Good room sizes, Safe location. Breakfast was okay.

Baby cot was always requested but they delivered it room on last night after multiple requests. Staff can be more proactive. Otherwise all good.

Very welll maintained property. The staffs make u feel like a family. Every details were patiently heard. We had requested for an early in. I know June is a peak season, but we had to wait waiting 10 mins to get the room cards. I would recommend to stay here , not only for the Brand, but for the service , the friendly staff. Dinner was customised.. as we are not used to spices.

The breakfast section was , i felt was slow. Some mistakes which can be easily overlooked. Still I would give full marks

Hi Four Points Sheraton, Your hotel was really good and pleasant. The food was excellent, and I would like to rate it 10/10. I loved the room so much; the bed is so comfy! We have also stayed at your hotel in Ahmedabad. My little brother and I saw your hotel in Sonamarg, and we wish to stay there someday. Thank you! The main chef, Mr. Vinod Singh, provided packed meals for the kids while we were traveling.Ishfaq and the team from the food and beverages department asked us about the type of food needed and provided it on the table. The room service was so good.

The hotel's power supply was intermittently cut off for a few minutes daily.

Big name but not good to stay in all ways. No good facilities No good food Morning breakfast was a joke.

Service from staff was excellent and very welcoming. Would especially like to single out Ishtar and Fayaz who assisted in the restaurant, Muzzafar, the Maître de and Gulzar, the chef. The food was consistently good and we made it a point to try out the local Kashmiri cuisine.

The view from the property was okay, given its location near the cantonment. We however felt very secure during our stay.

I loved the stay and the staff was very good n polite.

Our first trip to Kashmir was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to this wonderful hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, with a friendly staff always on hand to assist us. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals, and the transportation they arranged to Sonmarg and Gulmarg made our travel seamless and comfortable. We will certainly be returning to this property for our summer visit.

Nice Hotel with all the world class facility including play zone and mini theater. Food was nice and house keeping staff is also very friendly, Guy called Naseer assisted us twice in the middle of night and provided all the services.

I booked this property for my Parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. They stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy with the experience. The hotel location is beautiful and rooms are beautifully appoi ted. The staff is attentive and service is top notch. Special mention of Tahir from housekeeping and restaurant associate Farooq from the for taking special care of them.

A Safe Haven Amidst Chaos – Heartfelt Thanks to Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar We had a wonderful and safe stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Srinagar, during what turned out to be a very tense time in the region due to the unfortunate terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam. Despite the alarming news, the hotel ensured absolute safety and comfort for all guests. The staff was calm, professional, and extremely reassuring, which helped us stay composed and secure throughout our visit. What truly touched our hearts was the warmth and compassion shown by the hotel team. Understanding my mother's medical condition (she is diabetic), they graciously allowed us to cook a specialized Bengali meal in their counter kitchen — something you rarely find in most hotels. It wasn’t just hospitality; it was humanity. As an added gesture of kindness, we were upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable room, which made our stay even more memorable. In a time of distress, Four Points Sheraton didn't just provide accommodation — they gave us peace of mind, emotional comfort, and a feeling of home. No SPA facility.

Its a nice cosy hotel to stay in Srinagar. Hotel looks chic and facilities are well maintained. Rooms are surprisingly big and some have balconies too which make you feel royal and welcomed. The staff is extremely hospital - Rayees at reception and Ishfaq at restaurant made is feel comfirtable and cateted to our requests with smile. Overall a great experience.

The only thing I like was the morning Breakfast buffet.

I was expecting bathtub in the washroom, room attached with balcony, location of the hotel should be near by the dal lake or local market, view side room, etc and more.

Hotel guys call and cancel our stay in less than 6hrs of stay!!! And worse, they try to accommodate us in an alternate hotel which is inferior and bad location. We had to arrange an alternate at such a quick notice. Would never attempt to book at this hotel again!

Mr. Pandya - head of chef is stands out who was kind enough to go extra mile to resolve the issues.

The rooms were good. Ideal location. Most importantly the staff were extremely courteous. I have to call out two names. Ishfaq from the restaurant was extremely cordial and willing to go the extra mile for the comfort of the guests. I had an issue with our air ticket which meant I had to speak to the airline customer care number. My mobile though post paid wouldn’t work, neither would the call get connected from the landline of the hotel. Rayees from the front office offered his personal mobile to make the call - what I’d call customer delight. Not being able to make that call would mean cancelling one leg of our travel. A big thank you to Rayees.

With all IDs submitted, the hotel not allowing guests to make calls to numbers such as an airline office cannot be accepted whatever is the excuse. The IT guy informed me he has to get an approval from management - which by all means was unacceptable. A CIO approval is not required for a guest to make a call. Didn’t expect such a response from a Sheraton property. The front office staff was extremely courteous but such policies impact the good services offered by the staff.

We had a great stay at this property. Rooms are comfortable. Location is 10 mind away from Dal Lake. Staff and hospitality is extra ordinary. Housekeeping can be improved a bit to take care of refills etc but nothing to complain about. Restaurant staff for ex Wasim and others are extremely courteous. Due to bad weather our flight got canceled and hotel staff was quick to reciprocate and give us a room on the fly.

