Back to North India with New Delhi as gateway. And my starting hotel is again Grand Godwin. All in all these two nights were great, all the good facts about this hôtel are maintened @ a high level. The staff is very helpful and effiscient with special mention to Asha.

- La prise en charge par un taxi est un service déguisé : vous payez en réalité le parking de l’aéroport qui est le coût normal d’un trajet en taxi. Le nôtre, n’est jamais venu et donc avons dû venir par nos propres moyens à 2h35 du matin. - Chambre : Forte odeur d’humidité avec des taches sur les murs. Le rapport qualité prix est très très mauvais. Le bruit est TukTuk est très bruyant dans la chambre. - Quartier : Pas idéal et non reposant.

Locatie druk, airport pickup was geregeld maar chauffeur was al weg terwijl hij onze vlucht had kunnen bekijken op internet zodat hij daar niet zou staan wachten om dan uiteindelijk er niet te zijn. We moesten hier dus extra voor betalen en dat werd niet gecompenseerd. We boekten voor vier personen een kregen een kamer voor twee. Personeel bracht dan twee extra matrassen maar eigenlijk niet ok. Lakens roken ook niet vers. Veel lawaai op de gang zowel ‘s avonds als ‘s ochtends. Het licht ging ook opeens aan midden in de nacht?!

Excellent location, a walk from the main bazar. The room wasn't very big, yet was clean, comfortable and had a TV and a small fridge. A must for the hot weather. The cherry on the top is the staff- extremely helpful and kind at any hour!

Really satisfied with my experience in the hotel. Staff is dedicatedly present everywhere , buffet breakfast is a big plus . Aju organised a tour for me including wildlife safari , personal driver and all hotels included at the best price with such an exquisite service . It is highly recommended to avail this service because you might find many con artists when you land but this service was too good !! Thanks again 👍🏻

The staff was exremely kind and helpful. We asked for an extra bed and it was ready within minutes. The room was spacious and very clean. We dven has warm water :) I wish we could stay here longer.

Der Standort ist gut, glaube ich zumindest. Ich war eigentlich nur per Auto unterwegs in der Stadt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Service sind sehr herzlich!

Vor der Ankunft wurde über eine Führung durch die Stadt informiert, mit einer Preisangabe und was gesehen werden wird. Beim Check-in wurde mir aber dann eine viel teurere Stadtführung mit dem Auto verkauft. Auf meine Frage, ob das alles zu Fuss möglich ist, hat er mir gesagt, das dauert sehr sehr lange. Beim Check-out habe ich dann nochmals wegen der Preisdifferenz gefragt und dann wurde mir erklärt, dass der zuerst mitgeteilte Preis für eine Führung zu Fuss ist. Eigentlich, was ich wollte… Bei der Fahrt wurden mir dann verschiedene Sehenswürdikeiten gezeigt und jeweils draussen auf mich gewartet, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Jedoch habe ich den Fahrer mehrmals gebeten mich zu einem Einkaufszentrum oder zu einem Markt zu bringen, da ich dringend Kleider brauchte für meine Weiterreise. Er hat mich dann zuerst zu einem Ort gefahren, wo nur typisch indische Kleidung cerkauft wurde. Es war zwar alles sehr schön aber nicht das, worum ich ihn gebeten habe. Ich war dann sehr sehr lange dort drin, da mir ein junger Herr sehr viel verkaufen wollte und mich nicht richtig gehen liess. Da es mein erstes Mal alleine als Frau in Indien war, hätte ich mehr unterstützung benötigt. Was ich meinem ‚Guide’ ihm im Voraus auch mitgeteilt habe. Dazu waren die Preise auch sehr sehr teuer. Also überhaupt nicht, worum ich gebeten habe. Später habe ich dann mehrmals gesagt, dass ich gerne nochmals in einem Laden bzw. Markt oder Einkaufszentrum anhalten möchte. Dann hat er mich zu einem Laden gefahren, wo vor allem Teppiche, Schmuck und sonstige Dekorationsstücke verkauft wurden. Also wieder überhaupt nicht, was ich wollte. Dies war sehr enttäuschend. Für das Essen hat er mich zu sehr schönen und teuren Orten gebracht. Das Frühstück ist im Gebäude nebenan im obersten Stock, was nicht schlimm ist. Jedoch wurde ich nicht darüber informiert, was für Verwirrung sorgte.

Posizione vicino al centro. Comodo per la stazione dei treni e relativamente ben servito dalla metro. Nella via è pieno di ristoranti per ogni esigenza. Albergo molto pulito, il personale totalmente disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nell' titolo dell'annuncio è dichiarato che la navetta per l' aeroporto è gratis, mentre in realtà è a pagamento. In qualsiasi caso ne abbiamo usufruito e il prezzo è adeguato.

I stayed here for 4 days. They picked me up from airport. The hotels decoration and rooms were quite good. It was clean. They are quite helpful. Their breakfast is also amazing specially deserts. Staffs are quite helpful.

