Loistavalla sijainnilla oleva asunto aivan ydinkeskustassa. Kävelymatka kaikkialle. Ylimmän kerroksen asunto, jolloin omaa rauhaa oli hyvin. Tilava ja viihtyisä pohjaratkaisu. Toimiva neljälle hengelle, olisi ollut tilaa isommallekin porukalle.

Siivous oli jäänyt hyvin pintapuoliseksi. Pinnoilla ja kaapinovissa tahroja, lattia tahkea ja kaikki lattialistat pinttyneessä liassa. Suihkuhuoneen peilikaapin sisus ällöttävä! Täynnä hammastahnajälkiä ja ainakin kolmen eri värin hiuksia. Suihkussa kaksi käytettyä shaveria. Wc:sta tulee voimakas pissan haju kaikkialle, ellei ovi ole visusti kiinni. Huoneistossa ei ole käsipyyhkeitä, keittiöluutua tai mitään siivousvälineitä. Ostin itse siivousvälineet ja pesin peilikaapin ja wc:n. WC:n haju ei poistunut siivouksesta huolimatta.

Sijainti huippu! Vastapäätä Sokos hotel Tornia, keskusta aivan muutaman askeleen päässä. Tunnelmallinen arvohuoneisto, mutta päästetty rapistumaan huonoon kuntoon. 1 parisänky & 2 yhden hengen vuodetta makuuhuoneessa + olohuoneessa kapea parivuode sohvan lisäksi.

Seinien ja kattojen maalipinnat lohkeilivat ympäriinsä pahoin. Huoneisto kaipaa pintaremonttia. Vuokraukseen liittyvien käytännön asioiden tiedot olivat hankalasti löydettävissä, joskin kysymyksiin kyllä vastattiin viestillä nopeasti (osin vain englanniksi). Parkkipaikan sai 15€/vrk varattua, se kuitenkin sijaitsi n 500 m päässä asunnosta. Ilmanvaihto oli puutteellista ja asunto on kesällä taatusti todella kuuma. 1 todella pieni wc, vuodepaikkoijen määrään nähden toinen olisi ollut tarpeen.

鍵がなかなか開かなく、苦労しました。 修理してもらってからは、スムーズになりました。

l'appartement est très bien situé, proche de toutes les visites et des transports en commun

la propreté de l'appartement n'était pas au rendez-vous : toiles d'araignées aux plafonds, frigidaire sale... L'appartement devrait être restauré, les peintures sont à refaire, la salle de bain est vieille et défraichie. Les plafonds sont à refaire en urgence. Des travaux de mise à niveau sont indispensables ! par contre l'appartement est très bien situé. Il est spacieux et a du charme.

Asunnossa haisee viemäri. Perusilme on siisti, mutta tarkemmin kun katsoo niin asunto ei ole erityisen puhdas. Pyyhkeitä, wc-paperia, astioita ym. mukavuuksia on vain minimimäärä.

Modriger Geruch im Bad (vielleicht Schimmel an der Decke) und das Geschirr war nicht sauber bei unserer Ankunft.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολυ κεντρική τοποθεσία και για 5 ατομα ηταν αρκετά άνετο

Η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ αρνητική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ βρώμικο, με τρίχες παντού, ενώ οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονταν στην πραγματικότητα (ξεφλουδισμένοι τοίχοι, κακή γενική κατάσταση). Ήμασταν 5 άτομα αλλά υπήρχαν μόνο 4 στρωμένα κρεβάτια και παρολο που ενημερωσαμε το καταλυμα για να μας βρει μια λύση, μας ειπαν οτι δεν υπηρχε κανενας διαθέσιμος υπάλληλος να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Επιπλέον, μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο αργότερα από την προβλεπόμενη ώρα και οι οδηγίες που μας στάλθηκαν ήταν λανθασμένες, το κλειδί δεν υπήρχε στο κουτί που υποτίθεται οτι θα βρισκόταν, με αποτέλεσμα να ταλαιπωρηθουμε πολυ μέχρι να καταφερουμε να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο. Επισης, για να κάνετε check in θα πρέπει να πληρώσετε 200 ευρώ έξτρα σαν εγγύηση, κάτι που δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά κατα τη διαρκεια της αρχικης κράτησης και της πληρωμής. Δεν το προτείνουμε.

There are 4 beds and separate toilet and shower room. Unit is bigger than expected but furniture, door and interior are outdated.

