Εξαιρετική η τοποθεσία και το διαμέρισμα! Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένες. Η φασαρία του δρόμου ήταν το μόνο πρόβλημα, ίσως λίγο καλύτερη ηχομόνωση στα τζάμια θα βοηθούσε. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν όλα άψογα

Çok başarılı ve çok temiz. Mağdur olma durumu söz konusu değil. Ev için de ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çok merkezi bir yer ama bu sebeple araç park sorunu yaşabilirsiniz. Grand Parking var 15 euro parkedin kafanız rahat olsun.

Tolle Lage. Kommunikation mit der Agentur/Vermieter war toll sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Parken hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Sehr sehr Hellhörig wir waren im 1. Stock die Eingangstür im Erdgeschoss hörten wir bis ins Schlafzimmer. Auch von der Straße war alles zu hören da die Fenster nur aus Holzrahmen bestehen und nicht Schalldicht sind genau wie die Wohnungstüre

1/ very good Location: 10 minutes walk to the ocean 2/ many cafes and restaurants 3/ facilities are very good and complete and also quite new.

1/ there is no elevator 2/ it is directly close to a very busy street with continuous loud motorcycles and cars, and the window and walls are not sound- proof. So quite challenging in falling sleep. 3/ there are many mosquitoes, and there is no mosquitoes spray 4/ the door to the bathroom is very broken, very hard to close. 5/ sofa is not clean.

היינו ביום חם מאוד והדירה שמחולקת לכמה חדרים היתה עם מזגן אחד רק בסלון. היה חם מאוד בחדר השינה שהיה קשה להרדם.

Βρωμάει τουαλέτα παρά πολύ έχει φασαρία πολύ από της πόρτες στη σκάλα και το κρεβάτι έσπασε μέσα στην νύχτα και δεν είχα καμία ανταποκρίσει για της καταστάσεις που βιώσαμε απλά ένα ευχαριστώ για την διαμονή

Die Wohnung liegt super Central in einem Wohngebiet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat schnell und reibungslos funktioniert. Schöne Aufteilung der Räume und sogar ein kleiner Balkon. Das mit gebuchte Frühstück war lecker und frisch.

Goede locatie, ziet er netjes en modern uit. De deurklink van de badkamer deur was los geraakt, dit werd gelijk dezelfde dag gefixt toen wij een appje gestuurd hadden. Leuk balkonnetje met zitje!

De airco zit in de woonkamer, waardoor het in de slaapkamer niet heel koel wordt

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral. Die Ausstattung ist echt super. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist echt schön und hat unserer Meinung nach noch viel Potenzial.

Ich habe das auch schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen und die Schallisolierung ist einfach nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten das Fenster zu, die Außenjalousien geschlossen und die Vorhänge vorgezogen. Es fühlte sich an, als würden wir direkt auf der Straße sein. Wir haben es mit Humor genommen, aber ehrlich gesagt war es am Ende der drei Tage echt hart. Die Fenster haben keine Dichtung, aber das könnte man vielleicht nachrüsten, um sie besser zu isolieren. & der Duschkopf könnte ausgetauscht werden, weil der Strahl so schwach war. Ich habe meine Haare deshalb unter dem Wasserhahn gewaschen. Eine Reinigung der Couch würde auch nicht schaden, wie schon erwähnt: Die Einrichtung ist echt super, es gibt viel Stauraum und eigentlich ist alles da, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man den Gästen ein angenehmeres und hygienischeres Angebot machen.

Apartament foarte frumos și bine dotat,locația aproape de centru!

Cu toate ca in descriere se specifica faptul ca apartamentul este izolat fonic,in fapt nu este asa. În dormitor se aud și oamenii care vorbesc pe strada,cu toate ca am stat la etajul 2.Foarte gălăgios,aveam impresia ca dorm in strada,fiind zona centrala este foarte aglomerat. Apa calda vine cu întreruperi,dușuri scoțiene, halatele de baie și papucii de casa lipsesc cu desăvârșire, cu toate ca apar in descrierea apartamentului! La rezervare am înțeles ca apartamentul este la etajul 1 fara lift,de fapt a fost la etajul2. Dar cel mai deranjant este zgomotul,nu am avut parte de prea multe ore de somn!

