great location ,very near subway. great hotel and clean and comfortable.

high rating hotel could have some reception staff who can speak english. But staff are friendly and willling to help using transalator via the phone.

It’s not those types of top new fancy hotel but old time style classic hotel with new renovation. All the details are very well managed. The supplies they put in the room were also very well thought. One example: the paper tissue they provide are 4 layers good quality ones! There you can see their focus on quality service from details. I loved the stay, very comfortable, and actually it’s already my second time back to KunMing staying there.

The value for money was great. And the staff very helpful. Special thanks to lady-assistant manager(we did not remember her name) that was of a great help to our small changes of our stay. And she was speaking good english which is not common in China. So big thank YOU! Wide range of local and some international food for breakfast.

The only reason for giving 9 as opposed to 10 is because there was a strong smell of smoking in the room on the first night. It became better after I kept the windows open the whole time.

Location is very good for shopping, food and easy access to public transport. Room spacious n clean.

Location excellent. Breakfast need more western style. Why do they have to fry the eggs overcooked. Attitude when you ask for half cooked eggs.

Everything is perfecr! the location, the accomodation, staffs, host, services! the appartment is in the center of Lijiang accent town, very clean, everything is filled new. The 2 host are married and they are super sweet, friendly and helpful, you can ask them anything !

The room I booked is for non smoking. But when I entered the room with full of bad smell and slept in …🤨

Close to the Metro. Great eateries typical local, around the corner. Very helpful staff.

Huge room and centrally located close to a metro station. The cleaning staff was attentive (applicable for the room and the common areas).

The room style is a bit dated and seem to have a whiff of smoke (there were ashtrays available). If you are sensitive to whether a room is strictly non-smoking, be aware. I could not figure out the temperature control or the wifi. Some staff were tentative or had issues conversing in English.

The beds

This is a comfortable hotel located in the central area of Kunming. It is quite a short walk to the nearest Metro station. The staff are kind and helpful. One of the receptionists ordered a coffee delivery from Starbucks for me on her own phone because the hotel restaurant only had instant coffee.

It is located a little far from Old Kunming Street, which offers a better atmosphere and food options for the tourist. This hotel seems to appeal more to business guests than tourists.

It's at a very convenient location. They provide good buffet breakfast. Room is spacious

Easy to find in the good district of Pan long. Good breakfast.

Very few staffs can communicate in Chinese. It takes some time to check in. The price is not cheap compared to what slightly less facility hotel nearby can offer to local.people.
