Assez bruyant car côté route. Entre les goélands, les gens qui passent et le nettoyage des rues à 5:00. Et ce n’était qu’en semaine 😁 Le système pour récupérer la clé de la chambre est à améliorer. Cependant, les employés du bar sont proactifs.

Cleaning staff were phenomenal, breakfast was good, location was good, staff were nice, always had clean towels and sheets.

Extremely loud. We were fine with staying up late due to local live music and bad scene but we were unaware there would be loud noise throughout the night into the morning due to them moving kegs out into the street for hours in the middle of the night - it was worse than the music.

Great location, room was clean, staff was nice and room was well supplied.

The staff warned us it would be noisy due to the music from the bar. It was not as bad as I thought it would be, but the people who chat outside the bar can be a bit noisy. Great stay and would recommend :)

Staff were all so friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived, gave us lots of recommendations of where to go. Perfect location, near the the main bars and restaurants.

Great location. Rooms were very clean. Loved the food at the pub. Wasn’t as noisy as we thought it would be considering it was above the bar. We appreciated the call ahead of time to make sure we were ok with that.

The location and evening menu were great. The shower was great.

The bed was too high - I am just over 5 ft. I was offered a a stool to use to help, which is laughable as it is dangerous to suggest such a thing to a guest, if I had fallen, they would be liable. The breakfast menu offered to residents was not the same as that advertised on the website and there was no reference to this in advance. I was refused an option from the general breakfast menu (advertised on the website). If you are going to provide menus other that what the website advertises, this should be listed or there should be a disclaimer, otherwise it can be miscommunicated as false advestising.

La posizione centralissima e molto comoda per chi si sposta con I mezzi (treno e bus). Il bagno nuovo e pulito. La disponibilità del gestore a darci la camera più tranquilla. (Le camere sono sopra un pub che suona fino alle 2 di notte dal giovedì alla domenica). La macchinetta del caffè con cialde a disposizione e il necessario per il tè.

La camera è veramente molto piccola, lo spazio è appena sufficiente per girare intorno al letto. Non è insonorizzata, quindi si sente tutto ciò che proviene dalle altre stanze, dalla strada , la musica del pub, che però non è eccessivamente alta nella stanza che ci è stata data. Se avete il sonno leggero potrebbe essere un problema.

Affittacamere sopra un pub, rumoroso, vengono forniti addirittura i tappi per le orecchie. Personale poco comunicativo. Colazione disponibile solo salata, tipica irlandese. Niente di dolce

Wir wurden erst am gleidhen Tag informiert, dass es laut wird wegen des angrenzenden Pubs. Die Sauberkeit im zimmer war schlimm, es klebten sogar noch künstliche wimpern am kissen von vorgängern. Der Raum ist sehr klein furudasuwas wir bezahlt haben. Man hat kaum platz aneinander vorbei zu kommen.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l'accueil ! Le pub étant fermé, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit et le petit déjeuner que nous avons pris au pub d'en face était excellent.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré ? Avoir de quoi se faire un thé/café dans la chambre.

The young lad on reception on arrival was outstanding I think his name was Reid ,we immediately got an upgrade ,everything was perfect although I would say the lack of air con in the exceptionally high temperatures made the room a bit uncomfortable ,in no way should this detract from the venue as staff ,food ,location was excellent ,thank you

I absolutely loved my stay! ❤️ I was warmly welcomed by such a lovely, friendly and cheerful team. The atmosphere was amazing, and having a pub right at the hotel made the experience even more special. The breakfast was delicious, everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I honestly had such a wonderful time. It was one of the best birthday celebrations I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this place to everyone. ✨

Location and cleanliness

Perfectly located spot from which to explore lovely Galway after a mightily delicious and inspired complementary breakfast downstairs in the pub, which also provided terrific live music at night (though not too late to hinder our sleep!). Check-in was particularly wonderful, as Sam went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us and our heavily packed bicycles, which were stored safely overnight on the premises. Looking forward to returning soon!

The room is pretty small and warm in summer; we kept the window open all night but this did not provide enough fresh air (and due to the very central location, the morning is a noisy one). Some extra ventilation and/or lighter bed linens in the summer season would be greatly appreciated!

Personnel attentionné et très sympathique. Chambres propres. Hotel très bien situé pour découvrir et profiter de Galway. Très bonne ambiance au pub du Mary Mullen. Musiciens excellents. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Les chambres triples et quadruples sont équipées d’un lit superposé à structure métallique qui couine un peu.

Such friendly service from staff was the highlight. The breakfast was also lovely and just overall a really great location. The free coffee and tea was an added bonus. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Everything was great it was just the noise but we knew this beforehand so brought ear plugs.