All staff very friendly. Special thanks to house keeping. Bilal ,zahoor and Fahad. Chef very helpful and catered for our taste .security and door keepers are very friendly and caring . Hotel is clean and only need little attention. Great location.

We stayed here just for a night, but were very impressed with the room, service and overall experience. The hotel is overall very nicely made and very well maintained. Each and every person who served us was prompt and courteous and few even went out of their way to help and serve us.

They cancelled my booking and despite my repeated attempts the reservation manager failed to even speak with me. Thank god the front staff was little understanding. I ended up booking a cheaper and much better hotel

The property is located in a really inconvenient and bad location. The rooms are average and are not worth what they charge. There is nothing around the property, not even a single shop. The property is extremely over priced, you are better off booking a hotel in front of dal lake - so many options. This property also cancelled my 1 days booking without any reasoning. Their reservation manager shaista is a nightmare to deal with, who doesnt care if you have a place to stay or not. I had 3 days of booking with them and they just randomly cancelled 1 days booking. So i stayed with them for 2 days.

Farookh, Ishaq, Sharif and Fayaz as servers and chef wasim khan in the restaurant are very good...they went out of their to give very good service to us ... all house keeping staff like Tahir and Tusdaq did a good job too ...we will definitely recommend this hotel...location is good...front desk staff is very good too

All Good , Staff was cooperative especially Mr Syed. He is very humble and dedicated person. The surrounding environment is breath taking and took my breath away, Located at exceptional place mounted by beautiful scenery. The hotel food and accommodation services are top notch. I loved the experience and would strongly encourage tourists to book this hotel.

Had a fabulous stay at four points by Sheraton. The hospitality was too good, and everyone greeted us at all times when they saw us. A big thanks to Tahir at the reception and Zahoor from housekeeping for taking special care of us. Tahir was very helpful about our visits and was very well spoken. Also, Zahoor left a special note for us in our room, which was a very sweet gesture Definately a must stay in srinagar

First of all I would like to thank the following staffs who were outstanding and really welcoming: Ishfaq, Sharrif, Usama, etc...I forgot all names but all of them did very good. Food was good and service was always attended to promptly.

We had a great time at Four points Sonmarg. The staff is extremely helpful and warm. The rooms are excellent. There is snow right outside the hotel where we enjoyed for hours together. The food was great too. Aashiq was one of the staff who helped us a lot. Everyone was great and the stay was unforgettable!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! The staff was incredibly welcoming , the check-in process was seamlessly easy, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great variety . Coming to the staff from housekeeping:- Tasaduq & Jhangir were good at their service. Asif & Syed welcomed us with such a warmth . Hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Breakfast was the biggest takeaway. The food at Four Points was exceptional. Breakfast or dinner, top marks. Special mention to Fayaz. He was our go-to man on everything. He's an asset. He helped us schedule our trip, local information, food joints, shopping, and Pahalgam and quickly packed some snacks for the kids. He was terrific.

Nothing glaringly wrong. The hotel is slightly away from the main areas of the city. So, every time you want to step out, it would cost you a bomb for a taxi. Four points do not entertain sedans, so a dinner trip in an Innova costs 2000/- for the taxi (just 2 km).

Breakfast options are good. During our stay, the hotel included local "NaanWai" OR "Kandoorwan" items which was surprise to us. Deluxe category room is spacious, and good. Location is good. We were literally using local auto/Uber/Ola for local sight seeing without any issue.

Since the property is on road and its kind of busy road, you may hear the sound from the road in the room.

First of all I would like to say many many thanks to Chef Vaseem and Sahnwaz for excellent preparation of food I don't have words on how to explain my happiness the way they give me the food which was absolutely fantastic mind blowing , what taste of food we went for family Lunch and had excellent food , the quality of food was really good. Thanks the chef keeps preparing lovely food

Location was ok . No view at all. Facilities where there. Interior combination where ok Food was average. If its just for a quick or 1 nite sleeping purpose than its fine but if u want to be relax n njy not a good property.

Everything was good at hotel, specially the housekeeping person WASEEM was very helpful with all services.m and also guide us the places to explore with best view in srinagar. All other staff members were also just a call away for the help at any time.

Awful, After long day on Dal Lake late at night, Showered in dirty water, then saw water same dirty water in sink taps, called the front desks, changing room, the second room was again not clean nor prepared, spoke with management before leaving, followed up with General management and Marriott India - all unsuccessful, complained to them again upon return to USA, This management said in writing we accepted their settlement, awful untrustworthy Sheraton and Marriott India, Marriott USA was also not helful, I have to add I am Bonjour Plantimum and do not have such poor acceptance of their failure to perform, Other Sheraton London, Japan and LA no such issues when minor situations arrived but never ever got to this in the first place!!, Bad Marriott, Worst experience and response Sheraton Srinagar Not worth this level of this one star!! Never signed out, they claimed I did, Feel free to sort this out, Legionella is serious stuff, Only thing going good was the Chef and his appreciation of our situation in the morning.

Had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Tramboo, the owner of the Four Points, on the plane to Srinagar. He suggested we stay at his hotel, and I’m happy we did. He also recommended some places to visit in Srinagar. The hotel has great service, location and food. Rooms were very nice.
