Il Manor è curatissimo e super pulito. Stanza e spazi comuni perfetti ! Peter e Colin sono gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni aspetto. Posizione fantastica in una via adiacente al centro ed al waterfront ma super tranquilla. Le colazioni che prepara Colin sono super! Consigliatissimo!

L'accueil, la gentillesse de nos hôtes, l'emplacement, le cadre, le manoir... Le petit déjeuner préparé avec des produits frais le matin au dernier moment (pas très copieux mais très bon et préparé avec amour).

Les rideaux et volets n'occultent pas complétement la lumière et le matin la lumière arrive à entrer. Cela ne nous a pas gêner énormément (c'est une remarque destinée aux ''lève-tard''). Le plancher grince un peu et lorsque d'autres personnes marchent au même étage, on l'entend dans notre chambre. Là encore, cela ne nous a pas gêner plus que ça. Les points positifs étant largement supérieurs à ces petites remarques.

Das Zimmer war total liebevoll eingerichtet und das frisch zubereitete Frühstück war der Hit. Außerdem waren es nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Wasser.

Colin und Peter sind mit Herz und Seele die nettesten Gastgeber die lieben was sie tun und immer mit Rat zur Seite stehen !Man kann sich nur Willkommen fühlen! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstück fantastisch und der Ort ruhig und sehr nett! Man kann von dort aus viele Ausflüge unternehmen.

Très bel hébergement, chambre et coin salon grand. Manor très bien décoré. Le moment du petit déjeuner très agréable, préparé avec goût. Espace extérieur très pratique pour faire une pause et se détendre. Superbe emplacement et environnement.

La casa è molto caratteristica e accogliente, i gestori sono gentilissimi e disponibili , la posizione ottimale. Buona anche la colazione preparata al momento, prevalentemente salata. La nostra camera era spaziosa e confortevole.

La struttura è davvero molto bella, ma trattandosi di una casa tipica canadese non c’è un ascensore e la salita ai piani superiori con i bagagli a mano può essere impegnativa.

Das Frühstück war ein Highlight. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Peter und Colin sind echte Originale. Die Dusche war warm und kräftig. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Seems to Be a canadian thing because I see it almost everywhere: strange that loose sheets are under and above the duvet. Why isn't the down comforter not just simply inside a duvet cover?

Absolut empfehlenswert. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Collin und Peter sind tolle Menschen, die mit viel Liebe das B&B betreiben - man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen.

Location was great, our hosts Peter and Colin are wonderfully helpful and make you feel right at home.

Nothing we didn't like but we stayed in the loft and it was already very bright at 6am, not sure if there was a way to cover the ceiling window. At least we were up early and enjoyed a full sunny day I the 1000 islands.

Peter and Colin are great hosts!! The entire property was kept immaculate and the breakfast that Colin served was amazing!! Every morning was a surprise and not once were we let down. We stayed in room 3. I believe the place was booked solid, including some young children. We never heard a thing. Very private and comfortable. Throw in the beauty of the area, and you would really be missing out not staying there

Colin and Peter are wonderful hosts. They genuinely care about their guests and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler. Colin's breakfasts are fantastic! The room was very large, bright, quiet and comfortable. The house itself is decorated with care and is close to the main attractions (cruise, Playhouse theatre, restaurants). I fell in love with the region and can't wait to go back!

We appreciated all the B&B offered: a lovely, private well-appointed room with a charming seating area off an upstairs deck; very comfortable bed; en-suite bath; warm, welcoming, gracious host-owners; beautiful, well-maintained historic home full of character; sunny breakfast room; chef-quality breakfast; great location walking distance to our activities; extra touches throughout.

We have no comments for this question. The experience was outstanding.

La chambre était très propre, nous avions un joli balcon et une salle de bain privé

L'air climatisé émettait des bruits sans cesse, cela nous a empêcher de dormir. Aussi le lit callait et contenait la chaleur.

Tout! Colin et Peter sont des hôtes chaleureux et très acceuillants. On s'y sent tellement bien. Les 3 petits déjeuner que nous avons eu étaient tous différents, rafinés et délicieux. La chambre, le lit et même les oreillers ( ce qui est très rare car souvent trop dures ou trop molles) étaient très confortables. La salle de bain privée de la chambre impeccable. L'emplacement est exceptionnel étant tout près du bord de l'eau et des restaurants. Nous y retournerons assurément.

