mình nghĩ chỗ này hợp với mấy bạn thích đi nhiều, ở vừa đủ nhưng vẫn muốn có cảm giác chill khi quay về, ko cần quá sang xịn nhưng phải khiến mình thấy thoải mái, ở đây làm được điều đó khá ổn, sau chuyến đi mình vẫn nhớ theo hướng tích cực, vậy là đủ điểm rồi nèh

phòng sạch sẽ, ở 2 người thoải mái vì không gian vừa, không quá rộng đâu nhưng vẫn oke. Ngay trung tâm mà giá siu mềm nữa á

Expérience catastrophique. La chambre était vraiment très sale, du sol au plafond, en passant par le frigo. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans le frigo ainsi que des restes d’anciennes boissons des précédents occupants, des draps sales tache en tout genre et, pour couronner le tout, un faux cil collé sur le carrelage de la salle de bain. Le propriétaire s’est montré malhonnête : malgré les preuves de l’état de saleté de la chambre, aucun geste commercial ni remboursement n’a été proposé. Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans cet établissement, et c’était déjà une nuit de trop. Chambre sans fenêtre avis aux personnes claustrophobes!!!!

La propreté. Il y avait des cafard partout, dans le lit, dans les affaires, au sol, dans la salle de bain…

Ý là tui đặt phòng ở đây 3 lần rùi vì quá hợp gu á =)). Cái kiểu decor rất riêng lun nhen, phòng thì sạch sẽ, máy lạnh với nước nóng đồ chạy bao êm nên tui khoái hehe

Quá xinh dàn hoa giấy trước ks lun. Tui đứng tui chụp quá tr xong mới check in á. Được hỗ trợ siu nhiệt tình và tui quá thích vì phòng siu sạch hehe

Trộm vía chỗ này hình trên Booking sao thì ở ngoài y chang vậy =)) Phòng không quá rộng đâu nhma sạch với thoáng lắm. Nằm trong hẻm nên cũng ít bị ồn, tui thấy khá yên tâm nhen

This place has almost everything, I didn't need to prepare much. This is very convenient and I'm very satisfied.

Hôtel close to the main area (around 20 minutes walk). Clean room overall and free drinking water.

The room had no windows - that wasn’t shown on the pictures when making the reservation. The main living space wasn’t useable at all - we suppose it was undergoing renovations ? All the furniture was covered with plastic wrap and nothing was useable. Very far from the photos shown. Also it’s written they have a laundry, they don’t, or at least they don’t want us using it. We got a room on the 4th floor without an elevator (little workout every time haha).

Tui đặt phòng ở đây 2 hôm thấy khá ổn áp nha, kiểu đi ngoài cả ngày về tới nơi là chỉ muốn nằm nghỉ thôi, không gian bên trong cho cảm giác dễ chịu chứ ko bị ngợp, ở xong thấy chuyến đi nhẹ người hơn hẳn, nếu có dịp quay lại SG mình vẫn cân nhắc chỗ này vì ko gian và quá gần trung tâm hì hì

Tui ở chỗ này vài hôm để khám phá thành phố và thấy khá dễ chịu. Sáng đi bộ ra ngoài ăn sáng rất tiện. Phòng sáng sủa, không bị bí. Nhân viên luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ.

Really good location, really cheap, self check-in.

No window + very small room + no ventilation (they did have AC) = bad feeling inside. Smells like a moldy closet, but i didnt really see mold although i didnt check. For the price cant expect much, but it felt too bad, we left after a few hours and stayed elsewhere. If it had a window it would be more than fine.