The beds / sofa are very thin and very hard - so if you're not used to this it can be a bit uncomfortable. No life service either, which is tricky with suitcases but still... we got there safely

The bedroom is above a very busy road. Given that the windows are old and very poor at soundproofing it is very difficult to sleep with all that noise from the street. The couch also is very dirty and there is no air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room. Would not visit it again and I would not recommend. Not worth the money for a room with poor facilities.

Ev 4 kişilik bir aile için çok iyiydi güzel dizayn edilmiş konaklamada hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Evin altında fırın pastane yakında market hepsi mevcut. Ulaşım olarak merkezi konumda heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Kapalı Otopark arka sokakta orayı kullandık. Tekrar geldiğimde burası ilk adresim olacak. Memnun kaldık tavsiye ediyorum.

Odamız 3. Kattaydı ve asansör yoktu. Kaldığımız Odalar biraz ufaktı ve klima birinde vardı birinde yoktu. Ayrıca odalarda ayna bulunmuyor. Camlarda sineklik yoktu.

Sokak gurultusu oldukca fazla, sokaktaki en ufak gurultu bile evin icinde. Binada asansor yok olanaklar daha fazla olabilirdi.

Çok temiz ve güzel. İçeride her şey düşünülmüş. Merkeze yakın, Atatürk'ümüzün evine yakın 700 metre yürüme mesafesinde. Oteli çok beğendik.

Otele şifreli kapılarla giriliyor. İngilizce veya yunanca bilmiyorsanız biraz zorlanabilirsiniz. Ancak etrafta kime birşey sorsanız hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Bize binanın altındaki cafede çalışan kız çok yardımcı oldu.

Starker Lärm von der Straße, die Fenster sind nicht gut

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης, Ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο και άνετο.

Το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα που μείναμε ήταν στον 3ο όροφο, χωρίς ασανσέρ.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Das Haus ist ein Eckhaus und somit von zwei sehr befahrenen Strassen umzingelt. Es ist tatsächlich sehr laut. Zusätzlich gab es im Haus eine Baustelle, sodass Morgens in der Frühe Stemmarbeiten erledigt wurden und der Hausflur mit Feinstaub bedeckt war. Haustüre fiel stark zu, sodass jedesmal das ganze Haus gebebt hat. Geschirr war nicht genug für eine Familie da. Der Sandvichmaker war kaputt, kein Toaster vorhanden, zum Kochen mit einer Familie (2 Kinder + Eltern) nicht geeignet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war voller Flecken. Wir saßen fast nie da. Wenn die Wohung generalüberholt ist, kommen wir wieder.

Das Appartement hat in der Ausstattung unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Von daher kann ich von einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sprechen. Das üppige Platzangebot und die geschmackvolle und saubere Wohnung. Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist allerdings die Lage. Einerseits liegt es sehr zentral, aber auch sehr laut. Die Fenster entsprechen in der Schalldämmung natürlich nicht deutschem Standard, was auch ok ist. Aber man braucht wirklich gute Ohrstöpsel für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Das Nachtleben mit üppigem Motorrad und Autoverkehr geht bis weit in die Nacht. Dazu wird täglich der Müll geleert und zwar nachts. Die Kaffeekapselmaschine war defekt, aber das war egal. Wir tranken löslichen Kaffee. Die Magere Ausstattung an Besteck zwang uns immer gleich abzuspülen. Aber das kann man auch positiv sehen.

Good location, easy access if U want to explore the city. Entrance and check in process was good. 1 bottle of water in fridge. Appliances ,toaster, kettle oven fridge and utensils all neat and new. Nice balcony setting. 2 TVs. Lots of cupboard space.

Bed wasnt the best,not very comfortable. Handle of bathroom came off in our hands. Couldn't find instructions for washing machine,it made a funny noise. During our stay , in the early mornings there was banging like repair work coming from somewhere.

Noise, broken window that didn't close or lock meaning draft and noise made sleeping impossible, unhelpful staff who failed to resolve the issue

מיקום מצוין! חדר נעים. הצוות עזר במה שהיה נחוץ, אבל בשעות מוגבלות. היו קפסולות קפה לבוקר אחד ובקשה שלנו לקפסולות נוספות לבוקר הבאה לא נענו.

Ev sahibi ilgiliydi 2 gün harika bir zaman geçirdik. Çok temizdi ve konumu Atatürk evi ile Aristotales meydanı arasında ve heryer yürüme mesafesinde mutlaka ama mutlaka tavsiye ederiz.