L'emplacement est idéal tant pour se promener dans Guananoque que visiter les environs. Colin et Peter sont des hôtes très sympathiques, accueillants et à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est préparé maison et délicieux. Le calme et la tranquillité du lieu nous relaxe. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée !

Le budget 1 peu élevé mais au vu de la prestation cela devient 1 détail.

Everything from the the incredible hospitality the moment we first arrived to the helpful hints on things to do in the area. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Every morning we were served a fantastic breakfast that was unbelievable.

The breakfasts were exceptional! The hosts, Peter and Colin, were wonderful (and fun!) and so helpful with any and all of our enquiries about activities and events in town. They anticipated our every need. We truly felt very welcomed into their beautiful home. Their attention to detail was amazing. Cleanliness and comfort were priorities to our hosts and it was certainly evident. It was the nicest stay in a B&B we’ve ever had! We would highly recommend staying here.

Zero. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accompanying. The room was spotless, the food was delicious and safe for my allergy, and the location was walkable to everything in town.

The only downside was that the shower was quite a tight space

We had a gourmet breakfast every morning. Delicious, different every morning and nice presentation on the plate too. The linen tablecloths and china added to the delight. And our host remembered little things like how we like our coffee etc. The outdoor spaces with Adirondack chairs and lovely gardens also were refreshing. The welcome cookies in our room were a nice touch and tasty too. It would be nice to have coffee and tea available 24/7, but there was bottled water in our room which was nice. Our host happily gave us helpful tips about maximizing our experience in Gananoque- from deboarding a cruise to get the most time at the Boldt Castle, to a good place to hike, to places to eat. The hosts told us to let them know if we needed anything. They were friendly and attentive and yet respectful that we were on vacation. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was prepared with great care and fantasy and was delicious. It is a well cared for, expertly renovated old mansion. Peter and Colin provided us with excellent information about things to do and restaurants.

The hotel is small and has everything you need to enjoy the thousand islands the owners attend you directly they receive you with fresh baked cookies and they cook different breakfast in the morning for you. the wifi works well the parking also is good. and you can walk around the town the owners also give you very good tips

Peter greeted us upon arrival and we met Colin next. They were very welcoming and gave us an orientation of our gorgeous bedroom and their outstanding home. We immediately felt 'at home'. We thoroughly enjoyed discussing a wide variety of topics with these two very interesting people! The part of our visit that will stay with us is the spectacular way their home was lighted which is uncommon in our experience. Returning from dinner we were gobsmacked by the stunning outdoor lighting! We felt like we were entering a castle! Colin prepared a very generous and delicious breakfast while Peter graciously served us. We most definitely will be visiting Seaway Manor again!

We found that sliding the dining room chairs on the carpet a bit difficult which was a very small matter. However we wanted to give honest feedback.

The breakfast, as always, was tasty and full of surprises. The location, being close to the waterfront, the live theatre, and downtown, was excellent.

The room was on the small side.

Period large old home beautifully restored decorated and maintained. Updated to include modern hvac (mini splits), modern bathrooms and newer windows. Great Location, outstanding breakfast, very clean,and architecturally beautiful!

Visited at end of September with varying temps. Bedroom on top floor (3). Room Was quite warm at nite and unable to turn on AC.

Breakfast was lovely. Colin had obviously put a huge amount of thought and effort into breakfast. Both Colin and Peter were exceptional hosts and really engaging. The location of the property was excellent being a short stroll to the water’s edge and the high street. Room was lovely and clean, bright and airy and shower was wonderful.

The only thing that could have been improved for us would have been the addition of coffee making facilities for the evening or when back from a day exploring. Other than that everything was fabulous.

Peter and Colin were amazing hosts! Very friendly and knowledgable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The freshly baked cookies and handmade soaps were a lovely touch. Breakfast was wonderful - we had vegetable crepes with sausage/bacon with poached eggs and zucchini muffins the first day, and scrambled eggs eith sausage/bacon, freshly baked biscuits with apricot and strawberry jam, and banana mini-muffins the next day in their beautiful kitchen. Walking distance to the thousand island cruises. Would absolutely recommend & return!

