La Casa Trivandrum 4 BHK AC Luxury Villa at City Centre, Just 5 kms from Airport & 3 Kms to Trivandrum Railway Station

Very good communication and easy arrangements

There was some miscommunication concerning the location and the website...but otherwise it was good. The house was clean and good, though here and there (toilet under the stairs, shower cabin in bedroom right) things need to be renewed/repaired...though no major complaints at all.

Spacious and well maintained property.

Location and convenience. This property’s best asset is Naveen, who was taking care of us from the time we arrived till we left. Location is quite easy to find and convenient with supermarkets nearby and restaurants within 1km. House was really kept well. In the night, as Norma we might have heard dogs barking a lot on streets but otherwise it’s a quiet and safe place to live. Our dog loved roaming around this house both inside and out. Naveen even gave us a late checkout to make our return trip more comfortable and relaxing.

Nothing. Naveen made sure it was perfect

Nothing

Stay, access and privacy Near to the visiting locations in trivandrum especially zoo and temple

La Casa gave me the privacy and convenience of a home with all the benefits of a hotel room staff available on call whenever I need them with a full kitchen and a cook available as well. The host Naveen was very gracious and attentive and tended to my every need. I had friends come over for dinner occasionally and had people call on me here. Perfect for my vacation. I was driving a car and was able to park comfortably and enjoy Trivandrum very much. I only used the first floor rooms for staying. The AC in the rooms was most welcome after the heat outside. But the 4 rooms make this place good for 1-2 families to stay together if needed. Anyway lovely stay and I'll be sure to come back again. Recommend to anyone solo/families or friends.

Felt like a home away from home. Love that 3 of 4 rooms has attached bathrooms and that all rooms come with AC. The kitchen is nice and clean while having enough plates and cups for the family to use.

Nothing much, I just wish there was more parking space but most of the houses there only have limited amount so there’s nothing to complain about.

Everything. Very big house enough for 12-15 people.

Everything is good

We had excellent stay, Host Naveen was very friendly and took care of all our needs. The property is located in quite residential area but main road and supermarket only 100 metres away. We would definitely come back again.

Good Ambience, nice place for and enough facilities.

Pet charges should be minimised.. Our pet was a little one and not noisy.. Its not a thing for dislike.. But a recommendation for future
