​This guesthouse in Greater Kailash 2 New-Delhi is really great! It is in a very good location, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly so you feel right at home. The homemade food is delicious, and the place is perfect for people coming to Delhi for medical treatments, as well as for any other traveler. Everyone will feel comfortable here!

조식이 맛있었습니다!! 토스트, 계란요리, 짜이까지 든든했어요!! 그리고 방이 넓고 청결했습니다. 사진 그대로였어요!!! 장농이 여러개라 캐리어와 배낭 둘 수납공간도 넉넉했어요~ 숙소 위치도 델리 부자동네라 조용하고 한적해서 좋았습니다~

문고리가 고장나서 문이 열린채로 다녀야됐어요. 고쳐준다고했지만 다음날까지 고쳐지지 않았습니다. 문 열린채로 다니면 되고 자면 된다고 하시더라구요;;; 그리고 화장실 샤워실쪽 배수가 문제가 있습니다;;;; 물이 자꾸 고여서 스퀴즈로 계속 배수를 해줬어야됐어요;;;;샤워할때마다 힘들었습니다ㅠ

Location was good… in the heart of GK2. Easily accessible, and close to all cafés and bars

Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Also the daily room cleaning was not good. Water is a big issue, you have to upto the 4th floor to fill up water for yourself.

Due appartamenti, terzo e quarto piano, con stanze che sentono il peso degli anni, le porte si chiudono male e le pareti andrebbero ridipinte. Le stanze verso l’interno come la mia sono tranquille, attenzione perché la strada invece ha il solito traffico indiano (beep beep continuo). Particolarmente gentile il sig. Naveen che ha aiutato a trovare di notte un taxi per l’aeroporto.

I really enjoyed my stay here The location of the place was just great, metro was in a walking distance. My room was nice and spacious with big window, which I appreciated a lot. Overall I wish I will come back to this place soon.

The location in GK II is safe and convenient to move around. GK II Market with restaurants, groceries, shops and beauty salons is walkable as is the peaceful CP Park. My room was a generous size with lots of storage space and a large bathroom. There's a kitchen, a sitting area and a rooftop terrace. A very decent breakfast is served every morning. Excellent value for money overall.

The walls in the rooms need refreshing. Some of the pillows could be retired.

Everything. The owners and the staf are really kind, location is perfect even if you are far from atractions, believe i recomend to stay here. The metro is really close and you can move everywhere even perfect access to the airport. I need to say that wifi works excelent faster than my home

Every time I stay in Aashiana I feel home

The room was large with ample natural light. Ample hot water. Good wifi. The bathroom was also good size. The staff responsiveness was also excellent. The location was also excellent. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet.

Breakfast could have started earlier. A shower stall would have prevented the bathroom from becoming wet and slippery (had to request for a shower mat). Would have rated this a 10 if the bathroom had a shower stall. Still no facility for accepting international cards.

It's a nice home stay with basic facilities but comfy enough for a couple of nights. Felt safe and it was really easy to go to different places (Uber is cheap enough that you can use that for most places). Staff was friendly and really helpful. Homemade meals were a plus! Recommend if you're looking for a central, budget accommodation and appreciate the homy vibe.

The bathroom needs better cleaning including a new shower curtain as the bottom was really dirty. Also new towels needed as the ones provided were really old and thin.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, the room was spotless and very comfortable beds. Quiet at night time also which was an extra plus. Breakfast and dinner were so so tasty. Highly recommend this stay and would 100% stay again.

The breakfast service is decent.

The floor with the kitchen is noisy with staff constantly talking. Kichen is dirty and food is not handled hygeinically. Staff, owner Ashok Verma, and manager Chitra are unprofessional in how they handle guest payments. I was hounded by cleaning and kitchen staff regarding bill payment even though I had provided a credit card at booking. Pricing is not transparent. They charged me a higher tariff than their regular rate with no explanation. The so called balcony is filthy and faces the back service lane.

Towel quality - could have been hotel quality. Wet bathroom. No in-room facility for morning coffee. Breakfast time (8:30am) was a little late.

It is a room in an apartment where other people live, so you might have a strange feeling, but they are really nice so is not such a problem.

This property is excellently located for access to restaurants, shopping, business centres and the Metro. Off the main road yet once in, a very quiet homely ambience. The staff are discreet and trained to look after your needs. Meals though limited in variety are, freshly prepared,in the attached kitchen and served in the dining area. This is a homestay-like place, ideal for those who like to return to a quiet private space after a hectic day. Suitable for both young and old, safe for single travellers.

For those who are looking for a homestay experience, all good. However, those who enjoy the ambience and bluster of a hotel may feel somewhat isolated.

The staff was kind and always brought what we asked for. The room was a good size. We could refill our water bottles with RODI water instead of needing to buy plastic water bottles. The breakfast was good.

The room, especially the bathroom surfaces could be cleaned more thoroughly. The shower stall walls were not clean, nor was the mirror or toilet paper holder. We also weren't told we needed to turn on the water heater for the shower, which resulted in a long delay before we could shower. We were hoping for some tourist advice, but there was no one there whose english was good enough to help us with this.

The staff was very sweet and helpful. But, the rooms do not appear as in the pictures, although they have tried to maintain cleanliness. Location is close to markets, and accessible by cabs

Heating, lighting, walls

This is a guesthouse not a hotel or homestay. One of the nicer areas in Delhi. Ample space in the room, nice & clean, polite eager helpful staff, excellent cook Jhuma, all modern amenities. Honestly this is better than staying in hotels like Marriott etc. The owner cares about your comfort and privacy, not the greedy or nosy kind. Pro tip, take rooms at the back if you love quiet time.

