Le bateau n'etait pas inconfortable. Le pont 'soleil' etait agreable. La nourriture etait bonne et meme certaines choses tres bonnes sauf les 3 premers repas. La qualite et le choix ont chhange brusquement quand les groupes italiens sont arrives. Le personnel etait tres gentil. Le bateau etait propre en general si on passe sur la salete autour de la poignee de la fenetre , la moisissure noire autour de la baignoire et la mauvaise odeur de transpiration dans les armoires....

L'arnaque en ce qui concerne la qualite de la prestation vendue et la realite Pas de Wifi free meme dans les parties commumes Cabine bien plus petite max 16-18 m2 en etant tres genereux, au lieu des 25. Localisation du bateau a 4 km du centre de Louxor dans un quartier sous-developpe accessible par un chemin de terre avec un embarcadaire abandomne Meme situation a Assouan : le bateau etait comme a Louxor au dernier embarcadere degueulasse et au moins a 3,5 km du centre et juste a cote d'une 'bonne' bouche d'egout. A part cela : croisiere de luxe 5 etoiles..!!!!!!! Je pense que bookimg devrait verifier les prestations avant de les proposer a ses clients. En ce qui me concerne c'est bien la 1ere fois que je me fais avoir de la sorte avec bookimg. De plus, quand j'ai proteste aupres de l'agent sur place, il m'a dit que si je n' etais pas satisfaite, je pouvais partir.. black mail !!!!!!!! pour aller ou ? L'agent m'avait envoye des photos que j'avas appreciees. Le bateau n'etait pas desagreable mais ne correspondait pas du tout a la description de booking. Surement pas le meme prix !!!

Very well organised, we got private tours in all locations. Everything went very smoothly. The food on board was very good and there was always lots of it.

The photos online are of one boat, but depending on your schedule you may get another boat. We got a different boat called the Amwaj Livingstone, which was not of the same standard as the photos indicated. Whilst the boat was ok, we felt we overpaid.

Utmerket kommunikasjon med mr. Sayed før og under oppholdet. Vi var fire som reiste sammen og hadde privat guide og sjåfør for hvert stoppested, slik at dagene ble mer fleksible og komfortable. Flinke guider på de ulike stedene. Fin båt, men litt slitt, spesielt på soldekket. Vi ble oppgradert til suite uten ekstra kostnad, fikk dermed stort soverom med ekstra rom og balkong. Mye personell på båten som var svært blide og imøtekommende. Matbuffet til frokost, lunsj og middag med rimelig bra utvalg. Alt i alt god verdi for pengene, særlig med tanke på kommunikasjonen med selskapet samt guidene.

Båten vår var ikke den samme som på bildene. «Nefertari» refererer til selskapet og ikke båten, de samarbeider med ulike båter på Nilen. Litt repetitive måltider etter flere dager. Høye priser for alkohol sammenliknet med Kairo, men ikke dyrere enn for tilsvarende produkter på restauranter i området Luxor-Aswan.

We were told in advance, that we would be placed on a particular ship. We had researched that ship and was satisfied with the reviews. We were looking forward to taking our Nile Cruise on that ship. At the last moment, we were told that ship, was no longer available. We were very upset about this. When we researched the substitute ship, that had been allocated to us, it had poor reviews, regarding food and hygiene issues. We refused that ship. Sayed our representative, said that he would find us a good ship, which eventually he did. We were given the ship Le Fayan. We checked the reviews and found that this ship was acceptable to our standards. Le Fayan is a lovely ship, but describing it as luxurious, is misleading. It’s more like a four star ship. The food quality needs attention. They managed to cook chicken well but the beef was often tough and salty. There was limited variety. The buffet hardly changed each day. The desserts were good, but often the pastry was tough. The cabin which we were allocated, was good. It was very comfortable with a large panoramic window. The shower was great, with an overhead shower with a handheld, just what we ask for. The air conditioning was good and the daily housekeeping was satisfactory. The sundeck lounges were comfortable and the overhead shades, to protect you from the sun, were very good. The plunge pool was adequate. They advertised a sundeck jacuzzi, but this was not available to use. Sayed our representative, organised our tours very well. He communicated daily with us and let us know in advance, where we were going and organised a guide and a driver. It was great that it was just the two of us, which was a real bonus. The guides and drivers, he chose were very helpful and knowledgeable. The tours were arranged for an early start, which was good and meant you could rest later. Regarding the facilities on the Le Fayan, waiters were very polite and efficient. Sadly, the Le Fayan lacks atmosphere.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Nefertari Egypt Cruise! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The cruise itself was stunning—elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety and quality. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole journey even more enriching. We also took an excursion to Abu Simbel, and it was seamlessly arranged, just like the rest of the trip. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to explore Egypt in style and comfort. 100% recommended!

