walking distance to everything in Galway. Breakfast was OK, rooms were clean.

Water was just warm out of the shower and took a while to get warm.

Great location. We managed to get parking at the station which is just a short walk from the hotel. Better value for money than the other suggestions.

Our room was at the back of the building and for the first day the room stunk of fat/oil from what we can only assume was the restaurant.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the dinner we had was also good.

The room was very small and the shower and water was not hot. The TV was not working but was rectified when we informed reception.

Generally all very good. Restaurant served a superb breakfast. Coffee shop was excellent. Very close to the train station. Excellent location for walking and exploring the city. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Clean bathroom. Staff very very helpful and friendly.

Location was great and bed was very comfortable.

Very expensive for a very basic hotel. We booked a twin room but room was set up as a double and was so small that the beds couldn’t really be pulled apart. When I queried this with the night staff, they were flippant and cheeky. We were too tired to argue. Breakfast was included and was average. Food was cold in the Bain Marie by the time we had breakfast. At checkout when we mentioned the lack of a twin room, they were flippant receptionist offered us coffee etc to compensate but we’d already had breakfast. But at least she tried !

Perfect location to everything. 2 minutes walk from bus Just across the street from the park. Close to shops and 2 great pubs across the street Breakfast was outstanding

Hot water and water pressure was poor. Lack of drop off area for baggage a nuisance.

Close to the train, walking distance. Very convenient and close to all the shops.

Very noisy, with kegs being rolled out at 0600 in the morning and constant street cleaners at the same time. Hot water ran out. Double bed just a double and quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Also room very hot, Doona was too hot no top sheet. So had to take the doona out of cover so we could cover ourselves.

Our room was spotless and we were well cared for by the staff.

Brea fast wonderful. The best! The great staff made it perfect. Location was perfect for our needs.

If I must find one unlikable quality, it was the elevator door that closed too quickly for a senior with luggage. But we adjusted to that eventually.

The location was terrific ! It was in walking distance of the train station and close to the main streets of town. The room was a good size and the breakfast was typical of an Irish breakfast with several options available.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved .

Our room was on the top floor and we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Although the room was large, the roof on one side was slanted and required stooping.

Location and courteous staff. Its near to Gakway bus station and centrally located. Good english breakfast, no continental...

No dental kit, grooming kit and iron. Room and common areas smaller than expected for the price.

A bit noisy at night, being in the town square and having a room right on the front of the building. The cross walk indicator noise will live in my dreams forever.

The room was ok, no mirror in bedroom, had to use my phone mirror to blowdry my hair. The shower was good.

Its was dirty, the blinds in the coffee shop were filthy, the breakfast room floor was horrible. The breakfast fruit bowl was sour from sitting probably for days. The fried eggs were dry and brown. Just a bad experience over all..

Frukosten var tyvärr urusel. Baconen var som en skosula, äggröran var bränd och kaffet blaskigt. Rummet var slitet.

On arrival, the receptionist took me to my room, it was located off a bar area no 93 i was shocked, the headboard was filthy. I went to the Park Hotel for food it was 5 star for me. I was fed up and went to bed, then there was a noice outside and i couldnt sleep. I rang reception to be moved from that room, she said it was just one night. I went to room 211 which was nice i was never in a hotel room or B&,B as bad in my life. I was sick before i went down now I am worse I would like if you inspected Room 93 in case anyone would have a similar experience, the worst ever, 248 euros for that room, i know i moved to Room 211 but the damage was done at that stage........ Maybe i should get my 248 euros back for a terrible experience.

It was close to the town centre and we could drive to places of interests

Great location, spacious room with fridge. Quiet even on first floor. Great breakfast with no wait.

Restaurant closed early. Shower head was small and low pressure. Our TV did not work and internet was out our week.

It’s very conveniently located in Galway.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, huoneet suuret ja siistit. Ei kuulunut ääniä huoneen ulkopuolelta. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja auttavaista. Sijainti todella hyvä. Huonepalvelu loistava.

Aamiaiselle olisi voinut toivoa enemmän tuoreita tuotteita, kasviksia siis.

The staff were the most friendly from reception to bar to restaurant to cleaning all so lovely. The food was gorgeous, great music and athmosphere and the beds were so comfy

First room we were allocated had very loud noise and food smells from ducting from kitchens. Receptionist very helpful in relocating us on second morning. Rooms at back quieter but dull, front rooms appeared brighter but we didn’t want street noise.

Hotel in posizione comodissima al centro. Camere spaziose e pulite. Per chi arriva in auto, c'è il parcheggio della città aperto h24. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The bedroom was a bit small, but other than that, everything was fine.

Tv and internet weak

The location was perfect for restaurants, shops and the railway station. Staff were very friendly and there was a decent hot breakfast buffet.

The room had no fridge to keep food or drink in, the reading lights on eithr side of the bed didn't work, and the TV had several channels that didn't work (it also wasn't a smart TV, so there was no option to cast from other devices we had). There was also some construction work going on beside and what sounded like right above our room (we were on the top floor) from 9am every morning.
