Cozypura Staycation near MOA, Airport , with free fast WIFI, Netflix and pay parking

The place was small and warm, i felt like i am at home, Special thanks for Ms. Jasmine for her service and fast response, next visit to Philippines it will be the same place for sure, everything was provided to not spend much money like washing machine and electric kettle and some kitchen appliances.

I am not going to talk about smoking as the situation in Philippines is like that even that makes me go down just to smoke is not a big issue, my issue is the cockroaches around the unit, i wish they could take care of the situation after each customer.

It was cozy, clean and literally walkable to MOA. I was also pleased with the host Miss Jaz, she’s responsive and friendly. It was smooth check in.

Furnitures. Aircon. Kitchen tools. Shower heater. Big TV. Netflix.

Dust fell from ceiling fan when switched on. Fireworks from MOA half visible.

Jaz was an excellent host friendly and helpful. Her apartment is great for a weekend trip to Manila!

Location is good The host is responsive: at the beginning he gave me a noisy unit where you could hear the traffic and then, as per my request, he gave me another unit giving to the courtyard. Wifi worked well.

You can hear a lot to your neighbors. The bed is short if you are taller than 1.80 m. The rain shower does not have warm water, the mobile shower does. The water from the mobile shower is warm, but not hot. This accommodation shows in booking.com as an hotel, but it is not. It is an apartment. The apartment has everything but it's quite small.

the room was clean and neat, the facility staffs were so nice. the organizer was super prompt on responding and was really nice.

Great location if you wanna be near MOA. Full kitchen equipment, friendly and helpful owner.

Pool usage is not included and costs 150 Pesos per day, that should be stated in the description. The bed is in a small separate room that doesn't have an own aircon (unlike on the photo). You can keep the door open and use the aircon of the main room, but it takes a while.

Conveniently located on everything we needed. The security staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Needs a little deep cleaning. Quite cramp for a family stay.

booking was smooth even within the last minute booking. I have another booking from the same location i booked 2 months ago and i got a cancelled notice 1 day before the booking date. Luckily i got this booking and made my stay worthwhile.

When we arrive,I did not expect that I have to inform them our arrival through text or call.Information is not very clear with the reception in the hotel staff,they check our id's and kept them but we have to wait an hour and half chasing the person incharge of our stay.As the hotel staff could not help us as they explain they do not have any contact with them which is quite unbelievable,we supposed to celebrate my son 11th birthday but with all that chasing and waiting as we have to travel 2 1/2 hours to in the hotel its too much we are all tired and would need rest.It was not very nice and the place was not quite clean at all.

The waiting,the place is not very clean was expecting high as survey was good.

everything is thought out to the smallest detail. there is a washing machine (which is rare in the Philippines) and a dryer. clean, no insects.

the only drawback is a faulty air conditioner, dripping directly onto the bed. in the morning you wake up in a wet bed.

The place is really clean and has most of the items you need from refrigerator, tv, aircon, electric kettle to microwave. It's also a walking distance to SM MOA (about a kilometer), great time to explore nearby places and establishments. The owner is also accommodating. They provide you the details that you need to know and they are also up-to to current events 'coz the date we chose was declared holiday after we had booked the place. I totally recommend this place to stay if you want to explore the areas near MOA. Thank you very much and we hope to book it again 😊

Very comfy and homely looking unit. All facilities listed were provided. Fast wifi. Spacious bedroom. Nice view outside. Very close to MOA and shops nearby. All at a really good price. The host was also friendly and quick in communication.

The aircon did take some time to cool but this is probably normal. It would've been better if the sofa was in front of the tv.

The unit is very clean with complete necessities you need. The owner and the staff were very accommodating. I can easily recommend to book this unit to anyone.

Room is clean. Ms jaz is soooo helpful and accommodating. We have everything we need in the room. Location is near to almost everywhere you wanna go in the heart of Manila. Will definitely go back once we have time!