Sayad looks after you. Book this cruise with confidence. Cabins are a good size for a cruise boat. The dining room staff are wonderfull the food is superb. Always different choices and we were on it for seven days!

We were most pleased with Sayed, our cruise organizer. He was very friendly and also most efficient. In addition, when we had trouble with a Nesma Airlines cancellation, and also a tour to Abu Simbel that we had arranged before we were in touch with Sayed, he went above and beyond his responsibilities to help us solve the issues. We will definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Mr Sayed was so helpful from beginning to end, he was always answering my questions in a prompt matter and everything that was advertised and described to me, was delivered. The staff members were so amicable and cleaning our rooms every day. The tours were very well organized and me and my partner had a private tour every day. The food was great and varied every day. The activities in the boat kept us busy and entertained every day. Communication of activities were always clear and well explained. This was my first experience in a cruise and it really went beyond my expectations. I really recommend this experience since the value for money its great

Highly recommend to book with Sayed! Had a great experience on this cruise with my family. We were a group of 6 (3 rooms) and didn’t have to worry about a thing - Sayed took care of it all! The boat was clean and comfortable with friendly staff but the real highlight is Sayed’s organisation - he helped with tickets, guides, transport, drivers and more! Excellent communicator, decent prices and works with a great network of people. Super friendly and helpful. 10/10

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise - a Luxor to Aswan highlights package in a phenomenal setting. We enjoyed 360 degree views of the Nile, swimming pool on deck and staff at our beck and call 24/7. Our cruise coordinator (Sayed) stayed in touch with us on a day to day basis regarding meeting timings for tours / particulars. Food was surprisingly good with tons of variety and daily menu rotation. A holiday to remember! John, England.

It was very clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff were very efficient and courteous. The rooms were cleaned daily which was great.

The only thing I’d say is that bigger bottles of water should be included in the price.

Everything was excellent! We felt the support of Mr. Sayed and his team everywhere: starting from planning the trip at home till airport transfer back. We had personal guidance in each location, so we know about the pharaohs and their land everything. The ship had nice modern interiors. The food was delicious. It is really amazing experience to sail and see the nature’s life. You are in comfortable room and new views from the window all the time.

We highly recommend to book this cruise with Sayed! Sayed will be your contact person for the entire cruise and he is truly exceptional. From greeting you in person on the day, to personalising your tour options, Sayed takes genuine care of you and is contactable with any questions at any time. When you book this cruise you will be on a boat with other people that have booked the same cruise through various tour agencies at double the price! A couple we became friends with had paid AUS $3,800 through Viator for the same cruise (ours was AUS $1,600 through booking.com, saving us AUS $2,200 less than everyone else!) Just a few examples of Sayed’s customer service include providing us a SIM card for internet access the entire cruise (which other couples did not have) providing us washing powder free of charge, and also providing us 6 large bottles of water on arrival. This is certainly a more budget friendly cruise option, however if you are looking for something more luxurious I would recommend sending Sayed a direct message and he will be able to provide you with the options of all the boat direct to you (this cuts out the middle man such as tour agencies) and made our cruise cost of other guests! The tours arranged by Sayed (including all drivers and guides) were great. The highlight was our tour guide at Luxor! Thank you very much again to Sayed for organising the trip!

