Absolutely loved my stay at this hotal.The rooms were clean, comfortable,and beautifully maintained.The staff were extremely welcoming,polite and helpful through out our stay the checking and check out process was smooth and the overall atmosphere was wonderful definitely one of the best hotel experience I have had highly recommended . I would definitely stay here again

One of the best stay ever everything was perfect from the warm welcome at the reception to the cleanliness of the room and the quality of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help specially front desk would definitely recommend this hotal to family and friends.

The team at the hotel has been excellent and very attentive. The property is wheelchair accessible and the stay was comfortable. It is also located very close to market area and just a couple of minutes walk.

Our stay at Radisson srinagar was absolutely delightful.From the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service everting was well managed. Nidha and the front desk team deserve special appreciate for their kindness efficiency and attation to guest. Looking forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is situated centrally and it's well maintained. The best part part is the staff. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful especially Asma. Their recommendations were also very useful. Overall we had a great experience at the Radisson.

Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The housekeeping team also deserves special appreciation. Our room was kept meticulously clean, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. The food was another highlight — very well prepared, fresh, and delicious, with great care taken in its presentation and quality. I had a very nice stay at the hotel. My first solo trip, and it felt very safe. Good location, good rooms (appropriate size for a couple). It's an old property, but very comfortable with all amenities. Suitable for leisure and business purpose. Grateful to Asma, Mehraan, Zubair and Aquib for their hospitality. They were very kind and helpful. I will be back for sure.

Great place to stay with great staff. Their hospitality is unlike other hotels in Srinagar. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The food is the highlight especially the chef makes on request as well. The front desk staff is great as well (very accomodating). I would highly recommend.

Location and atmosphere were excellent. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was nice. It was closer to both dull lake and Lal chowk.

We stayed here for few days and couldn’t ask for more the staff is so polite and welcoming. Perfect place to stay in Srinagar.

We were welcomed with so much love and comfort from the team at Radisson. The room was felt so peaceful and spacious. There was huge a spread on the buffet. Each delicacy served was delicious and had enjoyed each bit. Thank you for having us there and looking forward to meet again soon.

This is my 4th stay at this place I would like rate 10/10 the overall experience of staying at the Radisson, MA Road, Srinagar. First is the location. It is close to all places that you may want to walk to..the main city market. Second is the food. I have found it be the best amongst all the places I usually eat in Srinagar. Third and most importantly, the staff will ensure you get the best of hospitality. I would like to mention Mr,Sajjad Bhat, Ms. Afreena, Mr. Mehran and Mr.Sheikh Sajjad and specially Aquib.

Very good Ambience. Wonderful service and great food Afreen Tanvir and Mehran are wonderful staffs. I would recommend this hotel if you guys travel for any reason.

The hotel staff were very helpful and cooperative. Steward Mehran was excellent in his service .

The swimming pool was not available although the weather was hot . The Geyser also was not heating the water and a bucket of water needed to be cleared to get warm water .

We visited Cafe Tulip today and had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, and the ambiance was equally impressive, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Mr. Mehran and his team at Cafe Tulip were exceptional. Mehran was very active, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. His food recommendations were excellent, and the dishes he suggested were truly delicious. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we will surely visit Cafe Tulip again soon. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in a well connected area of Srinagar. Enjoyed the variety of food available. Service was very good as well. Special thanks to Ishfaq Khan from housekeeping team for being prompt and keeping rooms tidy.

You can clearly hear everything what others room people are talking . No privacy .I even opened my door when other room bell rang .

Staff was friendly, specially dinner/ breakfast hall......my grandson forgot mine sweater somewhere in hotel.....I asked the reception and I got it back.....

The only issue noticed was that the washroom tiles was cracked. It would be good to maintain these details to keep the hotel standards high. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Fantastic experience and the hospitality was amazing Housekeeping was amazing especially Ishfaq Payar and Asif Reception Staff was very good especially Nida, Aamir, Afreen, Tanveer, Tawseef and Jahangir.

Location was good and for a decent one night stay in central city- a good option within a budget. We needed a place for a one night stay in Srinagar just before we could catch our flight and this was a good middle option in a good budget.

Hotel is a little old school and run down, I believe it was taken over by Radisson from another hotel. The breakfast buffet was highly average - but didnt go there for the great rooms or the food, Went there for a comfortbale stay and good location in a decent budget which I got.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are quite large and nice and clean and the bathrooms are also very clean with all toiletries provided for. The food is excellent and well priced. But it is the people who made our stay memorable. Very hospitable, warm and eager to help. They made our stay very magical. I have stayed at many of the best hotels all over the world, but I would give this hotel maximum marks. I will really miss this hotel very much.