The room was very small, although modern and clean, but due to the current heatwave, it was difficult to sleep. Couldn't fault the cleanliness and facilities though

Zimmer ist eher eine Besenkammer, man kann sich teils kaum umdrehen und die Belüftung ist sehr schlecht. Es war annehmbar sauber, hätte aber auch sehr viel besser sein können. Das schlimmste war jedoch die Lage und Lautstärke. Obwohl wir mit dem Lärm einer Innenstadt gerechnet hatten, haben wir nicht erwartet ein Fenster mit einer Disco zu teilen. Zusammen mit der live Musik des Pubs untendrunter ist es am Wochenende bis 2:00 unmöglich zu schlafen. Falls man nicht selber zum Party machen herkommt ist die Unterkunft kaum zu empfehlen.

A very warm welcome by Sam at the reception. Immediately supplied umbrellas (not necessary) and gave a good advise about things to do in the city, parking spots etc. Thank you very much Sam!

Absolument rien. Rapport qualité prix désastreux, c'est la première fois que je ne suis fait avoir de la sorte. Fuyez cet hôtel à tout prix même s'il est bien situé.

Je voyage très souvent en mode pro ou privé, mais je crois que c'est le hôtel le plus minable que j'ai eu dans toute ma carrière!!!!(et pourtant j'en ai des nuit d'hôtel!!!! C'est la première fois qu'à mon arrivée, je trouve des boules quies bien en évidence sur le lit. Ca veut tout dire. Les chambres sont situé juste au dessous du pub avec de la musique jusqu'à deux du matin. Apres la musique, c'est le bruit de la rue qui prend le dessus, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres!!!Je n'ai rien contre la musique, bien au contraire, mais demander presque 300€ pour cette qualité, non. bref on s'est fait avoir, j'aimerai juste que d'autres voyageur ne se fasse pas avoir de la même manière. C'était la chambre la plus onéreuse de tout notre séjour en Irlande

The room was spotless on arrival. Towels were provided. A fan was in the room which was very nice to see as the room got warm.

When getting breakfast that we had booked with the accommodation, the menu was a separate one. It was a much smaller menu, didn’t have much options which was disappointing.

Room was small but comfortable. Had everything we needed. Sam was so helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Hotel was so close to town and attached to an amazing bar where we spent most of the night. Even after we went to bed, the rooms were loud due to the late bar behind but we were pre-warned it would be and it didnt bother us. Breakfast was top notch too! We will definitely be back.

Not a complaint but the room was roasting even with a fan on full but it was during the summer heatwave so this couldn't be helped.

Bra läge men på tok för mycket pengar för vad man får. Litet rum utan yta för avlastning, allt för varmt då ingen AC finns tillgänglig.

Vi bokade specifikt detta boende då frukost stod inkluderat, dagen efter får vi reda på att personal/köket är stängt och vi blev hänvisade till annat ställe. Boende ersatte INTE för detta och vi var tvungna att lägga ut dryga 20€ extra per person

We had a fantastic stay in Galway and couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had some of the best shower facilities we've experienced—powerful, modern, and exactly what you need after a day exploring the city. It was also a lovely touch to find a top-range GHD hair dryer provided, which really added to the feeling of quality and attention to detail. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They kindly helped us get our TV set up when we were having trouble, and nothing was ever too much to ask. A special mention has to go to Rian, who couldn't do enough for us. His friendly, professional attitude and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience.Breakfast each morning was amazing, with a great selection of delicious, high-quality food and excellent service.Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations in every We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Galway, and we will definitely be back!

The weather during our stay was exceptionally hot, with unusually high temperatures. A fan was provided and appreciated, but air conditioning would have made the accommodation even more comfortable in those conditions.

Very clean and friendly staff

We were in a room at the front of the property. The noise leaves were off the scale. We had been warned by staff before booking in that it was a very busy pub and could be very noisy. The noise coming from the pub was nothing,hardly noticeable at all. Starting at half 5ish the road cleaner started, bin collecting,then glass collecting. There was a delivery of beer kegs to every pub on the street. It was horrendous. It was like sleeping in the middle of a construction site.Asked to get moved to another room and was told it wasn’t possible. The next morning was almost as bad,just without the glass collection 🤦‍♀️

Les horaires du petit déjeuner, on nous annonce 8h00 alors que c est 9h00, donc pas de petit déjeuner avant de partir pour le train. Le bruit, plus de la moitié de la nuit, concert à proximité, le sol vibrait au son des basses, nous n avons pas dormi, l hôtel avait mis des bouchons d oreilles à dispo mais ce n est pas suffisant La literie n est pas assez ferme non plus Donc je ne recommande pas pour un séjour tranquille comme nous cherchions
