Noi am stat doar o noapte din 3 deoarece e foarte grea trecerea din Malaysia in Singapore ,Singapore- Malaysia zilnic, trebuie zilnic Formulare completate Arrival Card si drumul pana la.obiectivele noastre planificate in Singapore erau destul de departe si de aia am renuntat la celelalte 2 nopti in Johor Bahru.

4 bed rooms n spacious.

No wardrobes for 3rooms except master room has. 3 bedrooms mattress have sound n smallest bedroom bedsheet have a smell. The TV channels should at least can watch the local channels.

Good location, great room and furnishings

Was very noisey and heaps of light around curtain edges.

This is a brand new apartment, it was very clean and the appliances were brand new as well! It is spacious, close to a shopping mall full of nice places to eat, it was walking distance from JB Sentral over a sky bridge (once you manage to find out the directions, which was kind of confusing). The building is huge but there were no queues for the elevators, security was good (although the Nepalese guards did not speak very good English which caused confusion for check-in) and the Wi-Fi was strong. They let me check in an hour earlier, for a small fee. Overall a great place to spend a night in JB, however the entire coast is currently a big building site, so not super picturesque.

Several things that can be improved: - The name in Booking is "Seine", however the office name and the property name are Xi An, which was very confusing, especially with the guards not speaking English and not being able to show me where to go. - Security deposit is collected in cash, or via some Chinese apps, however they did not manage to work with my European bank card, so I had no choice but search for the office. Eventually I found it, but it was a journey... Also, they allow early check-in for a price, 20 MYR an hour, which was OK for me. When I was checking out however, I had to wait for a long time, as there was only one lady at the office "and she could not go to check my room because nobody will be left at the office", so we need to wait for a colleague of hers to appear (this was well within their working hours). Both ladies were extremely polite and apologetic, so I guess this is just bad capacity management by the bosses and not their fault. - The advertised Netlflix access did not work - it said the maximum of 4 accounts was exceeded. For the price per night I guess they can buy some additional subscriptions. It's not a big deal, but on a rainy evening in JB there is not that much you can really do. - The advertised "Sea view" gave a very limited chance to see the coast between the rest of the building's towers. Not so important, just don't expect a real sea view.

Great space to enjoy, love the simple decoration. Comfortable bed and free Netflix usage which is great!

Customer liaison personnel provided advance information on check in procedures. Apartment spacious, clean, bright and sound proof. Location is great with a lot of eateries within 500 metre. Tight security.

Bathroom didn't gave hooks and towel racks

It was clean. The facilities were also excellent. The unit was very well kept.

The common toilet has a very bad sewage smell. It needs fixing as the stench is quite bad.

The initial apartment that we'd booked wasn't ready yet for check in so we were offered a few other options and luckily this was so because the one we selected on the side of the construction was far quieter than it would have been on the causeway side of the complex. I also liked the fact that the property management company had an onsite office on the ground floor of the complex (although it wasn't quite easy to find our way there from RF Mall). The apartment was nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. It had beautiful views over the 47th floor and the complex facilities was amazing, with a huge outdoor pool, gym, playground and games rooms. There was a private walkway in between the complex and the RF Mall which was situated right next to it which made it very convenient. The RF Mall being located right next to this complex was also very handy and included multiple restaurants for meals as well as a supermarket. Security guards were stationed at every exit/entry to the complex and worked diligently and professionally to ensure security and safety for its guests, and actually checking that credentials were legitimate.

The beds were the only significant downside to this apartment - they were rock hard (I usually prefer a firm mattress) and didn't have any give so it was very uncomfortable. The last few nights I slept on the very comfortable sofa which ended up giving me the best nights sleep out of the whole stay!

Self check in was not the smoothest given the layout of property. Especially tricky for lone drivers. Only 2 lift shafts operational for well over 400 units; every trip up/down was quite a wait

I love the view and cleanliness of the apartment.

So far everything's good.

We were upgraded to a three bedroom cause of some miscommunication and ended up extending our stay to a late checkout. We loved the sea view just off our balcony, the sunrise moments, the afternoons we spent at the pool, the cleanliness of the place, the comfort of the beds and the excellent communication with the host. Awesome!

The cost was a bit steep but then again it was during a weekend and school holiday period. There was not enough mirrors as the only mirrors were in the bathroom. The bathroom can get flooded cause the water doesn't roll down to the drain (not in shower area but the area in front and under the sink) but if a toilet brush/broom is provided, it should not be a problem. Other than that, nothing else. we loved our stay very very much.

