Tropicana 218 Macalister Water Purifier By Blue Sky Holidays

Good location, convenient to go to most tourist areas. There are cafes and 7-11 at the ground floor.

We wish the pillows are softer.

The location and proximity to George Town site is great! Cleanliness level is also good! And bed is comfy

There’s actually alot of missed opportunities to bring the comfort level up from a 6 to 9. Just a little investment will go a long way. Soft lighting in living room/ bedroom More power points at strategic location Main door latch Maybe removal of nightstand at living room to create more space Change of toilet door to bifold version Decent size TV Fixing the hot water dripping issue etc. It will cost alittle but will definitely elevate the quality

Location and clean. The place is quiet too. I love the washing machine and water dispenser. The water taste is so good. I also like clothes rack too. The facilities are very nice. They provide a lot of extra things.

The toilet was broken and I couldn’t fix that. It’s annoying me whenever I went to the toilet.

We had a wonderful stay here and the place honestly exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious and looked even better than we expected. Everything was well maintained and we felt completely at home throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for getting around Penang. What stood out the most was the service. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. When we had some difficulty with the parking, they even took the time to check for another available parking space for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again the next time we are in Penang. Highly recommended!

The only downside for us was the parking. Our allocated parking was on Level 10, so there were quite a number of rounds to drive up, and some of the turns were quite narrow. The parking space itself was also a little tight for our 7-seater. It may not be much of an issue for a smaller car, but larger vehicles can be a little challenging. That said, the host was very helpful when we mentioned it and even tried to find us an alternative space, so we really appreciated the effort.

Easy check-in, good location. Neat and clean

It’s Airbnb model serviced apartment without any front desk or in-person meeting to address any issue requires immediate attention such as need of extra blanket or something found out not operating after check-in then one has to contact on WhatsApp message only as they reluctant to attend call and prefer messaging. It could be easier for Solo traveller or couple but could be better to have someone greet you at property for large group or family.

Our family of 8 had a great stay, looking out over George Town from the 32nd floor. Easy check-in, collecting keys from a lockbox downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a hit for the kids. Two marts and a bakery downstairs in the same building. Already given feedback to the owners that tea towels for the kitchen, and hand towels for the bathrooms would be super helpful for future guests.

Awesome location right over the MRT with a convenient elevator to station, pool was clean and cool for such a hot climate. Thought the room vending machine for adaptors, locks was a great addition which should be in all hotel rooms.

The staff never really acknowledged you at the front desk, not even a smile or nod except for the restaurant staff, they were quite friendly…the customer service could definitely do with a polishing.

Todo, el apartamento y las instalaciones excepcionales.

Katil yang super comfy. Selesa.

Parking untuk another car very expensive ya. Siling macam ada kulat , boleh look into the picture attached.

Zach was very great and helpful.

Excellent location & close to everything!

The key pick up mail box need to be fixed. It's very hard to open & close.

Excellent location, near cafes and restaurants. A decent coffee bar about 30 metres away. 7-11 about 50 metres away. Easy to get to and close to many things. Instructions were very clear on location and how to get in. Support team responded very quickly. There is a car parking lot available for each apartment. Apartment itself very clean, with the amenities expected. Aircon and fan in living room and bathroom. On the day we checked out, I left a t-shirt behind and they sent me a message which enabled me to get it in time. We are coming back for sure. Oh and a beautiful infinity swimming pool too!

Absolutely nothing

The apartment is clean and the view is beautiful. Good location with plenty of eateries within walking distance. A big 7-Eleven on the ground floor is a big plus.

It would have been perfect if there are dustbins provided in the bedrooms and hair conditioner in the shower/toilets.

Strategic location. Clean, big space for 4-6 people. Responsive host.

Some furnitures need replacement: sofa seat cushion, bed mattress on the living room next to the bathroom-your body will “sink” into the mattress when sleeping because the spring bed is broken already.

Location. Facilities inside apartment. Spacious overall. Clean. Water purifier.

- carpark location - small toilet - sofa need to change spring may be spoil

Spacious, clean, worth for money

Access to the parking, but manageable

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, the pool was excellent, and the nearby shops were very convenient. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around.

Location and spacious for 6 people

The doors while closing are too loud. Seeing moulding in living room that may need to handle soon

Great sunrise view! The apartment was clean, spacious and fully equipped! Very glad to have a water filtered dispenser with hot water available at all time! The location is accessible to georgetown! The staff was prompt is responding and replaced a working hair dryer immediately! Highly recommended for family and group of friends to stay!

All are good!

Clean

Parking at that apartment is quite difficult. The road has too many sharp bends, making it quite difficult to access.

Location.

The host was very passive when I pointed out that one of the ceiling fans was faulty. It appeared they were already aware of the issue but had not serviced it before my check-in. After I requested a follow-up, there was no response. Even after my stay, when I raised this as feedback, the host seemed nonchalant about the situation.

