Exceptional stay. The host was super informative even before arriving, providing me with all thr nessesary info. Even though I arrived at 3 in the morning he was there to welcome me and give me info. He helped create my itineraries on where to go, what to see, where and what to eat. Overall amazing stay!

The reason of booking this place should not be just about the comfort of the place but the overall treatment by the host, Pankaj who went above and beyond to host you. He was proactive in making sure you arrive safely, provided all the recommendations and tips about the area and India in general, and abd we looked forward to having a chat with him over a cup of chai masala after our excursions. The room is spacious and has all the necessities needed. Pankaj provided cold drinking waters which we really appreciate given the hot weather. Wish we had more time to spend in this place but Delhi has so much to offer. The place is also a stone throw from several markets and Block M. A lot of eating places nearby which also cater to locals and tourists.

El casero te atiende desde el minuto uno y presenta todas las actividades turísticas que hacer en Delhi, así como recomendaciones personalizadas de bares y restaurantes de la zona. Siempre educado y atento a todas nuestras necesidades. Además, tuvimos un retraso de avión de última hora y nos permitió hacer un check out tardío. Un placer haber pasado aquí unos días en Delhi.

Nada malo. Lo único, cabe notar que la estancia es un “Homestay”, tal y como indican. Esto es que convives con la familia. No tuvimos ningún problema al respecto, convivencia muy independiente. También echamos en falta unas sábanas, únicamente proporcionan colcha.

I loved the warm and personal treatment as if I were a member of the family, I received from Pankaj lots of tips for making the most of my time in Delhi including restaurants and shortcuts that helped a lot. There was even a case where someone tried to steal money from me, I contacted him and he helped me.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue excelente y sin duda lo recomendamos. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos y como en casa. Una de las cosas que más nos gustó fue la limpieza. Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban muy limpios y cuidados, algo que para nosotros era muy importante. La habitación era cómoda y además tenía nevera y microondas, lo que nos resultó muy práctico durante la estancia. El baño también estaba en muy buenas condiciones y todo funcionaba perfectamente. La ubicación es otro punto muy positivo. Está muy bien situado para moverse y visitar los principales lugares de la zona, pero lo mejor de nuestra experiencia fue, sin duda, el trato del dueño. Desde que llegamos estuvo pendiente de nosotros y dispuesto a ayudarnos con absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos. Fue muchísimo más allá de lo que normalmente esperas de un alojamiento: nos acompañó personalmente a varios lugares, nos enseñó sitios que probablemente no habríamos conocido por nuestra cuenta y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. Siempre fue amable, cercano y atento, y consiguió que nos sintiéramos realmente como en casa. También se nota que se preocupan por que los huéspedes estén a gusto. El ambiente es tranquilo y acogedor, la habitación tenía todo lo necesario y en todo momento sentimos que podíamos contar con ellos si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Nos llevamos un recuerdo muy bonito de nuestra estancia, no solo por el hotel, sino especialmente por la hospitalidad y el trato que recibimos. Si algún día volvemos a la zona, sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Les chambres sont ultra propres et très confortables, le quartier est tranquille, Pankaj est un homme bon, très accueillant et sympathique qui n'hésitera pas à vous conseiller pour vos activités à Delhi ou ailleurs en Inde. En 2 mois en Inde, nous n'avons trouvé aucun hôte à la hauteur de Pankaj. Il foisonne de conseils, il est toujours prêts à rendre service. Il fait son métier avec passion et ça nous a permis de passer un séjour comme à la maison. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, la maison est située dans un quartier calme à proximité d'un parc. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per la visita della città e per la colazione e ci ha accompagnato la mattina seguente sulla street in cui si trovavano numerosi caffè. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte pertanto non possiamo giudicare la posizione della struttura. Dall’aeroporto, però, dista tre quarti d’ora circa.

The best place to stay in Delhi. Was a great neighbourhood to walk as a solo woman! Didn’t feel unsafe once. Pankaj, the owner, gave us so many tips and we saw more sites than we expected!!! Listen to his advice and you will have an unforgettable experience. Rooms were super comfortable, air con was fantastic, a small fridge and kettle too and a microwave upstairs. Wifi was also great if you have to WFH, there is a desk in the room. Highly recommend !! We stayed 4 nights and could’ve stayed longer

A quaint little hotel/homestay with everything you need: spacious room and bathroom, cooking facilities, daily fresh drinking water as much as you need. Everything spotlessly clean, all the amenities you'd need were provided, the staff polite and helpful - tea has been offered regularly. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful: he arranged airport transfers, helped with good information about what to do in Delhi and beyond. He even gave me a lift to and from restaurants. The homestay is located next to a park and within easy walking distance from dozens of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this homestay to anyone and I'm definitely planning to come back

Great place to stay in South Delhi, half an hour from the airport. Large and spacious room with everything you need. Pankaj is an exemplary host. I arrived late and hungry, and he took me out to eat in his private car. Our conversations were fascinating. Unfortunately, I stayed for only one night. I would love to return to Delhi and talk with him again.