Tuve una estancia fantástica en el Hotel Grand Godwin y, sinceramente, lo mejor fue su ubicación céntrica. Prácticamente todo lo que necesitas está cerca, lo que hizo que moverse por la ciudad fuera muy fácil y cómodo. Los servicios de transporte que ofrecen también fueron una gran ventaja. El personal nos ayudó a organizar el transporte y nos dio consejos útiles, lo que hizo que explorar la ciudad fuera mucho más fácil y sin estrés. Las habitaciones también destacaron: limpias, cómodas y bien mantenidas. Después de un largo día, fue un placer regresar a un espacio acogedor y relajante. Además, el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto fue muy fiable y sin complicaciones, lo que facilitó mucho la llegada y la salida. En resumen, es una excelente opción si buscas una estancia cómoda en una ubicación privilegiada con servicios útiles.

価格帯としては中級だと思うが、スタッフの方々はとても親切で良くしてくれた。特に驚いたのは、外出の際に貴重品（ケースに入れたヘッドホン）をフロントで預けて、帰ってきて受け取り、そのまま持って行こうとしたらスタッフの方から「中身を確認しろ」と言われたこと。朝のビュッフェとレストランの料理も美味しかった。空港とホテル間の無料送迎もありがたい。

インドならよくある話なのかもしれないが、チェックインの際に「追加料金無しでジャイプルとアグラの系列ホテルに1泊ずつ+デリー往復のツアーに参加しないか」と持ちかけられた。かなりスケジュールがタイトなのと、恐らく「友達のお土産屋」に連れてかれるのがオチだと思ったので断った。 また、ホテルが雇っているドライバーの車でデリーの名所を1日で回るツアーに参加したのだが、80ドルで観光名所の入場料、車の駐車場代もall inclusive と言われていたにも関わらずレッドフォートに着いたらドライバーから「自分でチケットを買え」と言われたのでドライバーのスマホで支配人と電話越しに押し問答になり、結果向こうが折れて「一旦自身で立て替えて、ホテルに帰ってきたら払う」と約束させことなきを得た（その後しっかり返してもらった）。 そもそもツアー自体の80ドルも高く、普通に自分でUberを使った方が絶対に安いので、自分は参加したが特段事情がなければこの手のオプションは全てNOと言った方が良い。もし参加する場合でも値引き交渉、内容の確認、支払いはなるべく後払いにする（無理なら半分ずつとか）など交渉しないと、向こうのカモになるので気をつけた方が良い。自分は100ドルと言われたところ80ドルに値引きしてもらい、ツアー前と後の分割払いにした。 あと、ホテル周辺は夜でも騒がしい。寝れないほどではないが、クラクションの音は23時くらいまで続く。 色々書いたが、総合的に見ればコスパはかなり良いと思うし、自分は次来るとき泊まってもいいと思っている。

Very well done accomodation with spacious rooms in the city center. Tasty food at the ground floor restaurant , best food in my entire trip of india . I had a really good tour of Rajasthan with amazing desert safari and camel safari all thanks to aju for his planning of accomodations at the travel desk . He gave me everything of great quality at a very cheap price.

There is wear and tear on the rooms, some maintenance should be done, but otherwise very OK. Godwin Deluxe provide better and bigger rooms if you want that.

I am a woman and was travelling on my own. The staff were great and really looked after me. My room was comfortable and breakfast was on the rooftop and was plentiful. The location was good for me as I needed to be near new Delhi railway station. However, it must be said this neighbourhood is a bustling. lively and noisy part of Delhi. That being said, I love Delhi.

The Godwin Hotel was a pleasure. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Ajju designed a very nice budget friendly itinerary. We came to India unprepared. So that was helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. There was ample selections for different dietary needs. For 10 nights the Godwin was home base. We had the pleasure of having Basant as our driver for our 6 night 7 day excursion throughout the golden triangle. From the moment Basant picked us up, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive. Driving in India can be intense, but Basant handled the roads calmly and with complete confidence and professionalism. We always felt safe and comfortable in his care. The car was exceptionally clean, he was always punctual. Also a shout out to Ajju and the fine people at the Godwin for being so flexible. Due to flight disruption, we had to shorten our excursion by a night. It was no problem. Everyone from housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, waiters and doormen were all outstanding. Great team dynamics. The Godwin treated us with “Atithi Devo Bhava “ meaning “The guest is like God.” Bantu dhanyavaad, Basant and Ajju, Many thanks to the whole Godwin team.

Der tolle Service. Von der Organisation der Abholung über eine ganze Stadttour mit dem wunderbaren Driver Basand, der unter anderem noch eine Riksha Tour durch Old-Delhi organisierte mit großartigen Shopping-Empfehlungen bis hin zu kleinen Anfragen, die sofort gelöst wurden, war alles top.
