The communication ran smoothly.

The toilet was clogged but it was serviced soon. The jet washer head on the second toilet was missing but it was oke to use.

Big house with 4 room. can fit for 10pax. Very comfortable and clean. Got channel TV and youtube.

Very spacious and comfortable to lounge in, and beds were comfortable even despite not having any sheets. The pool and gym were great to have access to and while the location was 30 mins walk from downtown Kuching, ride sharing worked well to get us where we needed. It was also great to be not too far away from great food options given we were not able to cook anything in the apartment, despite the facilities being available.

So apartment has cooking facilities but nothing to cook with, and we were a little taken aback by the lack of bed sheets. The rugs were ok to pull over but we would all have been more comfortable with a sheet as well.

Excellent facilities all in good working conditions. They even had a baby chair which you dont normally get ! Has a gym and swimming pool. Easy access to the waterfront, nearby restaurants and convenient driving distance to attractions. Good parking spot available. Good security for safety.

Some of the batteries on the remote controls were not working.

Space, washing machine, check in and out

Ants in the kitchen beds, couch, bathrooms. Gnats in bathroom. Owner/manager, Amy, was responsive to texts, had cleaner come but it didn't get rid of the bug problem. With 2 nights left of a 9 night stay, she offered to move us to another location. Unfortunately, with our plans and tours we weren't able to change locations with such short notice.

The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The swimming pool was excellent.

The location was good, near petanak market with lots of food stalls close by. Communication was great for key collection, parking details etc. the property was very comfortable and had everything needed for a stay. Wi-Fi and pool were good too.

1. The owner Amy was an understandable person and hospitality. 2. The house is really comfortable and spacious which can accommodate 7 people 3. Security guards were helpful and friendly 4. Many facilities can be used in this condo 5. The view was awesome which is near the river side

1. A small suggestion, the mail box password numbers are really small. Please put a bigger one so that guests can see easily and open the mail box to get the keys
