Un problème de transfert à l’arrivée mal géré . Malgré notre demande anticipée, nous avons attendu le taxi 3h avant que l’hôtel nous en envoie un autre. La climatisation très bruyante mais elle a avait le mérite de fonctionner .

The booking offers / includes breakfast for 2 guest per room. However the property informed us that breakfast was only for 1 guest and that it was a misunderstanding with booking.com. I understand it’s been an issue for awhile now between the property and booking.com. Regrettably, the guest suffer the issue and the hotel reception said that it wasn’t their problem why booking.com has not updated the details on the app. On top of that the breakfast was not great. Some towels have several holes in it. In most of the rooms we used (we booked 4 rooms) the water from the shower and in the floor area of toilet bowl don’t drain. It gets flooded and messy.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026The warm, friendly staff made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept, with comfortable beds and nice decor. The hotel's common areas have a cozy, inviting vibe too!
Nothing major - just that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some parts of the room, but it was still usable for basic needs.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Nichts, schade nur, das wir im voraus bezahlt haben, sonst hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht genommen.
Es gibt zwei verschiedene Hotels mit dem Namen "DM Residente" aber die Bilder, der verschiedenen Zimmer, sind alle gemischt, so dass es z.B. bei unserer Buchung einer Junior Suite zu erheblichen Unterschieden in Bezug der Buchung und dann der tatsächlichen Unterkunft kommt. Ich würde Booking.com dringend empfehlen, die Bilder der beiden Hotels zu überprüfen bez. Auf die einzelnen Hotels zu Splitten. Fazit: Das Hotel "DM Residente Inns & Villas" ist mit äußerster Vorsicht zu Buchen, da die Bilder der Zimmer nicht überein stimmen. Zusätzlich gab es Stress, weil das Frühstück zwar im Preis enthalten war, aber das Hotelpersonal der Meinung war, es gilt nur für eine Person. Diese Meinung kostete uns 4x Frühstück extra - unverschämt! Unsere Junior Suite hatte kein Fenster, die Klimaanlage klapperte und das Bad war alles andere als auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Betten eine Katastrophe und gereinigt wurde in den vier Tagen nicht! Also absolut NICHT empfehlenswert!

Everything. The location is not the best. DM Residents is claiming free parking but it is actually free parking ON THE STREETS, of course that is 100% free. The property has never been cleaned, cub webs and bugs(coachroaches). Super outdated like using a key, portable water heater, all the sheets look nasty, beds and pillows have molds in them.

Location in a run down area. Needs full renovation. Noisy AC, damp rooms with no ventilation / window except the door! The reservation said "Breakfast included. We had 2 rooms with 2 people in each. But they gave us only 1 free breakfast per room. Had to explain to the staff that this was not specified on Booking.com. They finally gave us free breakfast for all persons, but this needs to be specified while booking on the site.
