyante avec fuite d eau! Personnel si tu pas de pourboire il faut s attendre à une froideur manifeste.

أشكر جميع الموظفين في المطاعم والرسيبشن والمسبح والنظافه جميعهم على الاحترافيه بالتعامل والرقي في التعامل وبشكل خاص الجميله الراقيه في الرسيبشن والتي نسيت أن أسأل عن اسمها التي تشرح الصدر عند رؤيتها

إني لن أرى الجميله الراقيه خلال الفتره القادمه .

Dışardan gelen aşırı gürültü var. Merkeze uzak. Fuar için gelindiyse maksimum 1-2 gece kalınabilir. Kahvaltı kötü. Sadece 5 seçenek var. Her seçenekte 3-4 tane ürün var.

Breakfast could have been much better

Good hotel but its set for more weddings instead of tourist or foregigners, Great facitlities and nice people , Good staff at restaurent they tried very hard to keep us happy, Offered option could have been better when I compare some of the other hotels I stayed and open buffet would work better IMO as they have set 3 menue to select for breakfast. It can be turnedaround to very good 5* hotel for more touriest if they have right management team and to make relevent changes. But to be fair for the price I would accept as its value for money.

Noise on weekend on weddings too loud music, Reception to room with baggage its not great although porter did well to carry all of them bags to our room. Restaurent could offer more option and open bigger buffet could be better option. Freash management can make changes and take this hotel to another level.

تعامل الموظفين فوق الرائع من اول واحد تقابله تجد الترحاب حل اي مشكلة بسرعة والحرص علي رضاك المكان نظيف ومش زحمة الفطار رووعة وخصوصا انه يمكن تقديمه في الغرف

It was clean and cozy with a nice swimming pool

Too much Music, basically from the morning until 00:00 everyday. It was a bit too much.

The receptionist guy ( i didn't catch the name i think it was Mohammed or mustafa but he was young) was so polite and hospitable and helped me with everything Overall the staff is amazing and the whole stay was worth it

If only the location was near facilities but this can be overlooked

Ce que j'ai aimé c'est l'accueil exceptionnel de Monsieur Mohamed Fathy, il a rendu notre séjour parfait, il était au petit soin, très professionnel et surtout tres réactif! L'hôtel est très bien équipé terrain de foot, padel, cheval, karting, paint ball....

Peut être renouveler les équipements des douches/ salle de bain.

- No shaded parking and no parking close to the rooms.

كانت إقامتنا في فندق راماج رائعة جدًا، وكل شيء كان على أعلى مستوى من النظافة والراحة. جميع أفراد طاقم العمل كانوا في غاية الاحترام والتعاون، وكانوا دائمًا حريصين على تقديم المساعدة. وأحب أن أشكر بشكل خاص الأستاذ أحمد رأفت، فقد كان متعاونًا جدًا، محترفًا في التعامل، وساهم بشكل كبير في جعل إقامتنا مريحة ومميزة. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، وبالتأكيد سأكرر التجربة مرة أخرى.

Fuara gelecekler için en iyi seçeneklerden biri.Fuar alanına çok yakın.Temiz ve rahat.Personel çok ilgili.WİFİ çok zayır.Kahvaltısı Mısır usulü olduğu için turistlere çok yetersiz geliyor.Restaurant temekleri çok uygun.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and organized. The service and politeness is great. The location is good if attending an Expo.

Breakfast should have more variety because it is very limited. The hotel layout to walking to your room is very long. The wifi keeps cutting on and off because the internet password keeps changing.

Saat 7 de bir oda verdiler, kahvaltı yapmama da ses çıkarmadılar.

Gece 3 te gittim öğlen 12 ye kadar beklememi söylediler, halbuki booking.com dan varış saatimi bildirmiştim, ayarlama yapıldı sanıyordum.

The room was big and great balcony The gym whilst you had to pay extra to use (400EGP) , was actually a good quality gym

Every evening from about 9pm-12pm they played music very very loudly that was almost impossible to ignore. If you were here on holiday then it might be okay, but business was difficult. You also couldn’t order takeaway food to the hotel which was frustrating, room service was okay.

The service and politeness is great, staff really does their best to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

الطاقم ذوق ولطيف ويتدارك بسرعة المواقف وخصوصا لخبطة التسجيل والحجوزات ، مكان نوعا ما صاخب خصوصا حمام السباحة دائم النشاط والحفلات والغناء ، مناسب لمحبين اجواء الحفلات .

Malheureusement il y a une très mauvaise organisation, beaucoup de personnel pour peu de clients et malgré ça l’organisation reste mauvaise. Très bruyant, des mariages tous les soirs qui empêchent la tranquillité jusqu’à 23h

المعامله والنضافه والمكان جميل

De uitstekende service van het personeel, het eten, de faciliteiten en de algehele sfeer. Het eten was goed, op 1 keer na.

De harde muziek, de vele bruiloften (met luide muziek) die er dagelijks gehouden werden in de avonden. Zoals gezegd was het eten goed op 1 keer na en daar is mijn vrouw ziek van geworden. Wel heeft het hotel daar adequaat op gereageerd door alle hulp te bieden die nodig was. Zo hebben ze niks gerekend voor de roomservice toen mijn vrouw even ziek was en hebben ze gelijk actie ondernomen naar het restaurant van het zwembad, waar het gerecht vermoedelijk vandaan kwam. Daarnaast kwamen ze thee brengen voor mijn vrouw en toonden ze veel interesse in hoe het ging met haar en dat was zeer prettig.