I’m going to split hairs, no washing machine in the room, it’s a paid laundry service albeit cheap. I also didn’t like the toiletries. These are really minor things.

The room was nice and clean. The accommodation was within walking distance from the metro which made getting around very convenient. The staff were helpful and let us wait around when we had a late train.

It was slightly expensive but the overall experience was positive.

It's situated in a rather pleasant, pristine, and tranquil locale. Within strolling distance to stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The subway station is a 10-minute walk away. I adored the commodious room and comfortable bed. The personnel are exceedingly hospitable and helpful.

Buon alloggio se si è di passaggio da Delhi. Camera molto ampia, ma bagno spartano. Proprietario molto disponibile al telefono.

L'appartamento risulta molto più vecchio rispetto alle foto, con un odore di naftalina (soprattutto in bagno) insopportabile. I ragazzi che ci hanno accolti sono stati poco professionali e svogliati.

Very friendly staff, easy access and location is convenient. Especially gurudwara sahib is just located opposite so very peaceful ✌️ location. As we left early due to my surgery scheduled and the lady cooking, she cooked breakfast early for my husband than the usual time. So cooperative and supportive. Strongly recommend

Staff was great, room was spacious and clean. Basic toiletries provided. Decor was lovely.

I had to leave at 5am for a flight which i told them the night before, yet i couldn't find anyone to unlock the gate/return my key, making my early morning trip to the Delhi airport stressful.

Останавливались в отеле дважды за поездку, так как основной перелет был в Дели и обратно. Все отлично, спасибо. Наш багаж с зимней одеждой оставался здесь в отеле, во время всего нашего путешествия по Индии, что было очень удобно. Комнаты комфортные. Обшарпанность присутствует, но это мы видим в Индии повсеместно. Район хороший, довольно тихий, на крыше есть место для отдыха. Завтрак готовят ко времени, по запросу. Рядом станция метро - прямая связь с терминалом 1 аэропорта. Для нас это было очень удобно. Если нужен терминал 3, не проблема, между ними ходит автобус-шатл. В другую сторону, метро за 15 минут приведет к храму Лотоса. Недалеко Кутб минар и хорошие торговые центры, на ваш выбор. Совсем рядом, городской лес с антилопами (или кто это?), но его мы уже не успели посетить. Ночью такси (Uber) до терминала 3 стоило до 500 рупий. Еще раз большое спасибо за гостеприимство.

Good hotel in a nice quiet area, next to the metro station that leads to the airport. Near the Lotus Temple, Qutb Minar and shopping centers. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Thanks.

В целом неплохо. При бронировании, из описания мы не поняли, что это не отель, а номер формате "home stay", были этим несколько удивлены. Номера достаточно чистые, но " уставшие". Вентилятор и кондиционер работников, но были грязными.

Вечером зашли на кухню, чтобы попросить горячей воды для кофе, увидели возле холодильника мышь.

The staff was helpful, but couldn't speak English. Asked for tips and wanted us make a good recommendations. Do not answer when you write them, not even when booking tries.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A true home away from home. I injured my foot in the city and felt very well cared of by the staff. Having the possibility to get lunch and dinner was life-saving. The complimemtary breakfast is wonderful - different Indian dishes every day. So so tasty. High level, spaceos facilities, great furniture, and marble floor. Rooms to the back are quiet. Balcony is too small to sit in, yet the window door to the balcony is big and brings much light. A lot of storage space in the room, very comfortable. Guests can use kitchen on the third floor. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Aashiana. The location is perfect—right in front of the Gurudwara—which added a peaceful and spiritual touch to our visit. What truly made this place feel like home was the care and kindness we received during a difficult time. My husband and I fell ill during our stay, and JhimMil di, the cook, went above and beyond to look after us. She prepared simple, comforting meals like khichdi just as we requested, and even took the initiative to make light dishes herself to help us recover. Her warmth and hospitality made all the difference. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with genuine care and a serene atmosphere, Aashiana is the place to be.

There is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The sofas and towels provided were not as clean as expected. We were hesitant to use the towels and ended up using our own. Enhancing hygiene standards would make the stay even more comfortable.

The room airconditioning worked well and the bed was confortable. Also the host was a very sweet lady who was very accomidating. Her staff were helpful bringing up our bags.

The bathroom in my room had a vent leading to a common area and so it was noisy from there. I was on the 2nd floor and I looked at the kitchen on that level and there was old moldy food in the cabinets. It was dirty and twice when walking past I saw a rat the size of a rabbit crossing the kitchen.

Quite a nice room, but I didn’t really get to experience it

I was out late drinking, when I came back in the morning (which I warned them about), I found that they had moved somebody else into the room. After a long time arguing, they tried to move me into another room but at 10.30am (30 mins before checkout), I had other places to be, they wasted a long time arguing instead of finding resolution straight away, I received one apology from a staff member but not from management. I feel scammed.

The location is a major plus point. The staff is warm and it feels like home with home cooked food. Good for long stays or if you want home environment.

Online photos are a bit misleading. Bed was not very comfortable. Needs maintenance, the floor felt unclean. The bathrooms looked run down.

Stayed here twice. Left our luggage here, so needed to come back the second time. Getting tired. Needs some TLC.

Hard to find a night. Not the easiest to leave in the morning because the gate is locked. I had to wake up the man in the garage to open up the gate.

Reasonable price. My brother told me that this place was in the rough guide. However, I find it a bit rough. The staff is friendly. The owner is a bit interesting. Very hard to find in the dark. 30 minute Taxi, ride from the airport. Owner did let us keep her bag there while on another trip.

Rooms were OK. Think you could do better bathrooms not the cleanest and small.