We feel privileged for meeting pankaj and his home stay. Pakaj your hospitality ,respect and friendship were beyond every level. Thank u so much ❤️

מיקום חדש עבורי כדי לחוות את דלהי מהצד של שכונה שיותר מוכרת לי גם מחיי האישיים- שכונה נעימה ורגועה. בעל ההומסטיי מלא באנרגיה ורצון לתת לי את החוויה הטובה ביותר יחד עם המון המלצות מה לעשות בדלהי, הקפצה ברכב שלו לחנות לרכוש כרטיס סים, לתחנת המטרו או למרכז המסעדות הקרוב והכל בחיוך והתעניינות. המרחב עצמו של הבית מרגיש נקי ונעים.

在我到達旅館前，老闆就主動跟我聯絡如何到達旅館等相關事宜，一切充滿著人性化的貼心，在這混亂的新德里無疑來說，感覺有個在地人會好好追蹤著我的行蹤，讓我覺得很安心很安全 晚上七點我搭著Uber 抵達旅館，老闆跟工作人員第一時間來迎接我，並問我要不要喝奶茶、紅茶或是果汁，房間內冷氣是日本品牌一級棒大金的，房間很溫馨舒適也有超大冰箱，裡面冰了好多冰水，對於六月底的新德里實在是太需要了，廁所也很大，床好大好舒服好好躺 我是隔天晚上11點半的飛機，其實我之前就有想過要不要再訂一晚，然後待到晚上七點再退房，因為身體有寫不適，但老闆居然主動說我可以待到晚上七點再退房，這是什麼天使老闆我真的好感動，一方面真的好熱需要冷氣，一方面是我一直在拉肚子需要廁所，老闆說因為現在是淡季所以可以的，我真的很萬分感謝，再多的言語都無法表達我的感謝，謝謝老闆根據我的情況設身處地的為我提供最舒適的方式，那廣闊的胸襟讓人望塵莫及，我會永遠記得的 晚上老闆帶我走小路去有名的餐廳區，這裡走路8分鐘就可以到達很熱鬧的地方，老闆一路教我認路並介紹這裡每一間餐廳的特色，並親自送我到著名的酒吧SIDECAR 門口，並有交代我如果我太晚可以請他來載我 我需要寄一些毛筆給北印度的畫畫老師，其實我沒有任何門路，老闆開車載我去找快遞公司，其中兩家都還沒開門，就載我去第三家，幫我跟快遞公司交涉，還幫我準備了一個裝毛筆的盒子，讓我順利的把毛筆寄出，如果沒有老闆，我覺得我無法完成這件事，不論是在新德里找快遞公司或是跟店員交涉，我覺得我一個人完全做不到 這間旅館會成為我以後唯一在新德里必住的旅館，老闆的貼心、熱忱還有廣闊的胸襟是這家旅館最棒的地方，當然旅館裡面的所有設備還有房間對我來說也都是最棒的，推薦給所有想來新德里住宿的旅客～

What makes the place is Pankaj and his huge heart. I have never encountered such a good service experience. Pankaj is an amazing conversationalist, knows Delhi very well and gave plenty of recommendations. He made sure I was safe and comfortable and as a woman traveling alone I felt as comfortable as possible. He made sure the Uber to the airport arrived in the middle of the night. The homestay is spotless, the room is very cozy, the best shower I had in India. The location is in a nice and safe upscale neighborhood, there is a shopping center and restaurants within walking distance and the rest is within driving distance.

The host, Pankaj, is a warm, helpful, kind person. He accommodated our requests without hesitation. Staff was also nice. Well located homestay, very clean and has all necessary amenities.

Pankaj was fantastic!! He helped us arrange transportation, allowed us to store our luggage there even when we weren’t staying there, took care of our laundry, drove us to the nearby market to show us around (very good restaurants by the way), informed us of the scams at the rail station and airport, he was very responsive and always available for any of our needs. Can’t say enough!

