This is a great stay in Delhi. I will def return once I am in Delhi again. Room is very clean, comfortable bed, and super soft bedsheets , felt like sleeping on a cloud :) access to kitchen for guest (fridge , stove and loved the area(GK2) very clean, safe, and quiet, with restaurants, shops etc… all walking distance. less than 30min ride to the airport, very convenient as I had to catch flight. Caretaker Arun is putting lot of effort in keeping everything working, always available, and very helpful. 10/10 When in Delhi again, will book again!

Just a recommendation : add note for guests , with instructions, how to enter building , it was rather confusing to find number on the building and figure out where to enter, as there are no indications (private property)

- When I wanted to check in, they were still doing construction work in my room, but they offered me water and tea while waiting - Had to pay by cash, wasn't aware of this in advance

The staff were incredible! Truly above and beyond with their assistance. They remembered our coffee and breakfast order after one day. They came with me when I was having trouble getting a SIM card. They always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was delicious! Nice spacious room and breakfast area. The room was also so quiet and a lovey surrounding area close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was more than welcoming, helpful, and our room was comfortable with great bed and an amazing bathroom!

The people staffing the location are great and the breakfast they prepare is nice. Friendly people overall and the location is nice.

The owner will pester you to pay as soon as possible and will call you repeatedly even after a conversation is had. Similarly various small amenities that should be free given the pricing, are not. If you plan ahead you will find better options in Delhi for the same price

It was very clean and had all the amenities

We booked the property at GK, it was overbooked. The host arranged our stay at their other property at Safdurjung Enclave. That was a bit of a hassle in the beginning but it worked out eventually.

It's clean, quiet and great value.

If there was an option for non-Indian breakfast, it could have been even better sometimes (their Indian breakfast was tasty though)

The staff are amazingly helpful. Great breakfast and help with laundry. There is a lovely park close by wonderful for jogging or strolling.

Accessing the area after 22h is complicated due to gates being closed...could do with a bedside lamp.

Very well appointed, spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful aesthetic. The room we were given had a very clean and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The bathroom had a functional tub, which my son was ecstatic about. Free street parking is available, and the location is in a very safe GK neighborhood, I stayed for a night, to experience Durga Puja s nearby and the location is also very central for people who want to explore South Delhi, everything is accessible and near. Property has a elevator, and there are breakfast options available, very fulfilling breakfast. There is a large functional kitchen in the property. Staff helped us with luggage. We did not need much support but the caretaker was always there and whenever we asked for something responded promptly.

May be provide more than one pillow per boarder? the pillow was very flat in my room, when I requested another one, was told by the caretaker there are no more pillows available. at 4700 / night, these basic comforts should not be denied to a boarder. Also, try and provide shampoo, conditioner and body lotion alongside body soap, because, again your price point is not basic.

Location is prime, house is very properly maintained

I wish I had darker curtains. The blaring sun penetrates pretty bad during the day.

Clean, peaceful place

Staff didn't know which rooms at the property were Deluxe ones and which were Superior ones! The washing machine could be run only if the Air Conditioning was switched off. Only one staff did the cooking, cleaning and other stuff. I have had better tasting meals at lower prices at other similar properties. The elevator got broken due to rains and we had to use the stairs for last couple of days of our stay. Not worth the amount of money.

My room was big and was in a quiet area. I love a room that offers both fan and air-conditioning. The staff here go above and beyond to help. It was clean, and breakfast was tasty. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing really.

The rooms were good to very good. The location is excellent for getting out and about in Delhi and is in a peaceful locality facing a park. There is a person who cooks, and apart from the complimentary breakfast you can get him to make you meals for a bit of extra money.

The room initially given was not the room I had booked but a smaller one. I was told that the persons staying in the larger room had extended their stay. While they did offer to reduce the tariff for the days we would be in the smaller room, there was no heads up or even acknowledgement of the change until I raised the issue myself at the location. The cook while always available is a bit hit or miss. While the large room we were eventually given was excellent, the smaller room had a little bit of damp coming through the walls. Also the place is on the more expensive side. If you plan ahead you can get a pretty decent hotel room in delhi for the price.

Staff. Hari cooks brilliantly well and he's an asset to the property. A one man show. Served us extremely well and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay.

The lack of an electric kettle in the room for us to make the tea. We had to use the kitchen to make our tea.

The location, the peacefulness and the way that the staff took care of guests was superb. The building had a kitchen, an iron, hairdryer and a washing machine and great breakfast options! It really is a great place to stay and I am very happy I chose to stay here.

It is a great place. The room is big and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the common area is also very nice. The breakfast is tasty, and the location is perfect, close to all the main attractions in central Delhi. Highly recommended,

Nice and clean accomodation. The staff was very nice, helpful and always provided delicious food.

There were issues with communication with the accomodation - before arrival we asked for taxi which they did not managed to order, when leaving there were issues with payment.

This was a great stay!! It’s very comfortable and clean but most of all great hospitality. It was Diwali festival during my stay and the owner even gifted me swiss chocolates. Also during my checkout, a taxi was charging a big amount to go to Agra so the owner helped me even book train tickets last minute.

As you can expect in a city like Delhi it’s not near the center, but a metro station is a 10 min walk away and it’s an half hour travel. The owner speaks great English, the caretaker Anuub less but he’s a great cook and with google translate we communicated easily.

The apartment was clean, rooms sufficient size.

About 35 min by metro from the city centre and about 15 min walk from the metro station. But I think it is worth it as the location is nice and the flat is clean & comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at avatar living , it feels like home , staff is very helpful and they helped us book train tickets for Jaipur

the room is beautiful, the people at the hotel are kind and very receptive, they helped us with everything and with the transfer, the breakfast is also delicious, the room and bathroom are large, our room had a bathtub and that was a surprise pleasant, the energy is also very good

Everything was great …I recommend

I absolutely loved my stay! The coordination with the caretaker was amazing, and their warm welcome with a smile made my stay incredibly comfortable. The food was a highlight – delicious and homely. I'll never forget the evening when my friend and I were famished; the caretaker whipped up a superb vegetable Maggie that became a cherished memory. I can't wait to visit this place again! ❤️
