This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Made me feel at home and with all the necessities you would need. I stayed here for 2 weeks on my solo travel & with a 711 downstairs, olive young & much more it was the places to be! It may look far from the mainstream areas but with the sinbanghwa train line outside your door, going anywhere in Seoul was easy . Will definitely be back & one thing I must say is the host was absolutely amazing. Anything I needed at any time they were there to support! Definitely book this for you next trip!

まず、ロケーションは駅近1分でコンビニもすぐ近くにあったり多くの飲食店などを望まなければとても立地は良いと思いました。 部屋の冷蔵庫には沢山のお水が用意されていた点も助かりましたし、簡単なお菓子やコーヒーの用意もありました。

Cosy home, warm with well equipped kitchen and very clean. It’s right next to the sinbanghawa metro station , so very convenient to commute. The property owner Mr. Mok is very helpful and polite. TV with Korean and all other OTT content. The terrace on 7 th floor is gorgeous too. Practically all daily utility items come with the stay. There are cafes and restaurants across the street and also olive young outlet with good deals and stock. 7- eleven is on the ground floor of adjacent building.we had a very pleasant stay .

The place is very well thought of. It is the only place we have stayed at that has a vanity mirror. Additional Traveler Amenities such as wireless chargers and USB Connectors. Very clean and loved that we can do washing. The place is located very close to a subway station: Sinbanghwa. We were provided with lots of drinking water, snacks, and coffee. The owner is super prompt with all messages, helped us order food for delivery as we couldn't do it without a Korean Phone number. Allowed us to check out late as our flight was in the afternoon. They made sure we had a comfortable stay.

The place only has cooling in the living room. Both bedrooms only had fans. Some people may find the fans sufficient however we have had to just open our windows and door to let cool air in. Bathroom is combined toilet and shower so we've all had to wait for each other to do business/shower.

The accommodation was perfect for family two bedrooms with a rooftop. Unable to use it as schedules very busy out most of the time. Very accessible to subway. Very quiet. Few restaurants around .

Peaceful community and clean accommodations. Very easy access to train station and modern appliances/facilities. Fast and efficient communication with host who professionally answered all our questions.

Towels are very small and not friendly for plus size adults women. Difficult to understand trash rules as we do not adhere to the same in our country (US)

It is a beautiful and warm accommodation with very complete equipment. 🏠💖 You only need to bring the personal care products you need to move in. And the balcony on the top floor is very romantic! The hosts are very nice. They respond promptly to messages and try their best to meet our needs. Thank you very much!✨✨

The apartment was clean and quiet. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bottles of water, and coffee for us upon arrival.

We were given the wrong code for the door upon arrival. The host didn't greet us and we had to have a stranger - who happened to know his mother - call him down. We were told we couldn't check out at 530a for our 7a flight the night we got there. There is no sofa bed - it is just a sofa that does not pull out into a bed and no extra blankets or pillows provided. You can't change the thermostat to be cool for nighttime. We weren't told about any trash separation instructions until halfway through our stay, so I spent the last day of our visit hand-separating all the trash we accumulated throughout the week. Not kid-friendly at all since the sofa is microfiber and the balcony is shaky.