Maybe the location

The pictures are around 10 years old and the rooms have not been maintained properly. There is mould in the room and bathroom, the wall is crumbling down and the shower head is rusty and blocked with a very weak flow of water. The ground floor is an active building site which has work going on from 6am till 11pm so sleep is not good. The room I booked was not available and was given a smaller room. I wouldn't wish this stay to my worst enemy. The details of my stay were hacked by scammers and I was contacted twice by scammers impersonating the property to get money, as confirmed by booking.com

It was okay, close to the busy walking street, but couldn’t hear any noise into the apartment

The pictures need updating, the room wasn’t anything like described or the pictures. There is construction going on the ground floor - dust, construction materials, trash everywhere. The room wasn’t anything as described. It said that the room is45m2, it wasn’t anything near that, just a bed in the room. The shower was behind the bathroom door so after showering everything was wet, the toilet, mirror etc. Also there was no warm/hot water and the AC was leaking water right into our bed. Wouldn’t stay again, but for the price - I guess it’s manageable.

Mình chọn nơi này vì cần chỗ nghỉ gần trung tâm để gặp đối tác. Việc di chuyển bằng taxi hay xe công nghệ rất nhanh. Phòng yên tĩnh hơn mình tưởng. Ở xong thấy khá hài lòng.

Die Lage ist gut, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Und dadurch, dass es in einer kleinen Nebenstraße ist, war es auch nicht ganz so laut.

Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben. Dort gab es auch die kleine Rooftop Küche, die von allen Gästen genutzt werden konnte. Das war zwar praktisch und man hatte eine schöne Aussicht, von der Lautstärke war es aber nachteilig.

Чистота, на подушке были волосы, попросила поменять, поменяли. В номере были тараканы. Слышимость. Слышно все, что происходит за пределами номера.

Tui book phòng sát ngày nhưng vẫn được hỗ trợ nhanh tại chỗ này. Phòng được dọn sạch trước khi nhận nên khá ưng. Buổi tối đi dạo quanh khu vực thấy nhiều hàng quán mở khuya. Rất hợp cho ai thích không khí thành phố.

Mình đi một mình nên khá quan tâm tới độ an toàn, khách sạn này làm mình yên tâm. Khu vực lễ tân luôn có người trực. Phòng khóa thẻ từ nên khá an ninh. Ở một mình nhưng không thấy lo lắng.

Ich konnte nach einem Nachtbus schon sehr früh in die Unterkunft und mein Gepäck bis zum Check in deponieren. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut und der Besitzer ist immer schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar, da er nicht selber anwesend ist. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber und warmes Wasser kam nach ein bisschen Warten:).

Wir haben extra ein teuerstes Zimmer gebucht, indem "Stadtblick" angegeben ist..man schaut auf eine weiße Wand... und das Fester kann man nicht mal öffnen :( sehr schade. Außerdem ist das 3 Bett Zimmer für 3 Personen schon sehr klein. Die Dachterrasse ist an sich ganz nett aber deutlich heruntergekommener als auf den Bildern angegeben.

Für den kleinen preis war alles super. Man darf natürlich nicht zuviel erwarten,aber Zimmer okay,Klima hat funktioniert, kleine Terrasse auf dem Dach. Preis- Leistung...Tip top.( 15 Euro Pro Nacht)

Mình đi công tác nên ưu tiên nơi lưu trú ở trung tâm, chỗ ở này đáp ứng khá tốt nhu cầu đó. Wifi ổn định giúp mình xử lý công việc buổi tối. Phòng sáng và có cửa sổ nên không bị bí. Lễ tân hỗ trợ đặt xe rất nhiệt tình.

Riêng mình thì thấy vị trí khá là thuận tiện. Tụi mình hay bắt Grab đi chơi nên thấy rất dễ di chuyển

I like that the property is accessible, so Grab pickup is hassle-free. The staff is also friendly and very accommodating. They also respond immediately whenever we have questions. You can also visit the rooftop where you can see the city lights, and in the rooftop also you can use utensils, microwave, induction stove, and rice cooker. You can also get free noodles and coffee. In the first floor there is a restaurant, so during my time when it was raining, it was not a challenge for us to have dinner because food downstairs is affordable also.

Not a big issue but there is no elevator here in case people are looking for an elevator. My room is in 402 so I have to use stairs to go up and down. Again not a big issue because it also helps me to burn all the fats I earned when eating outside haha. Note that the staff offered us nicely to move to a different unit to a lower level but we did not agree because we still prefer to go up and down as an exercise