Pankaj and his employee were great hosts, he was very helpful and told us many things to do and advised us. The rooms were very clean and quiet with free water. Pankaj, the owner was hospitable from arrival to departure. He showed us the local area, recommended restaurants, arranged transport, gave us lifts to the metro & supplied us with a never ending supply of Chai. The room has a large comfortable bed, good shower & a terrace. Plenty of space. The towels were changed every day, basic toiletries were supplied. The Homestay provided a great base for exploring Delhi, based in South Delhi it was lovely to return there at the end of a frenetic day in Old Delhi & New Delhi. Highly recommend

The best place I’ve been to - Hospitality is top notch - Comfort and hygiene was unmatched - Pankaj went out of his way to make sure we found what we needed at the nearly M block market - Masala chai every morning and afternoon - Drying rack on the balcony was very useful - They supplied filtered water which helps reduce plastic waste

I think this was my second or third stay at Tatvamasi. It’s my go-to accommodation in New Delhi. The beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is strong, it’s in a very quiet location, and the owner, Pankaj, is awesome. A staff provides plenty of freshwater every day, offers me chai whenever I arrive, and our generally terrific humans. Pankaj is wonderfully helpful when it comes to planning and organizing and executing a visit to New Delhi. He’s a tremendous resource for information and suggestions.

The homestay is spacious, clean and in walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and supermarkets. Our host arranged a great day trip to the Taj Mahal with our 7 month old baby.

Der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, kümmert sich aufmerksam um alle Anliegen und hat für jede Frage während des Aufenthalts ein offenes Ohr sowie wertvolle Tipps parat. Der Chai ist herausragend und gehört für mich mittlerweile fest zum Erlebnis dazu. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr sauber, alle Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man abends wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen und die Erlebnisse des Tages in entspannter Atmosphäre verarbeiten kann. Auch das restliche Personal ist jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und begegnet den Gästen immer mit einem Lächeln, was die angenehme Stimmung im Haus noch verstärkt. Durch diese Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit wird der Aufenthalt im Homestay Tatvamasi zu einem wirklich entspannten Urlaub.

First of all, Pankaj and his employees are incredibly nice persons and they make you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. The property itself is located around approx. 15 mins walk to the Greater Kalaish metro station (magenta line) which makes it very convenient location - easy connection with the city but a quite location outside of New Delhi wildness. There is a great food court/restauarant area close by where we dine in a few times. Our room was spacious, super clean, with all amenities (or even more than standard) for a homestay option. I would call Tatvamasi more like a boutique hotel, rather than a homestay. Comfy bed, well-working AC, lovely decor, not to mention a large bathroom. If we ever get back to Delhi, we will definitely stay with Pankaj. Thank you once again for making our stay so special and peaceful.

Pankaj was a truely amazing host, he anticipated anything I could need already before I even needed it, sent me tons of recommendations for Delhi, gave really honest and good advice of how to avoid tourist traps, and showed me around the area. Definitely best host I’ve stayed with in my time in India, was very glad for all the help I received! The homestay and area are amazing, I loved the many small restaurants and cafes nearby and the area is super safe and clean.

The owner and staff are polite, friendly and always helpful. Room was quiet, clean, and facilities good. Location is excellent.

Не первый раз останавливаемся в Дели и этот гостевой дом можно смело рекомендовать. Все отзывы соответствуют действительности. Нам удалось хорошо выспаться, в номерах было тихо и чисто. Все необходимое в номере было, никаких замечаний, наше пребывание здесь было очень комфортным, недалеко находятся много кафе и ресторанов с хорошей кухней. Отдельное спасибо хозяину, очень гостеприимный, любезный и очень много знает про хорошие места в Дели, так же нас бесплатно довезли до кафе, спасибо, мы остались очень довольны пребыванием. В следующий раз снова остановимся здесь.

Nice homestay in an upscale and peaceful neighborhood in South Delhi. Close to some nice restaurants, cafes and shops. One would need a car to visit points of interest. The owner is very friendly and great conversationalist--he drove two of us to the Lotus Temple on morning. Rooms and bathrooms are a decent size.

No breakfast--would have been nice since to get one going in the morning. They do serve a nice chai masala, throughout the day.

Echoing the other reviews – the staff and friendliness, generosity and care, are what make this stay special. I like the location and ease to walk to shops, cafes, and services. Pankaj and his team go above and beyond to help, this is super important to me as a solo traveler.

