Während meiner ganzen China Reise war das Nostalgia S Hotel, das mit dem am Abstand freundlichsten sowie hilfbereitesten Personal. Zusätzlich sind die Zimmer sehr gut gepflegt und eingerichtet gewesen.

Ruime en comfortabele kamers, goede bedden en douche, gratis wasservice en late uitcheck. Ontbijtbuffet is ook prima.

Locatie was minder goed, niet zo'n interessante buurt en bijna kwartier wandelen van metrostation. Medewerkers waren wisselend. Weinig persoonlijke service. Ik zou volgende keer ander hotel proberen.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, joliment décoré. Notre chambre aussi était très agréable . Excellent emplacement par ailleurs. Le personnel est parfait. J’ai dit à la réception que je devais quitter l’hôtel à 6h30 de matin et l’on m’a dit que quelqu’un serait à la réception dès 6h20 du matin(tout le monde dort à cette heure-là) pour nous accompagner avec nos valises jusqu’à un taxi précommandé. Ce qui fut le cas. Merci beaucoup.

Il y a eu une petite soirée jusque tard dans la nuit dans une maison à côté de notre chambre. La chambre étant très peu insonorisée, la nuit fut courte.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s cozy, comfortable, and full of charm. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their hospitality really made our stay special. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and will definitely choose this hotel every time I’m back in Kunming. Highly recommended!

It’s the second time we have been in a hotel from this chain and for a mid range hotel it’s wonderful: comfortable, clean, with all you need and many details, and nice and helpful staff

The business model is great, every need is met for guests, which is especially helpful for international travelers

The it's a little far north of a lot of good areas, but easy to get a taxi or Didi around the city

The room was great and had every little detail that we could need during our stay. They also provide free laundry service what is really great bonus.

We could smell cigarette smoke in our room at night, the policy about smoking should be more strict

The front desk manager 张德云 was extremely attentive and courteous.The room originally assigned to us stank of tobacco and our request for change was acceded to immediately and the manager personally ascertained the new room was fresh smelling before assigning to us. He came personally to help us bring our laundry for wash. The other front desk staff were also very helpful and forthcoming in showing us the directions to the shopping area. Breakfast was value for money. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Will book again when we come to Kunming next time.

Wonderful comfy room, very clean, good shower, spacious. Decent breakfast included in a really good price. Staff don't speak languages other than Mandarin but try very hard to look after visitors. Laundry is free too

The dryers take hours and hours to dry. I hate to criticize because it's free but just be aware.

The Hotel is clean and the bed is comfort. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The Hotel also provide laundary for free. The location is good you can easily reach any attractive places by taxi/didi.

Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms, with lots of small extras included (snacks, drinks, slippers, toiletries). Breakfast was excellent, with both Chinese and Western options available. Excellent value for money. Also a free to use laundry room was within the hotel, which is helpful when on longer trips.

Like many hotels in China, communication at check in, for non Chinese speaking tourists is difficult. The reception team were using a translation app, which made the check in process achievable. But it was difficult to ask any questions beyond that. We could not get our air conditioning working in the room and the language barrier meant that we couldn't figure it out. It wasn't too hot when we were there, so not a major issue. This is not specific to this hotel however, just something to be aware of when booking non international hotels. We are used to it and find that we enjoy Chinese hotels more, so its just something that we accept as the foreigner in the interaction.

It's a few km from the old part of town.

The hotel looked new and well renovated, the rooms were also very clean. Local food for breakfast gave us visitors a cultural understanding of what Chinese have for breakfast. Supper with millet/porridge with pickled vegetables looked interesting and could be served to the room via the robot server. We enjoyed the stay in the clean and beautiful hotel very much.

Two things: a) not accessible to bus/train but thankfully taxi/DiDi is easily accessible. b) not enough hooks in bathroom for towels and change of attires.

Tolles Hotel, mit sehr guter Ausstattung und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Frühstück war auch super.

Cet hôtel offre de nombreux services avec un excellent rapport qualité prix ! L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel chaleureux. Bien que l’hôtel soit éloigné de la gare du Sud, il est proche du magnifique quartier du « Green Lake ».

Outstanding reception and staff. They were always eager and helpful to accommodate any special needs from ordering food delivery to getting a pair of crutches delivered (and we had some with an injured ankle). Five star treatment!!!!! Great location (as far as I could tell) and a beautifully maintained and equipped building. Multiple free amenities if desired from snacks and soft drinks in the room to any general hygiene item you can think of needing including, an on site laundry with free detergent. A generous breakfast buffet, also attended by very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel surprised me with clever innovations like a small motion detector nightlight that would come on for late night trips to the bathroom and a robot delivery room service for the food that I had them order. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone but the most particular guest.

The staff are nice and the rooms are clean. Water pressure and temperature are good. Located in a very convenient location to explore the cbd and easy drop off and pick up for Didi. Would recommend guests to stay here

The laundry machines take a very very long time to dry clothes, like a very long time. I had to leave clothing in the dryer overnight and they still didn’t fully dry. So that being said, if someone else is using the 2 dryers then you’re in for a long long wait. Aside from this, quite a positive experience in all other aspects

Helpful staff! We had trouble booking a cab and one of the staff booked for us and suggested a place for eating. Beds were very comfy and clean and nice amenities. My son enjoyed the foos ball table in the reception area.