The personnel was kind and very helpful. Especially Reception Manager Ahmed, stood by me from the first minute arriving in Ramage, till the last one prior leaving to the airport. Since it was my first visit in Cairo and my needs where a lot since I had to be prepared for the food expo, the help I got was more than enough! I recommend Ramage resort without any hesitation for business trips or vacation. Thank you my friends, will miss you, till next time! 🙏🙏🙏

Η τοποθεσία, τα μεγάλα δωμάτια, το εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Το πρωινό ήταν μόνο αιγυπτιακού τύπου. Μπορούσαμε να φάμε ελάχιστα. Καφέ σου έφερναν ένα φλιτζάνι και έπρεπε να πληρώσεις τον δεύτερο. Τον πάτωμα δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό και δεν άφηναν καθημερινά σαπουνακια στο μπάνιο. Ζητήσαμε όμως και μας άφησαν.

Everything was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff . Property was clean, you'll find help whenever needed

The place was a little bit full of noise because of the marriage parties take place over there. But, it was totally compensated with so many other good things. Breakfast was passable.

بكل جداره وبدون ادني تفكير او تردد اذكي وبكل حفاوه الاستاذ حسين واشكره جزيل الشكر علي مدي حفاوته والشياكه والرقي الملحوظ في ترحابه بضيوفه والذي كان ظاهرا جدا في اختيار الشاليه وموقعه والڤيو المميز جدا مما يدل علي كفاءته التي تفوق موظف استقبال عادي بل يستحق ان يتم ترقيته الي منصب اعلي حيث سيمثل الفندق بكل كفاءه ومهنيه عاليه بدون ادني شك وسيكون احد الركايز الرئيسيه جدا لظهور الفندق بمظهر جديد راقي فاخر نظرا لمهنيته العاليه وخبرته الكبيره في هذا المجال لسنوات عديده كما لاحظت عليه في كل ردود افعاله وتصرفاته وتعبيراته اثناء تسجيل الدخول

ميعاد الخروج باكر جدا وغير منطقي بالمره

Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα, η καθαριότητα θέλει μεγαλύτερη προσοχή. Το ενοχλητικό ήταν ότι κάθε βράδυ γινόταν γάμος με αποτέλεσμα μέχρι τις 11 το βράδυ να ακούγεται στην διαπασών μουσική. Το πρωϊνό ανεπαρκές για τουρίστες από άλλες χώρες. Ο Χοσέ στην ρεσεψιόν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός.

The location is good if attending an Expo.

Everything out the property. Firstly, most of the hotel staff don’t speak English. The food is really bad. No veg options. The restaurant staff doesn’t understand food requests. The breakfast is cold and prepared in advance and just 5 dishes. No fruits. The rooms smell bad and are dirty. They don’t even have basic wifi.

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en dienstbaar. Het onbijt was geweldig . Tip is om te vragen naar Egyptisch ontbijt. Wil je wat lichter eten, dan kun je dat ook aangeven.

De plek is wat minder geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Er wordt elke dag een Bruiloft, soms meerdere, georganiseerd. Deze feesten zijn enorm luid en deze hoor je op de hotelkamer. Voordeel is wel dat ze exact om 23:00 stoppen.

Das Personal war einfach großartig! Immer bereit und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen um 5 Uhr morgens an und konnten kostenlos vorzeitig einchecken. Außerdem sind die Einrichtungen sehr gut.

كل شي هناك مش تمام غالي على الفاضي

Las instalaciones eran muy completas. Habitación amplia, ordenada y limpia. Piscina muy bien mantenida.

Tiene un precio elevado comparando con otros hoteles para el servicio que da. El personal del restaurante tenía un nivel de inglés muy justo y era difícil la comunicación para pedir cena o comida. La carta de comida de la zona piscina solo estaba en árabe y no tenían opción traducida a inglés.

Jag skulle säga: "Jag bodde på hotellet nyligen, och det var verkligen jättebra. Allt var väldigt rent, servicen var utmärkt, och personalen var hjälpsam. Särskilt Abdul Ghani i receptionen, som var artig, tillmötesgående och snabb. Jag är jättenöjd och rekommenderar detta hotell varmt."

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Anlage war sehr groß mit vielen Aktivitäten

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe für Europäer, es gab kein Buffet. Die Zimmer waren in die Jahre gekommen und etwas abgelegt. Es gab ein Deutsches TV.

Sehr großes Zimmer (Chalet) mit großem Bad und sehr großem Balkon mit Poolblick, sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber, schöne Poolanlage (war allerdings bei meinem Besuch - 5 Tage im März - für mich noch zu kühl), große Auswahl beim Frühstück

War alles sehr schön :-)

Complexe sympa

La première nuit s’est bien passée, mais le lendemain matin a été compliqué : dès 8h, le personnel de ménage s’est installé devant notre chambre pour échanger et travailler en parlant fort pendant plus d’une heure, rendant toute grasse matinée impossible. L’incident du matin a été signalé, mais nous n’avons eu aucun retour de la part de l’établissement. Nous avons également été surpris de recevoir un message nous demandant un avis sur notre séjour alors que nous n’avions passé qu’une seule nuit sur deux, ce qui donne une impression de suivi client peu adapté. Concernant la restauration, l’expérience a été particulièrement confuse : nous avons été installés le midi avant d’apprendre que le restaurant était finalement fermé. Le soir, en revenant avant 20h, celui-ci était déjà fermé, sans indication claire sur les horaires. Nous avons ensuite été redirigés vers un autre espace où, après un temps d’attente, il s’est avéré qu’il n’y avait pas de service de restauration. Nous avons donc dû nous organiser à l’extérieur. Une information claire dès l’arrivée aurait été appréciée. Enfin, une soirée avec musique dans le jardin de l’hôtel s’est prolongée jusqu’à environ 1h du matin, ce qui a également impacté le repos. Dommage, car certains points pourraient être améliorés avec une meilleure organisation et communication.