Unit was changed last minute with no washer in unit. Host only provide 1 toilet roll for 5 pax to use for 4 days. When I ask for more, the reply is there is only one roll provided. Toiletries only had shampoo and conditioner, no shower gel. When showering, water will be splash out and wet the whole floor. No place to hang towels, clothes and toiletries when showering

很有氛圍的歐洲建築，地點真的非常好，去哪邊都很便利，卻又不會吵鬧

照明設備可能可以再加強，除此之外，最主要是浴室和床單的清潔需要再加強!!感覺被子好像沒有更換一樣，還看到很多棉絮讓人不是很舒服，冰箱也有異味讓人不太敢使用

All around it’s a ok apartment, very big but abit old I would say. But it’s ok for a weekend stay.

Well the cleanness’s is not so good have dust in most places, wall paint cracks no clean sheets on the comforter blankets, neighbors constantly knocking something after 22 and it disturb me from relaxing. But great location, easy access to forum and Kamppi mall . Very central and close to the main train station

Asukoht, mugavad voodid (laps ütleb, et nii soojad ja mõnusad), avar, kena. Maja ise äge, kõrgete lagedega.

Käruga ei mahtunud lifti ja oli jube raske beebi ja asjadega üles saada. Oleks võinud olla suhkrur ja õli, tee.

De la propiedad me gustó que es muy amplio.

Que no estaba tan limpio como debería estar. Encontré “uñas” cortadas en el sofá y la alfombra del living. La pileta de lavarse las manos en el baño, estaba tapada.

Appartamento grande e confortevole, posizione ottima e comoda.

Potrei non aver visto dal sito di Booking, mi hanno chiesto una cauzione di 200 euro una volta saldato già la notte, la cauzione è stata totalmente rimborsata, ma avrei gradito saperlo al momento della prenotazione. L’avrei preso comunque.

Nic. Oszuści i złodzieje. Zdjęcia z innego apartamentu. Stare brudne mieszkanie przejęte po staruszkach i wynajmowane za krocie . Syf i brud nie do opisania. Wynajęliśmy na trzy dni. Uciekliśmy po pierwszej nocy bojąc się zarazy i żądając zwrotu pieniędzy.Po mojej ostrej interwencji nie oddano nam centa nawet. Coś strasznego. Wstyd dla booking.com , że coś takiego mają w swojej ofercie. Nazwa 2ndhomes- bezczelność po prostu. Psa bym tam nie położył. Czuję się okradziony i oszukany. Oby jak najwięcej ludzi to przeczytało i nie dało się naciągnąć tej bandzie złodzieji. Od lat korzystam z booking.com i różne już widziałem apartamenty- ale to są wyłudzacze-oszukane zdjęcia na internecie przedstawiające piękny apartament i syf w rzeczywistości. Tragedia

Nie podobało mi się wszystko. Brudna rudera -nie nadająca się dla zwierząt nawet. Dwie godziny stracone na odbiór kluczy -zły pin kod do maszyny wydającej klucze i brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu ze strony wynajmujących- nikt nie odbiera telefonów-pracują jedynie od 14:00-do 19:00. Ale to pomijam-pomyłka- ludzka rzecz. Ale oszustwo w postaci fake zdjęć apartamentu -i rudera do remontu-brudna, poniszczona -połamane meble i sprzęt zepsuty i połamany . Brudu takiego jak żyje nie widziałem jeszcze nawet w chlewie dla świń. Zabrałem rodzinę natychmiast do innego hotelu i zażądałem zwrotu pieniędzy. Złamanego centa nie oddali. Banda złodzieji!Ludzie nie dajcie się oszukiwać tym wyłudzaczom. 2ndhomes.fi złodzieje i oszuści!!! Uwaga na nich!!!

Suuri 70m2 asunto korkealla huonekorkeudella. Erillinen iso eteinen, keittiö, olohuone, makuuhuone, vessa ja suihkutila. Toimi hyvin lapsiperheelle, lapset saattoi laittaa nukkumaan makuuhuoneeseen ja aikuiset pystyivät vielä valvomaan olohuoneessa. Läpitalon huoneisto, valoisa ja ei ollut tunkkainen. Todella hyvä sijainti muutaman sadan metrin päässä metroasemasta. Voi kävellä keskustan museoihin ja muihin kohteisiin. Huoneisto viidennessä kerroksessa oli todella hiljainen. Sympaattinen vuonna 1906 rakennettu kerrostalo. Keittiössä oli pannut, kattilat ja astiat ruoan valmistamiseen ja syömiseen. Pöydän ääreen mahtuisi helposti vaikka 8 henkeä. Pyykkien pesu onnistui. Oma wifi huoneistossa. Yöpymisen hinta oli hyvä suhteessa näihin tekijöihin.