S il faut mentionner 1 chose, j aime bien avoir un pommeau de douche en plus de la douche pluie (douche très petite).

We hebben een super verblijf gehad bij Colin & Peter. We hadden de loft kamer, een mooie ruime zolderkamer. 2 grote comfortabele bedden. Er zijn een paar zitjes en een tafel met stoelen. Daarbij is er een koelkast. Het ontbijt werd ‘s ochtends vers gemaakt, elke ochtend een andere verrassing. Buiten kun je in de voortuin zitten. Goede parkeerplaatsen aan de zijkant van het huis. De B&B is op loopafstand van de hoofdstraat, de haven (waar de 1000 island boottour vertrekt) en een museum. We hebben ook goede tips gekregen voor restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt.

Voor ons geen nadeel, maar wel goed om te weten: er is geen lift dus je moet een paar trappen op.

Wir wurden persönlich von den Eigentümern begrüßt und mit allem vertraut gemacht. Es gab auch gleich Tipps für das Abendessen. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir mit einem leckeren, individuellen Frühstück überrascht. Es gab auch Tee und Kaffee, sofern man solche lustigen „Sonderwünsche“ hatte. 🤣 Für unsere Tagesplanung gab es dann auch noch wertvolle Tipps. Zur Bootsanlegestelle konnte man zu Fuß gehen. Also perfekte und ruhige Lage.

Hôtes très accueillants, endroit très propre et situé à distance de marche de restos et marina, dans un quartier tranquille.

Magnifique B&B ! Colin & Peter nous ont accueilli comme si nous étions de leur famille, ils ont été de très bon conseil pour nos activités, les restaurants de Gananoque ainsi que les itinéraires à emprunter. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et t'es bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner est succulent, chaque jour différent. Et l'établissement est parfaitement situé, au calme et proche de tout.

If you are an early riser and like to drink coffee, bring your own. Coffee available only after 7:30 am and not self-serve. Can feel awkward asking. Nothing in town opens till 8 am.

My wife and I stayed here in June. The location was perfect, the accommodation was superb and our hosts were quite simply outstanding. My wife is struggling with some intolerances at the moment and our hosts went out of thir way to ensure she could eat a full breakfast. If we ever go back to Gananoque this will be our first choice for accommodation.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Peter und Colin war hervorragend. Wir konnten sogar Colins Geburtstag gemeinsam feiern. Die beiden Hosts waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren immer offen für nette Gespräche und gaben uns gute Tipps, um die Umgebung besser kennenzulernen. Das Frühstück war deliziös und es gab immer neue Kreationen! Das liebevoll renovierte Haus ist atemberaubend. Dass die Hosts im gleichen Haus wohnen, ist einzigartig. Es war schlicht ein Genuss, dort zu übernachten.

Da es sich um ein "altes" Haus handelt, steht kein Lift zur Verfügung. Aber wir waren im Urlaub und hatten genügend Kraft, um unsere Koffer raufzuschleppen.

Es war rundum super, die Gastgeber haben uns direkt bei Ankunft herzlichst empfangen, tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben und einem in jedem Moment gezeigt, dass man durch und durch willkommen ist. Das Frühstück war mehr wie lecker und immer frisch und selbst gemacht, sogar die Cookies zum Empfang im Zimmer waren der Wahnsinn. Die Lage war für einen Besuch in Ganananoque unschlagbar, nah zur Bootstour, zum Pub und zum Kanuverleih und trotzdem ruhig. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Dieses B&B wird uns für immer in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

C'est un endroit à découvrir, tout était parfait. Les hôtes Peter et Colin étaient d'une gentillesse et disponibilité incomparables. Les petits déjeuners étaient savoureux et servis avec beaucoup d'attention dans une salle à déjeuner impeccable et décorée avec goût. Notre chambre était d'un grand confort et d'une grande propreté. La situation géographique, la proximité de l'eau, des restaurants, tout était accessible à pied,. Merci encore à nos hôtes.

Nous vous passez un excellent séjour, les hôtes sont exceptionnels, les petits déjeuners sont réalisés avec soins et délicieux. Les chambres sont petites mais agréables et confortables. L’établissement est très bien situé et le stationnement est facilement accessible. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

We loved our stay! Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were lovely and clean. We so enjoyed the town as well. We would certainly come back. Oh, and the breakfast was superb!
