Een mooie plek met een mooi uitzicht! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en wouden graag helpen met alle bagage naar binnen tillen.

Er zaten enorm veel mieren op de kamer. Dit op de muren, badkamer en ook regelmatig een aantal in het bed. Hierdoor sliep het toch een stuk minder lekker en kregen we al snel veel jeuk overal.

I honestly cannot understand where all the positive reviews about the cleanliness come from. Our room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom, which looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. There were ant nests all over the room, and we even found ants on the bed. The pillowcases were stained and clearly not properly cleaned. For two people staying for three days, we were provided with only half a roll of toilet paper. Nobody ever asked us if we needed more supplies or if everything was okay. In fact, there was hardly ever anyone at the reception, so there was no one available to ask for anything. We eventually had to buy our own toilet paper. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of basic service were extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spacious room with amazing view. Great location, near to supermarket and short tuk tuk ride into Kandy and quiet at night.

WiFi was unreliable and slow. Cooked breakfast was cold as served before arrived to table.

I ragazzi del personale sono stati davvero molto accoglienti e gentili, ci hanno trattato quasi come un re e una regina. La stanza era molto bella e credo che il loro letto fosse il più comodo trovato durante il nostro viaggio.

Le foto non rappresentano minimamente la struttura. Ci hanno servito la colazione in camera che abbiamo consumato in piedi, perché non vi era alcuna sedia o tavolo dove appoggiarsi. Struttura gestita da 3 ragazzini molto giovani, l pulizia non era adeguata, soprattutto il bagno. Unico pregio letto comodo. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato. SCONSIGLIATO

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel wird von ein paar Jungs betrieben und das Essen war sehr lecker. Man kann sich alles per WhatsApp Nachrichten zum Zimmer bringen lassen, wenn man z.B. ein Bier am Abend möchte. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist sehr schön.

Das Zimmer war nicht mehr das Neueste, das Bidet im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert und wirkte generell sehr veraltet. Es ging eine Ameisenstraße im Zimmer entlang die aber sonst nicht weiter gestört haben. Für zwei Nächte ging es in Ordnung für den Preis.

Place was good. Our booked room was a disaster. Water everywhere in the washroom and room was relatively small. I complained and they agreed to upgrade us to a different room it was better. Staff was very keen to help us.

Garden was not well maintained. Our first room 's washroom was not cleaned properly. They need to maintain their facilities. Should super clean the bathroom floors because stains everywhere.

Sometimes the staff knocking on the door to ask questions, while they could have texted us. We sometimes felt we didn't have real privacy. We left some laundry to be washed, everything else was fine but my girlfriend's one of the shirts smelled terrible after the laundry service, it literally had a really strong smell of a local man's sweat, filling the whole room with the smell, and I'm not even exaggerating, it could not be used until it was washed again. When I asked if there was some issue with the laundry, they left me on read. When I asked again, they told me they're still checking with the laundry, they never got back to me about it. Not even an apology. Just overall really unprofessional staff.

The location is very nice and once we step off the room, it could can be seen the nice mountain range and opposite side of kandy city. The scenery was quite nicw and amazing. And also with in few times could be reached out to kandy city by different access roads

The rooms are cleaned but, it couldn't be set for Vale for money and there's no any clothes rak and haven't seen items to make coffees or cup of tea ( coffees packet,sugar, etc). Also in the bathroom there were some water leaking and the price of the meals in side the hotel we're quite high by comparing to outside

Świetny, pomocny, młody, komunikatywny personel. Piękny widok z okna. Czystość, wielkość pokoju, duży balkon. Najlepsze śniadanie podczas naszego 10 dniowego pobytu.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une chambre spacieuse et bien agencée. Rien ne manquait. le restaurant sur le roof top était satisfaisant. L accueil était aimable et souriant. Une bonne adresse à tous les niveaux. merci à tout le personnel.

Отель совершено не соответствует рейтингу. Мы приехали 5 человек к моменту заселения, забронировали 3 номера. Один номер был не готов, нас пытались поселить в 2 номера, они искренне не понимали зачем нам 3 номера, если нас 5 и мы уместимся в 2-х. Так как один из номеров был трех-местный). В итоге конечно нам дали необходимое количество номеров. В номере осталась от предыдущих жильцов куча белья грязного на пуфике и полотенец, которые забыли вынести после уборки. В шкафу отсутствовали вешалки, я ходила просила 2 раза, мне отвечали, что нужно доп время на это, по итогу их так и не принесли. Жили мы в отеле 2 дня). Ну и самое запоминающееся, что парень (на мой взгляд школьник) работающий в отеле, закрыл дверь на 1 этаж, где был мой номер в 10 вечера и пошел спать. Я так и не смогла попасть на ночь в свой номер. Очень повезло, что из-за того, что один из номеров не был готов и моей подруге дали номер классов выше на 2-ом этаже, я смогла переночевать у нее. Wi-fi практически не работал. Если вы едете с учетом того, что сможете поработать, то не получится. Также отель находится достаточно далеко от кафе и центра, на возвышенности, необходимо это учитывать при выборе локации!