It was welcoming and a perfect place to explore from. Clean, comfy bed and a nice area to relax after a day out in Delhi. Close to shops, banks, restaurants and not far from the airport - a short taxi ride.

The toilet could use more toiletries (body wash and shampoo). More tourists are used to having those at stays.

Pankaj is a great host - excellent travel tips and kind enough to drive you out to the nearest metro station / food market cluster when convenient. The neighborhood feels safe, well maintained and is quiet at night, providing a pleasant respite from the more chaotic parts of Delhi you will visit during your stay. There are two 24/7 gyms located a 5 minute walk from the property - the Anytime Fitness sells day passes for 500 INR (get there before 10pm).

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip since we liked it so much! The staff was soooo helpful and really made our stay excellent! The rooms are big and have fun atmospheres! The chai was our favorite on the trip!!

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Sitzecke und ausreichend Ablagefläche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Hilfsbereites Team und leckeren Chai. Unser Gastgeber Pankaj hat uns mit umfänglichen Infos versorgt und uns sogar selbst zum Lotustempel gefahren. Danke seiner Tipps haben wir das gut ausgebaute Metrosystem benutzt und sind schnell und günstig (21 bzw. 43 Rs.) zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt.

Hyper central par rapport aux visites possibles Pankaj est un homme incroyable, très très gentil, très accueillant et il m'a fait découvrir des choses que je ne connaissais pas encore !! What an amazing place. From the moment that we arrived, we felt relaxed and comfortable and were made to feel very welcome. Our host and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Pankaj, our host, showed us lots of great places to eat and shared lots of really helpful information about things to do in Delhi. The room was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable. We had such an enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend Tatvamasi Homestay.

The stay in this hotel style place was the best decision that I made! The boss guy is the kindest person that I can possibly ask! He explained everything for me,where to eat,what to see,he rearranged a drive to Taj Mahal for me,for a good price and a perfect kind driver! The reviews on his page are real not like other places! In real life rooms are better then in the pictures! I can not even say how happy im in this place. The energy of the family that owns this hotel is really kind. They do their job with whole sole and love! Also they do extra things like bring extra napkins, scissors,weights (for a luggage),laundry! Im impressed! I will recommend it to everyone!

בעל המקום מתייחס באופן אישי לכל אורח,המליץ על מקומות ליראות ואף הכין לנו מפה של מיקומים. אפילו נתן לנו כרטיס למטרו והסיע אותנו לשם בכדי שנכיר את האזור. אין ארוחת בוקר אבל כל בוקר דאג שיביאו לנו צ'אי . החדר מרווח ונעים. ממש נהנינו לשהות במקום.

I do not have the words to explain how welcoming and beautiful this Homestay was. The chai teas, interesting and wholesome chats in the common area with Pankaj and other guests as well as how close some delicious restaurants are. I used this as my base as a solo female traveller and I could not recommend it more. This is my first time in India and am so grateful I came across this Homestay as my first place to stay. I will be coming back next time in Dehli (or who knows, maybe tomorrow, if the next hotel is not up to the standard I’ve experienced from Pankaj). :) much love. “that you are”.

I really thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming homestay! Everything was perfect: location, cleanliness, room size, comfort, safety, the friendliness of the owner and staff, the delicious chai, the cosy atmosphere. It felt like home away from home, and if I ever come back to New Delhi, I will definitely choose to stay at Tatvamasi again.

Tatvamasi Homestay was an exceptional location. The owner, Pankaj, was an amazing help. He went above and beyond to help us with travel recommendations, driver help, and always being there for us. He helped us create an itinerary for when we were in Delhi to see all of the sights, and helped us with accommodation as well. There was a time where I misplaced my backpack and had to get it delivered to the hotel. Pankaj and staff kept in communication with me and were able to successfully retrieve the lost goods and help me. Overall, we felt at home at Tatvamasi homestay. All of the staff and accommodations were excellent, and I highly recommend you stay here!

Quiet neighborhood, nice rooms, fantastic host. Near a nice park with a huge variety of great restaurants. I didn’t know a ch a serene neighborhood existed in Delhi. Near a metro line.

Stanza pulita e confortevole in una zona tranquilla, letto molto comodo, bagno con bellissima doccia. In stanza c'è l'occorrente per preparare thè e caffè. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e fornisce utili informazioni per la vita a Delhi.