We recently stayed at this apartment over the weekend, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the get-go, the communication with the management team via WhatsApp was seamless - the instructions on collecting and returning the key card were clear and easy to follow. The staff from Xin An Management were incredibly friendly and helpful, responding promptly to our enquiries during our stay. Their professionalism and courtesy made a big difference. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, kettle, and washing machine and many more. We felt right at home! The location was also a major plus, with easy access to a nearby mall that had a supermarket, eateries, and even a Watsons-like shop. It was super convenient! To top it all off, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my security deposit back just a few hours after checking out. It was a great feeling to know that the management team is reliable and trustworthy. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

If I really need to pick one, I wish the pillows could be higher and firmer but this my personal preference:)

Staff entered the room, without asking the guest, when we were out of the building, claiming it was to check if someone else was staying in the mahjong room in the apartment.

Great location and facilities.

Bed was very firm, as was the sofa. A microwave oven would have been helpful.

There's a cash deposit of RM150, most likely you'll have to pay by cash. If you don't have Alipay or local QR transaction methods it will be very cumbersome.

We had stayed at another one of their apartments and we were due to move to an apartment with Asia Miles ( which turned out to be a fake booking) So this supplier assisted us to book an extra night with them. They even sent someone to help us to move from the other apartment to this one. They were extremely helpful ( when Asia Miles had left us stranded)

The door locks are a bit tricky at first, but apart from this ( which was simply learning the right technique) everything was excellent. Well appointed balcony apartment overlooking the bay

The place is new and well maintained. There is mahjong and mahjong table.

Will be good if there are more cooking utensils.

The location is extremely strategic, near JB Sentral and the Singapore border. Moreover, the unit has a sea view and it facing the upcoming RTS.

Be prepared for potential traffic congestion when you want to enter and out the complex. I think the host needs to improve the sofa bed, change it to a normal bed for a comfy experience.

Booked a room with balcony but there's no balcony when we arrive. Host was flexible and replace another unit with balcony. Booking.com website info may not be updated and cause confusion.

The blocks were a bit confused. Spent some time to find the right block. I lost my MY mobile signal in this place. Instead, the mobile signal detected SG's territory.

Location is really near checkpoint. However, if you are taking grab, the driver maybe confuse where you are at the block since the block that I stay do not have a designated pick up and drop off point.

Not management fault but there was system error in booking.com. I paid for room upgrade but was given the room i booked earlier. Management informed they never received any room upgrade notification from booking.com in their system. It was nice of them to provide me extra mattress

The cleanliness, and good sized apartment were just nice for our stay. Facilities were great too, and easily accessible.

1) The lack of direction outside of premise, especially direction to take the lift to the bridge that connects to the mall. 2) The wall sockets along the bed were faulty. 3) Water does not flow down into the sink at the shower room.

One of the bed was not at good condition Need to replace for better sleep at night.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get in real life. The room is spacious, and the facilities, especially the sauna, were a great bonus. The location is extremely convenient as it's directly connected to a mall, making it easy to meet your needs.

However, do note that there is no Wi-Fi or towels provided (my fault for missing that in the description). Additionally, the bedsheets and comforters appeared to be personal belongings of the owner and didn’t feel very clean, with some traces of pet hair, which may bother those with allergies or sensitivities. But, I believe there’s still room for improvement as the owner is just starting out."

Nice room in a new building. Very high up!

Communication was not smooth initially so we had trouble finding the place. Could not get through on phone or email but finally worked out WhatsApp so all good after that.

The room was alright. The view was nice. The host is prompt in replying and managed to check-in before 3pm.

Not as per the review we saw in TV, the link bridge to the location was removed. So we need to climb up and down the stairs. The location is a little too far especially if you are bringing an elderly with you. Unless we grab there. There is no toilet mat so we can't dry our feet after using the toilet.

Suggest provide tissue in living area. And the scissor's quality is poor. Please also add another floor mat near to the shower room as the bathroom floor is very slip. No label shown on bottles to differentiate Shampoo and shower gel

Is clean and comfortable. Quite convenient, however the mall nearby has most shops not in business, only a few eateries available.

The toilet is clean but the floor tiles are very slippery. Have to be very careful especially with elderly.

Key pickup instructions were clear and parking card was provided as well. Very easy to locate the place as it is super near checkpoint. Will definitely be back again in the future for week end short trips.

The property is new and clean. Everything was perfect as how the picture shows. Bed was very comfortable. It was quiet until…

Until…the people staying beside us slamming the door late at night and early morning at 6ish multiple times the next day. They even smoke inside the room and it was very smelly. So not the host’s fault.

It was clean and comfy. Easy to contact the property owner. All well maintained.

Had been visiting JB for a while. Unit is by far the best. Hotel feel.
