Spacious 2BR at SoMa BGC Near SM Aura and Bonifacio High Street

the place is clean, neat, complete. near to Bonifacio High Street and SM Aura

no swimming pool at the time (under repair) were there! i could have give 10 stars.

Fantastic location for BGC. Close to everything. Really comfortable beds and lots of space.

Perfect location: Good walking distance to the SM Aura mall and easy transport to and from BGC High St The main bedroom was great Aircon had energy saver mode so it wasn’t blasting profusely thru the day and night, auto shut off and on which is great as aircon tends to make me sick if it's on the whole night. I love that there’s an iron/steamer/board. Thank you! Would be good to get a bigger/proper ironing board as there is space to store in the main bedroom. And a laundry machine - thank you!!! It’s so hard to do laundry when ur travelling and when ur accommodations don’t have any machines. No soap provided but can easily get one from the convenience store downstairs outside. Laundry hanging rack provided outside as well. Thank you! THIS IS a proper apartment with proper amenities, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay -- from the bathroom and everything, it was clean and spacious, I was the only one staying here and I was happy with it for myself. I loved that the kitchen had everything needed like plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, Scissors!!! (I never realised how much I needed them on my trip for little things), microwave, kettle, water jug, etc. I got an 8 litre distilled water jug from the convenience store nearby downstairs and it held my water nice and cold.

The main bed had this memory foam where after a few mins of laying on it, you start to feel the wooden slats beneath it which was very uncomfortable. As the mattress is very thin, would recommend for host to add another mattress underneath for extra layer and comfort :) The material of the beddings were very hot in both rooms, would've loved if it was Bamboo Cotton material, which is nice and cool. It was frustrating heating up throughout the night as the beddings cause you to get hot. No access to the gym :( unable to be used as a short term guest The code locked me out at first even though I entered it at exactly 2pm. I think there's a cleaner on hand that stays at the apartment and she can easily tend to you if needs be in the day. The laundry machine does leak water but something that could be fixed?

It was nice and spacious, toddler friendly. Walking distance to BGC.

The condo unit is clean and spacious , beds are comfy and it has everything that you need (slippers, hangers, toiletries, cleaning tools and washing machine is a plus). Location is excellent ( we walked to High street and market market). Short ride to Uptown Mall. We will stay here again!

Apartment was clean. Location was really convenient.

Hot water in bathroom next to kitchen was playing up. Allowing mostly cold showers. Ending up sharing the ensuite bathroom with 4 adults, which was not ideal.

Looks exactly like photos and was a comfy stay with nice reception staff.

Clean and the facilities were complete.

Short term guests are not able to use the family Room or the pools on weekends - the listing had both being available so we were very displeased as there was not much to do with our two small children.

Very nice condo, a lot of little Things that I appreciate, like travel toothbrush or cotton buds. Quiet and nice staff.

The AC in the bed room is just useless. It's loud and don't cool anything. We had a last minute brown-out that wasn't communicated upfront so we woke up with no fan, no light, no possibility to charge and had to check out early. The owner did refund the day but only after complaining and it was still a bad experience.

Everything is clean and provided. It felt well organized and a general good place to stay at.

It was quite inconvenient to have to search for external parking.

The property has 3 strong a/c units and fans. It is also somewhere in the 10-14th floor so it's not that high (for those who do not like staying in higher floors). Everythings else in BGC is within a 1-15min walk. The comfort rooms are clean. The sheets and pillows are in a desired softness.

The interior was very modern and clean. It had a very homely feeling. The condo was very well maintained with all necessities. It was like 5 star hotel standard.

Very nicely decorated. It felt like home. Every appliance you need for short or long-term stay. Host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Linens were very soft and smelled extra fresh. Highly recommend, one of the best accomodations I have stayed at.

Internet was down on day one for four hours so I couldn’t work. Not their fault but worth noting.

Location was fantastic walking distance to everything. The space itself felt like home. We loved all the amenities and the host was quick to respond.

The guest bedroom didn’t have toothbrushes, hooks in bathrooms, body mirror unlike the master bedroom. Would have been nice if both rooms had the same features. Also, children’s playroom not allowed for guests even though it was in the picture. Not the hosts fault felt like the building has miscommunication among its staff.
