Check in et check out très facile, appart spacieux et très propre, piscine et sauna super, la vue à travers la baie vitrée de la chambre est magnifique surtout la nuit et y a un très bon café en bas de l’immeuble. ☺️

The cleanliness and tidy arrangement. Enough cutlery and kitchen appliances Enough bathroom items and cleaning items. Toilet roll only 2 but ok for short stay and for 4pax.

Need to add/change **tissue box in rooms & dining. **mirrors in each room. **new Iron. the plate is badly rosak. It burnt my blouse😩 **ironing board cover Its old & used.

Tout était merveilleux la cadre, la piscine exceptionnelle les équipements de qualité tout était à proximité la street food est à quelques pas où l’on manger varié pour pas cher. Le check-in et le check-ou sont ultra rapides et en toute autonomie

El apartamento estaba impecable. El contacto con el personal de gestión ha sido fluido y sin ningún tipo de inconveniente, todo con facilidades. La piscina es espectacular. No está nada masificado. Excelente

Mirror only in the toilets. Should put mirror in the bedroom too. Tedious to keep going into the toilet. Iron has obvious stretch which cannot be used to iron our clothes.

Dont have mirror in the room. Maybe the owner can provide mirror in each room so that we can use to makeup and wear tudung. Because its only have mirror in the bathroom.

The property was very good, neat and clean. The view was perfect through the full-length window and balcony.

There were no mirrors in any rooms of the apartment other than the washrooms.

The check-in process was smooth, the staff members were very helpful, and the accommodations were quite spacious and clean, with a pleasant view from a middle-floor unit.

Sometimes there may be a slightly extended wait for an elevator due to peak check-in and check-out times.

Parking at lv7, keep turning around.

Very spacious room. Very comfortable for our family. We will come again later. Very friendly service because you can ask for an extended check-out time and only have to pay RM50. Check-out from 11.30 am to 1.00 pm.

Nothing just that time check in the day was heavy raining. Cannot swimming in the pool

1) Enjoyed the Swimming pool on the 29th floor with is infinity pool. 2) Convenient for those who drive as parking is provided. Visitors need to get down and register their car for the duration of their stay before they can drive up to the parking lot. 3) Good night sleep. 😴 4) Smooth and efficient self check-in and check-out

1) We wanted to go to the SkyBar on the 28th floor but unfortunately it’s no longer in operation. The property should take down the flyers on SkyBar in the lift. 2) Would be great to have a mirror in all bedrooms rather than going to the bathroom😃.

I booked this accommodation for 8 people, but there were only beds for 6 people available. They provided only 2 thin mattresses to sleep on the ground. Along with the thin mattresses, the blanket provided was very thin and small. This led to 2 people sleeping uncomfortably. The accommodation also only provided 5 towels. The host did not manage to do the minimum requirement of hosting all 8 people. If they are not able to provide proper beds for all 8 people, they should not advertise that they can host 8 people.

The unit is cozy with modern amenities + minimalist concept. Love the view too. Will def. stay here again next time!

there are morning prayers that are broadcasted loudly, alarm outside the unit sometimes gone off loudly in the middle of the night probably due to smoke detector. River behind the building can be smelly but if we keep windows closed, there are not sufficient ventilation.

I stay in 15-05, in Living room sofa bed & queen bed got bedbugs. One of my friends is sleep over there and she got bite bedbugs, not only one but there’s are many. I even recorded it.

Very clean, giving people a comfortable vibe to live in. And staffs were all very responsive. We had a midnight flight but we checked out out before 12pm, so no where supposed can store my luggage. But the Beacon suites they kindly helped us to store my luggage for no additional charge. This was really helped me and impressed me. I would like yo recommend other tourists come and book here for stay during their trip. People can obtain a good quality homestay facilities and serving by good staffs. The location is very convenient and easy to walking to TRX and PAVILION etc. All in all, just come and no worries. The room also has good city view.

Although things were clean there was an overpowering scent of air freshener that was very artificial and made the air heavy. The unit was furnished for multiple sleeping units, including a double bed and futon in the living area. This would be great for a large group but not suited for our group of three. A bit far from the centre and no places for breakfast or a meal nearby.

The hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided clear instructions and relevant information. Great location, easy access, close to major roads and food stalls. The unit was simple and clean - just the way we like it. It was very comfortable, spacious and contained all the basic neccessities. The views were unbeatable - you can see the hills, a creek, the part of the city skyline, Penang Strait and Penang Bridge from the unit. We accessed the gym and pool facilities on the top floor. Both were great. Highly recommend catching the sun rise - great vantage point. The building also has great security. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt right at home.

I want to start by saying this is not the fault of the hosts but I do think its worth mentioning so that guests are aware. This is a homestay style accommodation, so the building will have a mixture of tourists (guests) and residents. This also means the building was not designed for high traffic - there are only 2 main lifts and 1 service lift. There were a number of times where we had a wait several rounds before we could get into the lift (keeping in mind there were 6 of us). So patience is required during peak times. Most of the people we met (both residents and guests) were very friendly.