The cleanliness and the comfort of the home is great.

Clean and Comfortable, suitable for family stay.

Comfortable bed & pillows

Digital lock, pin provided is incorrect

Everything. Blue sky team always provide good unjt with good services. The room was clean, with water purifier and washing machine, nothing we can ask for.

Nothing.

Prachtig uitzicht over de stad, schoon en zeer ruim

Weinig keukenspullen, geen broodrooster en 1 mes

Large apartment, close to the centre of georgetown. Everything you need for a short or long stay including full kitchen amenities and a washing machine. The apartment and the building are a bit aged, but this is reflected in the price which overall represents good value. We found it to be the perfect place to explore Penang.

Nothing. We had one minor issue while we were there, but the hosts were really helpful and had it resolved promptly. Definitely reccommend staying here : )

Great views, convenient location. Spacious. Adequate A/C.

Lack of toilet paper, one bathroom needed improvement - sink blocked, shower head installed too high, ceiling above shower was leaking? One A/C could not be turned on.

Apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked and the fridge and water filter was very useful. The pool was nice with a lounging area nearby.

The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom with a double and single bed, and 2 large double beds in a separate area off the living room. There was a good size living area and kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The views were incredible! There was a fitness area and a swimming pool, which hardly ever seemed to be used (we didn't use the pool ourselves during our stay as there was no time). The location is fairly close to all the sights in Georgetown - a quick Grab or a 20-30 minute walk away.

Poor maintenance. Poor cleanliness. Stains at kitchen basin and toilets. Bed buds and ants were spotted during our 2Nights stay at Netflix by Blue Sky Holidays. The conditions of Neflix unit not as what been advertised and shown in Booking.com. photos.

It has both washer and dryer . The filter water machine The view is good

The swimming pool water quality is not great

Convenient,Clean and reasonably priced.

Everything was good

The only thing that we like was the cleaner, who was willing to clean our room past midnight when we checked in, since the admin and owner were not responsible at all.

1. The room was a WHOLE MESS when we arrive, baby diapers in the bathroom, leftover snacks in the dining area, and messy bedrooms. They havent clean it after the last guess. 2. The admin is VERY SLOW RESPONSE and not responsible, we called for 5 times and they declined the calls. They claimed to have a misscommunication but was not responsible. 3. PROMISE TO REFUND BUT NO ACTION. They promise to refund as long as we check out at 1 am WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. 4. PROMISE LATE CHECKOUT TILL 4PM, but only given till 12 PM.

Great location. Value for money.Good cleanliness. Excellent customer service.

Spiralling parking drive.

Everything was perfect, excellent bed for sleeping, beautiful views, perfect location, towels, swimming pool👌

Maybe less pillows would be enough 🙂, more storage space, small washing machine and iron would improve it. Generally we were very satisfied. Thank you 🙂

Complete and perfect for family of 7. It is a home for a very short stay.

Parking is free but quite tricky to park the car

Clean and spacious. 1 double bed and 1 single bed per room. Great location.

Very nice view

Location. Unit was well equipped. Comfortable beds

Spiral route up to the parking lot. Very dizzy. Not recommended for people suffering from vertigo.

The location was great, having the mini supermarket downstairs was very convenient and it was close to many places we wanted to visit and good places to eat. The view was also good and you could see a good sun rise and view over the city. We had a good amount of fridge space to store drinks and snacks. Security and card operated lifts were both reassuring.

Some facilities did not work in the room such as the extractor fan in one bathroom and the window lock was not functional in the bedroom, which considering the low window was hazardous for young children. Both of these were reported on our departure. There was no hand towel in the kitchen. We also noticed the floor was not fully cleaned and there were big gaps in the floor boards in the bedroom.

The Unit is clean and perfect, not far from lift. Location here is convenient to town and malls. Quick and friendly responsive from agents and team.

Comfortable spacious place. The 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms were very good. 1 bathroom would not have been sufficient.

The shower position needs adjustment and are not satisfactory. A bathroom shower door would be ideal as there is no way to keep the floor dry when bathing. The bathroom lights were much too dim and unsatisfactory.

Security guards on ground floor 24 hours a day. Quiet and easy access to foods and transportation. Felt very safe place to stay

Slippery at swmming pools.

New building with modern facilities. Several nearby spots for a quick bite, including local eateries within walking distance. Easy Grab access to most local attractions. Overall, a good place to stay. Easy check in and host is very welcoming.

There’s a lack of towel hooks in the bathrooms, and it would be helpful to have some kitchen wipes provided.

Clean and comfy

A bit too far to walk to main attractions in Georgetown.

Location, convenient to have a 24 hours store just below the building.
