Que es un poco dificil llegar con tu propio coche y que subes bastantes escaleras. Es necesario tuk-tuk para llegar.

Had an issue with a/c remote but this was solved promptly. Pool, while good to have, is a little contained and only 2 loungers. It's only a minor point.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026De locatie is super mooi, met een uitzicht over het meer van Kandy. De weg er naar toe is stijl en niet alle tuktuks willen die route afleggen naar boven. Het lopen naar beneden is prima te doen. De douche is warm en de bedden zijn goed.
Het hotel is gedateerd en dat merk je ook aan de kamers. Het is niet luxe maar wel comfortabel. De stad Kandy vonden wij zelf niet heel leuk, maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026We loved the amazing view over the lake, both from our balcony and the restaurant! We enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool after a big day out. We enjoyed the plate of mixed fruit, yogurt, omelette, toast & coffee served for breakfast. We ate two dinners at the hotel, both excellent. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Via the hotel reception we booked a Tuk Tuk driver to take us to the Pinnawala elephant sanctuary. This driver was very reliable and accommodating.

Le camere ampie sono dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione abbondantissima viene servita in una sala molto bella, tutta a vetri che permette l’affaccio sul lago. Inoltre abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli oltre l’orario del check-out per poter girare ancora qualche ora la città.

We verbleven er 2 nachten. De eerste nacht zei de nachtwaker dat er een avondklok was van 22u-22u30. Nog nooit geweten in een hotel. Ruime kamer, maar zeer basic. De foto’s oogden mooier dan de realiteit. Het interieur is afgeleefd.

Qualche miglioria da apportare nel bagno e la cena non merita, ma la gentilezza di chi lavora compensa ogni lacuna