Wij hadden hier 1 nacht geboekt. De kamer was super schoon, fijn bed en mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt was ook super.

Het ligt op een heuvel, voor ons geen probleem maar wel goed om te weten.

La posizione è molto scomoda e non segnalata con cartelli e i tik tuk facevano fatica a trovarla e a salire. La camera aveva odore di muffa e il letto era sempre pieno di formiche.

Hotel położony jest na wzgórzu w Kandy, co oferuje gościom piękne, górskie widoki oraz spokój i kontakt z naturą. Podjazd dla niektórch kierowcó okazywał się lekko problematyczny ale ogólnie da się TukTukiem wjechać pod sam hotel. Ogólnie personel bardzo miły i pomocny, pokoje czyste i przestronne z ładnymi widokami i z mała niespodzianką w postaci rodzinki małpek na tarasie :) Do centrum miasta około 10-15 minut Tuk Tukiem .

Śniadania do poprawy, z przykrością muszę przyznać że były najgorsze podczas naszego 3 tygodniowego pobytu na Sri Lance.

Camera ampia, bagno con box doccia davvero grande. Per colazione abbiamo chiesto delle modifiche e ci hanno accontentato in tutti i modi comprandoci anche dei dolci appositi. Staff gentile, struttura nuova in posizione tranquilla.

Per arrivare alla struttura la strada è molto ripida e stretta e il nostro van ha fatto davvero fatica a ripartire, informazione che sarebbe da segnalare. La pulizia da migliorare in alcuni ambiti.

Tout était absolument parfait. La chambre était extrêmement propre, et très belle, une vue magnifique. Le petite déjeuner était copieux et savoureux, servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. Il y a une boulangerie et un supermarché juste à 10min à pieds.

Quelques tuktuks et taxis ne montent pas et nous déposent en bas, 10 min max à pieds, largement réalisable même avec les gros sacs. L'hôtel vaut vraiment le coup ! Je recommande

Gli asciugamani erano sporchi (forse macchiati da precedenti utilizzi), ma che ci sono stati prontamente cambiati. Qualche formichina in giro, ma credo sia normale per l'ambiente circostante. Staff un po' inesperto, ma volenteroso!

La struttura è gestita da ragazzi giovani che si danno molto da fare ma sono probabilmente inesperti. La camera era non troppo pulita e gli asciugamani macchiati.

Big bed and good view at breakfast.

The bathroom in mediocre condition. The cabinets in bedroom is not pleasing to the eyes, you would not like to put your clothes in. No airconditioning when we arrived in the room, they said it is broken, but we paid for it. After a while, they came back with the control and it was working.

The hotel is located on a hill, which gives a super view!! The wifi is good, the room is big with balony and a good view. The bathroom is big! There is AC and the breakfast is English but if you ask for a local one/Sri Lankan, you will receive a delicious one. Some drivers don't know the location and don't know the road up to the hill, so give the hotel number to driver and let them explain the road.

De kamers waren comfortabel met een ruim balkon met een mooi uitzicht over de heuvels rond Kandy

Alleen bij aankomst was er personeel en bij het ontbijt. Er was ‘‘s avonds niemand in huis waar we wat te drinken konden bestellen. Na app contact werd ons duidelijk gemaakt dat we ons eigen drankje mee konden nemen naar de ontbijtruimte om daar nog even te zitten. Het ontbijt was de eerste ochtend een Engels ontbijt, en álles was koud. De tweede dag werd dit overigens (na een opmerking hierover) wel goed gemaakt met een uitgebreid Sri Lankaans ontbijt. Al met al ijkt het of dit hotel nog niet klaar is om gasten te ontvangen

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always had a smile. Der Blick war traumhaft und die Unterkunft lag ein wenig außerhalb des crowdy Kandys, welches wir sehr angenehm fanden. Das Badezimmer war super, der Balkon auch schön und das Personal sehr nett.

A beautiful property with amazing views from the balcony. The staff were very friendly especially Ranjith who booked his friend for us to be a driver for the next day and take us all the way to Sigiriya. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.
