nice enough location, lots of places nearby for food and coffee etc nice pool

it wasn’t ready for us when we arrived after a long journey from uk. we had jet lag and the person we booked through had us change apartment the next day, so they must have gave us a temporary one not ideal when we had unpacked and wasn’t extremely tired with jet lag these things happen tho

This apartment is luxury standard and around the building there is a lot of convenience, nice swimming pool

My friend was complaining about how we moved rooms a lot of times, some rooms the toilet is not so clean, we have to asked the host to provide more towels because they didn’t give us enough

Apartament bardzo nowcześnie wykończony. Dojazd metrem do centrum 20 minut, dojście do metra 10 min. Najbliższa stacja An Phu.

Smart toaleta samomyjąca. Dla mnie to było odkrycie życia:). Muszę taką mieć w domu. Dom zrobiony bardzo nowocześnie, nawet odkrecenie wody w kuchni bardzo smart :). Dla mnie to był atut, ale starsze osoby nieobeznane z nowinkami technologicznymi mohą mieć problem :) Np. aby woda była ciepła trzeba, przed wejściem do łazienki załączyć przełącznik.

The area is good, a lot of shops and restaurants around but it’s far away from airport.

Sicuramente un appartamento moderno all'interno di un grattacielo dotato di tanti servizi come la piscina, palestra. L'appartamento ha un soggiorno un po' piccolo e le camere non avevano abat jour. I bagni iper tecnologici, forse anche troppo, tant'è che in uno di questi il remote control era scarico perciò abbiamo capito dopo con altri pulsanti come utilizzare le funzioni base. L'appartamento aveva anche la lavatrice , un grande vantaggio se non si vuole usare una laudry esterna

ridurrei il livello di tecnologia. Abbiamo capito solo con l'intervento dell'host come accedere l'acqua perchè sembrava non funzionare. Le camere da letto non erano due camere con queen size ma una con un letto ad una piazza e mezzo e una queen size. Essendo in 5 ci siamo un po' sacrificati stringendoci un pochino. L'appartamento è bello ma forse un po' troppo caro rispetto ad altre soluzioni . Alla reception all'ingresso era difficile dialogare con il receptionist perchè non sapeva rispondere oppure ci rimandava ad altre persone che sapevano meno di lui. La comunicazione non e' stato il loro forte. Per il resto il quartiere offre molti servizi quali supermercati 24/7, spa, ristoranti...perciò fuori dal centro caotico di ho chi minh è una buona soluzione dato che si trova a 15 min a piedi dalla fermata metro.

The location was good.

The floors were dirty and our baby had dirty hands and feet from 10 minute crawling and there was no dryer as advertised and shown in the pictures. When travelling with 2 small children this was very important to us.

The apartment was spacious and clean, great to be able to wash clothes and drying area fantastic. Rooftop pool amazing

Being in District 2 it is further out of the city but only a grab ride away, if you want to beat the hustle and bustle of city life this apartment is for you.

Had good food options around. The room and facilities were presented nicely.

The beds were very firm, and the hallways had a noticeable cigarette odor. We had requested accommodation in the west tower (nicer riverside views, rooftop pool) but were placed in the east tower (highway views, ground level pool). On the second day, we met with the property owner to settle payment and collect the west tower swipe tag needed to access the rooftop pool in west tower. The owner arrived approximately two hours late, which meant we wasted a significant portion of our day just sitting in the lobby. When we went to use the pool for the first time, access was denied due to the weather, meaning we could only use the pool on the final day of our stay (2 of 3 days with no rooftop pool access). Overall, a combination of delays, incorrect room placement, and restricted facility access impacted the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

Everything was great! Room is modern and really nice. Location is really lovely area, 20mins from centre but there is a lot of convenience stores and food places nearby! Pool is lovely

The property was in an excellent location with a ton of businesses that the locals seemed to love as well. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the views of the river were wonderful. The unit included a washer, which was very convenient. The bottom floor also had convenience stores, ATMs, restaurants, and coffee shops, which was super convenient.

The living room space was a bit bare with one small couch and one chair. It felt like there was a lot more that could be done with the space, especially since a 3-bedroom apartment will have multiple guests.

Tolle Lage, tolle Betreuung, ein sehr großer Pool auf dem Dach im West Gebäude, welchen wir täglich nutzen konnten inkl. Handtücher Service, sehr angenehm. Tennis ist nur für die Bewohner der Anlage möglich, trotzdem wurde es für uns möglich gemacht. Danke Frau Tuyên für die tolle Unterstützung während unseres Aufenthalts! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The property is new and this is why i selected it. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Good if you want to be in D2.

The pictures on any of the properties are random collection of pictures from different apartments that the host may be renting out. It is impossible to chose where you will stay. The host is not responding and I had to call her to get an answer. The host is not punctual and it was hard to get the keys on time or pay her. Worst of all the bed is one of the worst beds I have had in my life. Old and uneven. Thanks god we were only for two nights.

Easy to check in, host waited for us even though we were later then expected. very clean apartment and great pool. good location easy to get around. lots food options for adults and fussy kids down below. Host went above and beyond to help accommodate us with an extra night and later checkout when our plane got cancelled.

That we couldn't stay longer.

The apartment is located in a beautiful residential complex, somewhat far from the center, but there is a metro nearby. Self-check-in at any time. You can use the services of the entire complex: swimming pool, gym. There are several excellent cafes and shops nearby. There may be some delays in communication, as the landlord does not always respond immediately, but he always tries to help and meet your needs.

General wish: I would like to have tea and coffee bags in the kitchen, and washing powder for the washing machine.

Quiet area for family still great food and not fart from centre. Apartment had a lot a space host was amazing extremely helpful I had problems with booking that was my fault , still was able to be resolved really cant say enough about the staff and host

Much preferred staying in the Thao Dien area over the busy city with children. Absolutely loved the facilities and convenience of the apartment. Kids loved the huge pool area! We loved the balcony unexpectedly overlooking the Mekong ! Cafe Rosalia below has the bestttt breakfast pho and assortments of Vietnamese coffees we loved trying them all !

Needs a few finishing touches in the rooms

Amazing apartment, spotless. The pool is amazing and the gym is brilliant. Could not fault it, will definitely stay again.
