- các hạng mục sử dụng đã rất cũ: * cửa toilet ko thể đóng kín * cửa ra vào đã cũ có cả vết xước sâu dưới sàn * tay nắm khoá thông minh bị lệch, cảm giác ko an toàn * bệ gương hoen rỉ ra lavabo * điều hoà, rèm tắm,… mốc * bàn ghế ăn và bàn ghế sofa RẤT BẨN, dính lông của khách trước. * khăn tắm mới mà dính cục ghỉ mũi còn y cả 2 khăn… * thảm chùi chân toilet RẤT BẨN, bám nhiều vi khuẩn, che vết cửa toilet lỗi …v.v, - bảo vệ thái độ, ép giữ xe giá cao, 80k/xe/đêm trước 6h sáng, sau đó sẽ tính thêm phí.

It was ok but I stayed in two rooms and they absolutely aren’t the rooms being advertised in the listing. This shouldn’t be allowed, the pictures should clearly show the rooms being available.

Very clean and spacious

I love the room. It was close to everything in the city so it was very accessible. The view was really nice from my room and it was very spacious

I didn't like not staying there for the whole duration of my trip I should've stayed put and not booked another accom.

Has everything we needed.

Nothing. Slightly poor design on shower though as the shower is over the bathtub, but doesn’t have a screen so the water just goes everywhere in the bathroom.

Great location. Easy to walk over to the beach with easy access to an underground tunnel so you don’t have to brave the street traffic. Beds were comfy.

Elevators were always busy. Be sure to account for extra wait time. Our first room had very dirty walls, so our host was good to move us to another room that was cleaner. Linens were clean, but the rest of the apartment (both of the two we saw) need a thorough clean of the walls, floor, grout… everything. We have encountered much worse throughout the world, but not in Vietnam over the last 6 weeks of travelling here.

Stayed here before and it’s all that we needed . Nice secure parking for motorcycle . Best bit you get a washing machine and powder to do all dirty laundry . Lovely views and everything on hand . Coffee shop in the lobby makes wonderful hot chocolate

1. The apartment was really beautiful with nice modern decoration, very spacious and clean. It had everything that we needed. The 2 beds were very comfortable. 2. Location was great, right in the center and very close to the beach. 3. The view from balcony was pretty, overlooking the ocean, city and mountain. 4. The staff were nice and helpful. We called them in the late evening to ask about the hot water issue and they came up to get it fixed immediately.

1. Using the washing machine might be tricky, it took us a while to figure that out. 2. There was only 1 pair of keys per apartment (for elevator and room), which was a bit inconvenient when we went out separately.

We loved it! So spacious and it was so handy to have a balcony and washing machine , washing powder was even provided. Bed was comfy and air con was fab

It could have been cleaned more throughly , there were stockings and cigarettes in cupboards. I think because it is modern, I was able to see past it but it could do with a deep clean

This beachfront apartment made for the perfect vacation spot. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the view of the ocean, which stretched as far as the eye could see. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and a clean, minimalistic aesthetic. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, and the living room is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. The bedroom offers stunning views as well, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept soundly every night. But the highlight of our stay was the private balcony, where we spent countless hours watching the waves and enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We can't wait to come back for another stay! Verry verry good

Great value for the accomodations. There are even washing machines for you. However no room service so hard to stay for longer than 2/3 weeks.

Staying at this sea-view apartment was a wonderful experience. The panoramic view of the ocean from the living room is incredible. The apartment is spacious, clean, and located near all the attractions. We had a memorable holiday.

Proximity to the beach. Decent size.

Mould on ceiling. No towels for beach or pool, no towels for washing face or drying hands or washing dishes. No air con in lifts, the big lobby area or in any public area, with long hot waits to leave or reach 28th floor. Extra fees to use pool. Horribly uncomfortable bed - Vietnamese beds tend to be firm but this thing was like trying to sleep on a board.

This sea-view apartment exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, the modern amenities, and especially the view were outstanding. We enjoyed many evenings watching the sunset from the balcony.

Professional and friendly staff, exquisite vacation apartment with stunning ocean views and exceptional services.

The room was great, enthusiastic and friendly staff.

Super comfortable hotel right in the centre. Our host who checked us in was extremely helpful with all our questions and even helped us sort out movie tickets. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean.

Was very hard to find vegetarian options in this area. Most places closed for the afternoon and due to not being very touristy no one spoke English. So if you love seafood this is definitely the place for you! No fault of the hotel of course but good to know if you have dietary requirements
