Good food, quiet, kind staff, badminton
Nothing
The property was nicely located close to DAL lake and other attractions.
The taste of the food needs to improve by ITC standards. As their were not many guest that were present they had no Buffet dinner, so had to order the food. The food came quickly but taste wise we felt that they just prepared everything in a hurry while compromising on the taste of the food.
You get what you pay for, Hotel looks tired and aged, what is communicated should be delivered afterall this is basic hospitality, I was at Heevan to celebrate my birthday exactlyon the dat, was promised a cake on our watsup communication but sadly the hotel forgot to honor it, many executive staff just greeting but not practicing hospitality and service. Good gym but unfriendly staff
Hospitality, service, followup and unfriendly
Boutique ambience. Friendly and helpful staff.
Unfriendly for senior citizens. No elevators.
Exceptional hospitality and great ambience. Shagufta, Riyaz, Washim, Guddu were incredibly helpful and took care of each and every need.Overall it was a fantastic stay.
The location, the service and the food.
Limited options for breakfast.
Fortune Heevan Srinagar is a luxuriously built property with big sized, clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of foods & the south indian items like upma, uttapam, dosa, idli are excellent! The staff and services during breakfast at the restaurant are very attentive. One staff Siraz desrves special mention.. You also have a complimentary high tea around 5 pm with excellent pakoras & sandwiches etc.
The clearing of trays after in room dining is an issue. The trays are not cleared even after 10 hours after you kept them outside your room. The housekeeping staff which cleans the washroom replaces one less towel every day. We were in triple occupancy but after cleaning only 2 towels were kept on both days in spite of telling the staff that we need 3 towels since we are in triple occupancy. Area of improvement - Ordering in room dining Western dishes eg Grilled fish in butter garlic sauce , the bill gives the same name but the dish is served - grilled fish with a yoghurt based sauce ?? The goshtaba in restaurant was excessively sour.
Service rooms and location
Nothing
Amazing property and Amazing Staff.
The Staffs, very attentive and helpful. The resort style hotel is nicely furnished with high quality materials. The breakfast is very good, the staffs more than willing accommodate any request we made.
This resort is a little isolated from city and attractions. Nothing within walking distance. The split level room isn't my taste, not suitable older person - risk of falling.
Food and the support staffs were very helpful
Hot Water availability was a big concern.. with the cold weather outside the need for hot water in the shower was a must. But the water was lukewarm
Food can be improved - breakfast is better in many other hotels for this price
Our stay was exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by Mr. Arif. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel right at home. Mr. Arif went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about our experience and were committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The dining experience at Earthen Oven was a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed a memorable dinner at the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, where the quality of the food and the attentive service combined to create a truly memorable culinary experience. The attention to detail in both the food and the dining environment was exceptional.
The location of the hotel was far off from the lal chowk and main attractions of Srinagar..
Amazing location and the property structure was truly native with all required facilities. Would love to visit again.
Sometimes in the night it was bit warm May be due to power outages.
Food was delicious, staff very courteous
It's a comfortable family resort with a nice reasonably priced spa and great amenities. Food super delicious! Some of the staff don't speak hindi or English much but overall it was a great experience.
Very good, neat and clean property. Excellent hospitality, breakfast and food facility.
Traffic Jam on Boulevard street to reach the property.
Nice cozy hotel with walking distance to Nishat Mughal Garden and Dal lake and tourist area. Tasty food served in 2 restaurants. Courteous helpful staff.
Location and layout rendering cozy feeling, having nice spa and facilities
Smart hotel Everything should be managed nicely.Staff is vary friendly ,Shagufta she is in cafe vary nice.
Nothing, should be some problem in wash room.
The hospitality staff at the hotel is exceptional. Special call out to Riyaz and Zubair !
Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good
BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WITH VARIETY, STAFF WAS GOOD AND ATTENTIVE, BUT ROOM AND AMENITIES WERE A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. REMOTE OF THE TV WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,DAMAGED KETTLE WAS PROVIDED, ROOM HAD SOME KIND OF FOUL ODOUR
ROOM AND ITS AMENITIES
1. Lovely ambience with authentic historical Kashmiri decor and antiques. Great tea lounge, library, restaurants, live Kashmiri music 2. Modern facilities: well-equipped gym wuth battle ropes, kettlebells, badminton, table tennis. Nice spa 3. Great location: close to Dal Lake, the Mughal gardens Shalimar and Nishat gardens, KCI emporium which is a reasonably priced handicrafts emporium with weaving demos 4. Amazing Food: Great choice of restaurants with a authentic Kashmiri,Indian and international options. We liked the Kashmiri wazwan options at Earthen oven and the array and live station at breakfast 5. Great complimentary food: The welcome drink kehva with spices and sliced almonds was one pf the better lehva we had. And the daily complimentary high tea had masala chai, pakodas and samdwiches etc
Wish the gym opened earlier in the morning before guests left for daytrips
Rooms were too tiny for the price we paid. Disappointed. Bathroom gets flooded with water easily. We get to know that tax is extra - on top of the booking.com price - sudden shock
Excellent food & service.
Below average location & room furniture. Furniture was old and dated.
Very beautiful property.. they have maintained the cultural charm of Kashmir with all modern amenities. Rooms are very well ventilated and warm. Mr Irfan Mir, GM and Mr Imran were very courteous and quick in their response. Their warm and personal touch made our stay in Srinagar memorable. The women staff at front desk and restaurant deserve special mention for their warm and courteous care towards my spouse and kids. I convey my heartfelt thanks.
The Staff were very well trained and extremely professional. The service you get at this hotel is second to none, probably the best service I have had at any hotel. Worth every penny you spend.

Excellent location, excellent service and excellent food!
There is nothing which I did not like
Each and every thing. Property, facility, excellent behaviour of the staff, specially restaurant.
Peshawari Resturant Food
Beds
It’s open ness,good lawn
shower room, very congested
Very Indian , was expecting an international spread .
The Property itself is beautiful and vintage. The some of the Staff is polite and warm. The Peshawari restaurant and its staff is great!
The property is old and need renovation of rooms, windows (Cold wind comes into the room through the big gapes in the windows), the mattress is not comfortable and they are springs in them make a lot of noise when you turn while sleeping. The Amenities are basic. The breakfast was cold. I asked for Kahwa and was served Ginger Tea and the waiter argued that this was it, till the manager came and apologised and served Kahwa. The Continental restaurant is passable.
Nothing
It's undernovation . There is kerosene oil all 0ver...drill machines...they need to close the wing under renovation. Plz don't book until they finish renovation . The person at reception "uzquir" ,will give u a room in renovation area...n u will be cheated for money n peace of mind
A Highly disappointing stay!! Rooms were full of stink and humidity The beds were the most uncomfortable , spring mattresses were of the worst kind with 12 inch high pillows, we suffered a most uncomfortable night On top of that an indifferent staff, the housekeeping did not clean the room even once in 3 days how eagerly we were looking out to visit signature restaurants, where we met many unhappy guests The dal served was an insult to the famous dal Bukhaari, they do not know how to prepare the coconut chutni, Over all extremely unhappy with the hotel, leaving with a bitter taste!
Everything
Spacious rooms and big property
Breakfast and all F&B is not up to the mark. The club rooms are on the ground floor and next to the reception. They are very noisy at night and it gets very difficult to sleep. Curtains don't close properly and are a little smaller for the size of the windows.
Resort , food, hospitality, rooms
Food was good. Staff was good. Room size was good.
Room was in the main hallway and the outside light was filtering into the room. This was very disturbing during the night. Bathroom shower was not convenient - sometimes we get too much hot water and sometimes too much cold water.
Kitchen staff and food was amazing
Responsiveness at reception, constant changing of rooms due to maintenance work , insensitive responses
