Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Nice clean and functional apartment. Small kitchen but enough for our needs. Beautiful views for the balcony and rooftop. The location was great. Good access by bus into colombo and plenty of food options at a walking distance. The owner was very accommodating, we booked last minute as our initial choice was double booked. They were able to clean the place and allow us entry within hours.
The WiFi wasn't very fast, and there were not many options on the TV. Some clearer instructions about where to take trash and wifi password would have been good.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2025The place was clean and most of the essential facilities were available. The owner was very responsive and arranged everything for our convenience. Many restaurants and supermarkets available around the area. We stayed for 7 days. Highly recommended.

The security personnel are very helpful with making arrangements. The environment is peaceful, with minimal disturbances from surrounding residents. Reviewed Oct 21, 2024Location was good. Host was excellent. He was kind enough to attend to my call even after midnight as I arrived very late from the airport. The kitchen was convenient. Food is available on delivery from any restaurant. mnay good restaurants are there nearby. Super markets too. Those who love street food, that too :)
As it's an apartment on rent we had to do the house keeping. A maid is available only after her work in the other apartments.
