LOCATION & ROOM

我比較喜歡大廳去年十月左右的音樂。

The breakfast was really nice and quiet. Live omelette station starts right away. Attentive and helpful service staff. Comfortable rooms and shower. All amenities provided. Privacy.

I was only there for 2 nights but I liked everything especially the welcome cookie treat.

Location.

Parking space.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Location was fine with fantastic night food stall market just down the street. Fine hotel.

all was fine. no negative comments.

Location is the best .. foods just 50 meter from lobby, lots of food stalls especially in the evening . This was my 2nd visit to this hotel .

I got a refund

UNSAFE, COMPROMISED DOOR LOCKS - It was an absolutely terrible experience- completely unsafe - I believe they deliberately gave me a comprised room knowing that I was a female solo traveller. Horrible experience. I immediately noticed something was wrong because the hotel staff gave a me a room where the front door lock was missing its usual black security cover. The lock's wiring, manual override keyhole, emergency override port and battery compartment were all exposed, only flimsily covered with a grey sticker. I asked for a new room, only to be assigned to a room with the same issue, only this time the room was also at the very end of the hallway and next to the emergency exit route. Absolute no-go especially for a female solo traveller. I complained and requested a refund and the staff refused to give me any confirmation in writing, only finally giving me a email confirmation of refund after I badgered them for nearly an hour. Stay away if you value your life.

Good location

Parking lot not available

Convenient

Very noisy and put me to the floor with all school kids baking so much noise. Though I reported it nothing was done

Comfortable, clean room and towels, great staff, security guard is also very polite and responsible.

Nothing

Great location and spacious rooms. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Nothing. Everything was good.

The location is good, nearby there is a night market and must try their charcoal char kuih teow is nice. Overall we are satisfied with the room and the staffs is very friendly.

NA

Right smack in the center. Easy walking distance to all the good food courts. Room was a decent size, clean and comfortable.

No power outlets by the bedside.

The staff were super helpful and polite.

No room service and no INHOUSE laundry services

No dining options . No room service

The rooms were satisfactory and comfortable. The location was convenient, although access can be challenging as it is near the night market, where traffic can get congested and driving in may be difficult. Overall, it is a decent option for those looking to stay close to local attractions and the night market.

NIL

Good location

Some plug points were damaged upon entering room. Since the other plug point was usable I used the other one

I am unsatisfied with the breakfast provided and would like the management to review and improve the food hygiene standards. During breakfast, we noticed small flies on the salad items, particularly in the salad section and around the honeydew. This gave the impression that the food was not fresh and had been left exposed for too long. Such hygiene issues are unacceptable, especially in a 5-star hotel environment. In addition, the overall quality and variety of the breakfast were below expectations. Considering the amount paid for the stay, the breakfast experience did not provide value for money. I hope the management will investigate this matter seriously and take the necessary corrective actions to improve both food hygiene and the overall guest experience.

No

The location was convenient and walkable to some malls and eateries. Most of the staff were friendly.

It is slightly old and some facilities need refurbishment.

Quick check in and check out. Reception is friendly and efficient especially Miss Darshini. Near to hawker store, grab is easily available to nearby restaurants.

Air conditioning need servicing. Not cold.

Good location in the city and easy to go to all the nice places for food! Service is awesome, there was also welcome cookies for us.

Swimming pool & its facilities are old, would be better to refurbish it. And add more greenery at the lobby.

The cookies treat. Haha Room clean, staff very friendly communication, cheerful.

Excellent location. Nice cozy place. Lotsa food options nearby

Mattress a bit old as certain parts tend to sink more. Pillows too soft

Location is good Room is clean

It is very noisy next door from the connecting door. The next door was busy chatting (loud speaker on the phone) & then busy packing & talking until abt 2am.

Convenient Location. Friendly staff. Clean room & excellent shower.

Everything has to be paid for - laundry. Wasn't delivered on time and had a note that it has to be paid for before delivery!

The location

Breakfast

The room is big and comfortable. Good location. Easy to find foods and the distance to attraction places is acceptable.

The lighting in the room is not really bright during night time but it is still acceptable.

My objective is always cleanliness and comfortability. These were met with Sunway Hotel. Plus the fact the staffs were very friendly and down to earth, simply made it a more memorable stay. Will definitely return. Extend my compliment to check in staff that attended to me Mr. Fahmy, who made me especially welcome, he was friendlh, socialble and simply how guests should be treated.

There were one minor watermark thumblike stain, (probably cleaners could not get rid of on the sheet), but this can be overlook as the sheets were clean and fresh.

I like the location and customer Service provided by front desk team

Need to have better facilities for business travelers

工作人員 都很有礼貌 👏🏻😁

Friendly staff and clean room

The bed. The springs are worn.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always greeting with a smile. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