A few things to note about the boat Royal Ruby - all inclusive does not include any drinks or water. When speaking with a group of people at our dinner table 2 rooms did not have working toilets, and all 4 rooms did not have any hot water on the final day. The rooms are quite small, the beds like most places are two singles pushed together which isn’t the most comfy, and the boat also has strange odours on several floors, however the service is great. The buffet each day was extensive, and take away breakfasts are packed for days you need to leave early for tours. We highly recommend you add the hot air balloon experience in Luxor, it was amazing!

No water provided. You had to buy water from the boat. Someone the staff tried to get me to pay by cash and padded the bill. Everyone wants a tip even if the just grab your bag and tale it up 12 steps.

The entire experience was AMAZING! Thanks to Mr. Sayed, through whom we coordinated everything, for his great and ongoing communication, attention to detail and going above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful trip. First time in Egypt and this Nile cruise hit all the major spots from Aswan to Luxor with excellent, informative Egyptologist tour guides, comfortable accommodations, excellent food and the best staff! Our cruise was aboard the Nile Capital (after conferring with Mr. Sayed to determine which cruise ship best fit our needs), and we had the best (quiet) rooms with excellent views from our large windows. The staff aboard the ship were wonderful and accommodating! They truly made sure we enjoyed every second we were on the ship. Food was very good with a variety of options and changing lunch/dinner menus. Kids greatly enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed drinks while coasting along the Nile. The tour guides arrived promptly for each tour, were very informative and helpful, and also accommodating to our youngish kids who were hot and tired and at times had trouble concentrating! Lastly - Mr. Sayed was absolutely wonderful- if there was anything we wanted or needed we knew we could reach out to him! The wonderful sunset felucca ride was the icing on the cake. We cannot wait to return to Egypt (so much more to see than we could accomplish in the one trip) and will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Sayed directly to help arrange all our needs! Highly recommend!

Nothing - everything exceeded our expectations!

A group 4 of us come from NY and we feel very lucky that find Sayed as our trip advisor, who help us to arrange our 5 days cruise trip. We had a very pleasant experience with him and made our trip much easier. Along side he assigned Rajab & Magdy as our tour guy. They are both super friendly and professional. We will definitely recommended their services if you are coming to Egypt.

Food is clean, taste very good, staff very professional and helpful.

We booked Neferteri Nile cruise, they put us in a different cruise name Nile View, and the pictures in booking.com for a different cruise or maybe AI generated, and we meet some other guest paid less than 30% from what I paid, which made me think we were downgraded to lower category cruise with different name and different photo without compensation or giving options and when I asked they told us because the low seasons they joint cruise together in one ship.

It was an amazing experience, the tours were well organised, the room was comfortable and the food was great. An amazing experience all round. Sayed was available at all times and made our experience super enjoyable.

The cruise rooms could use a little refurbish

Sayed organise everything, from the planning and every tour, and he is excellent The guides and the drivers were wow and we felt save with them and enjoyed their knowledge. They helped with changing money, took as on specific shopping, and even buy flu tablets when it was needed

Our organization with Sayed was fabulous, he was very accommodating & helpful. Sayed also organized an extra Tour for us to Abu Simble. Sayed even provided flowers for my Wife & fruit platter on arrival. He even gave us a free sim & a free drop at the unfinished Obelisk at Aswan . Thanks to all our drivers & Tour guides who were very informative & patient .

Cruise was absolutely fantastic (boat had excellent facilities and in a perfect state, food was so good, room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful). Coordination by mr Sayed throughout the length of the cruise was outstanding, he was thoughtful and helpful with every request we made, and went out of his way to help me trace back my son’s lost glasses in a van (and arranged for its return too). At the end of our trip , he reached out to check how everything went , so thoughtful. ! All in all a fantastic experience , thank you mr Sayed for this memorable experience

Modern boat well furnished and very clean. Very good food and kind staff. Included in the reservation there were some tours perfectly planned by Sayed. He looked after us during all our journey.