Big room with high ceiling and a modern bathroom in a quiet side alley. If there would have been anything wrong or missing, it would have been compensated 100 times by the hospitality, friendlieness and helpfulness of the host. We were goven dozens of tips what and where to eat and what to see, including a google maps itinerary. We were driven to the breakfast location and when my wife forgot her glasses, he brought them to the subway station, so we do not loose too much time on our single time. This was the best host we ever encountered and we would also gladly give more than 10 points/stars if we could. This was an extraordinary and perfect stay. Thank you so much!

A very special place to stay in Delhi. Quiet neighbourhood but close to metro, markets and shops etc. The room was really spacious and had everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pankaj, the host, is very welcoming and gave us great ideas of where to go and what to see in the short time we were there. We would highly recommend staying here and will do so next time we are in Delhi

The homestay had an excellent reputation and it lived up to it. We were extremely well looked after and everyone was lovely. Communications were excellent. The homestay is in a great location - a lovely leafy suburb - close to many restaurants and it was very easy to get to the metro.

A tulajdonos intelligens, segítőkész, kiváló ember. Mindenben rendelkezésre állt, és nagyon sok hasznos tanácsot kaptunk tőle, ami biztonságossá tette az ott tartózkodásunkat. A biztonság érzés Indiában nagy érték. A szállás Delhi elit, kertvárosi részén volt, csendes, nyugodt helyen. Meleg víz, Wifi rendben volt, a klíma fűtés funkcióval is rendelkezett, de kaptunk plusz takarót is.

Отличный гостевой дом. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, рассказал, куда лучше сходить, где поесть и даже проводил нас в кафе. Номер большой и чистый. Наверху есть небольшая, но уютная веранда. Район спокойный и тихий. Нам также разрешили оставить чемоданы на несколько дней, пока мы уезжали в Агру.

Замечательное место с таким же прекрасным хозяином! Очень тихий район, куда приятно вернуться после шумного Дели. У нас было всё необходимое, хозяин дома нам помогал во всём,- с местным номером, обменом валюты, вызовом такси, давал советы что посмотреть, где покушать(даже в 1 день, провёл нас до ближайших магазинов и кафе и рассказал куда стоит идти). Так же помог нам, когда в Джайпуре забронированая гостиница оказалась ужасной, подсказал нам где лучше остановиться и это место тоже оказалось прекрасным. Одним словом,- советуем! О Вас позаботиться и будете чувствовать себя как дома!

Certainement le meilleur deal de tout Delhi ! Le logement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme et sûr, chose rare dans la capitale. Pankaj est simplement le meilleur hôte que vous puissiez imaginer ! Plein d'attentions, il s'est même proposé de nous faire visiter le quartier et de nous déposer à un commerce où nous voulions nous rendre. Après une mauvaise expérience dans un premier hôtel, nous étions tout bonnement ravis d'avoir trouvé cette pépite. N'hésitez pas une seconde, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Var en perfekt ställe att landa på som första boende när vi kom till Indien. Pankaj tog emot oss mitt i natten och visade oss till vårt rum. Han delade med sig av tips på sevärdheter, restauranger och hur saker och ting fungerar. Väldigt hjälpsamt när man kommit till Indien för första gången och man kände att man hade någon att fråga om saker och ting och få hjälp. Rummet var fint och med allt man behöver beläget i i området nära som t.ex. bankomat mm. Och inte att förglömma det goda Chai som alltid erbjöds. Vi beslutade att även boka in vår sista natt i Indien hos Pankaj innan flyget går tillbaka.

Hotellet var stille. Ingen trafikstøj fra gaden.Værten var yderst hjælpsom. Hotellet lå tæt på rigtig mange gode restauranter og metro og det var nemt at komme til og fra.

Confortable large room, fridge, nice bathroom. Staff wonderful. 5 minute walk to many restaurants and bakeries. I’d stay again.

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Gospodarz oraz personel wiedzą co robią. Pan Pankaj częstuje herbatą, podwozi na metro, opowiada o Indiach, kulturze, dzielnicy z taką pasją, że aż chce się słuchać. Dostaliśmy rekomendacje co zwiedzić oraz gdzie zjeść. Czystość w pokoju i łazience znacząco wyróżnia się na tle innych w Indniach. Niczego nie brakuje. Jedynie czego żałujemy to tego, że byliśmy w Delhi tylko jedną noc. Do takich miejsc i takich ludzi warto podróżować. 11/10.