Siivous ei ollut ihan ammattilaistasoinen; edellisten asukkaiden jäljiltä oli nenäliinoja sängyn alla. Keittiö remontoitu viimeksi varmaankin 50 vuotta sitten. Astianpesukoneen käyttäminen sai aika pahan hajun nousemaan likakaivosta plus se oli aika äänekäs. Hilseilevää maalia katossa ja isoja kolhuja ovissa ja listoissa. Vessanpytty ja suihku eri tiloissa. Aika vähän lamppuja, esimerkiksi keittiössä ja olohuoneessa on molemmissa vain yksi kattolamppu. Makuuhuoneen verhoja ei saa täydellisesti pimentämään huonetta. Huolimatta näistä negatiivisista asioista suosittelen tässä asunnossa majoittumista. Henkilökohtaisesti pystyn hyväksymään vanhanaikaisen asunnon, koska sen koko on todella iso ja sijainti on erinomainen ja siitä pyydettiin mielestäni kilpailukykyinen hinta miinukset huomioiden.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. War schwierig eine Person an Telefon zu erreichen.

It is a place with a good location and clean

They're very inflexible with arrival times. When I arrived, they were also late. They only delivered it to me at 5 PM, without any explanation. Plus, you expect minimal items like sugar or salt, and there's absolutely nothing. Too many rules and little focus on the customer.

Good location, early 20th century house with historical details and high ceilings. It is possible to use as two separate rooms so fitting for two colleagues. Or, of course, a family.

I wish there was Netflix :D

The cabinet ( with the mirror) in the shower room blocks access to the wash hand basin... VERY difficult to shave / brush teeth

Location was great, bed was very comfortable.

The storage/medicine cabinet above the bathroom sink needs to be removed. It blocks you from being able to use the sink fully.

Perfect location. Easy keys pickup. Clean and comfortable. Old apartment with character, well cleaned with new fournitures. I like it and would rent it again but there are shortcomings

Old sometimes damaged paint, old doors and frames nearly impossible to close the toilet or bathroom doors. Sink in bathroom located in way that it impossible to wash face We didn't used kitchen Very bad practice to request the scan of my ID and photo to complet booking - this is dangerous for my privacy - any hacker can missed use this information.

The old architectural elements, very bright, very large apartment, very quiet lots of restaurants near by, walkable

Absolutely no condiments or spices, there could be art and plants, very late check in at 4pm

Cleanliness. The apartment, including the bedding and towels appeared not have been cleaned from the last guest’s departure. However, an email led to an immediate positive response

The place is quite big so you'll have plenty of space. Good location: it is near the center of Helsinki with plenty of shops within walking distance, and a great Vietnamese restaurant just opposite the apartment.

The place is showing signs of its age and could do with some renovations. Some of the doors don't close all the way. The shower could be in better condition.

The space was very comfortable. The area was cute & walkable. Loved that the instructions were clear with photos.

We booked this place for a good night's sleep during a long layover. It might have just been the day we were there, but there were people being loud outside, all night.

Perfect location - city centre, all shops, cafes and famous places can be easily reached by foot. Moreover, the apartment were clean, spacious and the staff was really helpfull. I can absolutely recommend this place.

The only one bad thing was smell in the room when we entered ot. It looked like someone would smoked here before our arrival. But the problem was solved by opening windows.

Arrived at 14.00 hours , asked for earlier check in (normal 16.00hours) was possible a€30 extra. W3 arrived at 5he key pick up office at 13.40 hours .No key , at 14.00 hours your key drops down . We were together in the cold (2 degrees), so take care if you’re with young children. House not very clean , windows toilet broken and repaired with black tape. Painting from bathroom ceiling is coming down. Clock in living room with empty battery (bought one) , as well small lamp in living room with empty battery

The toilet cabin and the sink in the bathroom are too small. I purchased an early check in but the landlord forgot to add that to my account in time, couldn't enter the house at the early check in time

Quiet, spacious and cheap appartement in the heart of Helsinki! Fully equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Price-performance ratio is okay.

Shower and kitchen in mediocre condition. Pretty old and poorly renovated. Peeling paint from ceilings and windowsills. Could be a teeny tiny bit cleaner.

Location is superb, everything is a short walk away, Stockmann, Kamppi, Forum. Literally everything at your finger tips. The building is full of charming facades and unique inside courtyard view. In the evening it was surprisingly quiet even tho it’s in the center. The bathroom and shower/washroom are not in the same space. A little inconvenient but it’s charming high vaulted ceilings, huge windows and large bedroom make up for any small inconvenience.
