Good location. Great security. Nice pool and surrounds. Our apartment was well appointed and spacious.

The entrance at Check-In and Check-Out was a bit troublesome.

Fantastic location, ideal to see the city. Astounding view of the Petronas Towers when we arrived during the evening.

Air-conditioning is a bit difficult to control, and a kitchen tea towel and cleaning equipment would’ve been nice.

Spacious, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable, nice and cool when we arrived - individual aircon in every room. Easy/nice breakfast and small shopping mart nearby. Close to Bukit Bintang. Hosts very responsive, polite and helpful, we were met at the apartments and helped with our bags to the room. Convenient having laundry facilities and pickup/dropoff within front of tower for Grab/taxi. Perfect for our extended family- parents, 2 teenage kids and 1 nanna.

Very minor things. The two single beds (one a trundle on the floor) were in the tiniest room with no windows, but the teenagers were fine with it. Pillows were very high so not all of us slept comfortably. There was cutlery and plates/cups for four only (we were 5 and place sleeps 6) - no glasses, only wine glasses. But we hardly ate in the room so it didn’t matter. No full length mirror. Toiletries supplied were only body wash in each shower and one shampoo dispenser in the main shower only. But I had my own shampoo and conditioner so we all used that. There was hand soap for all three toilets.

The most stunning apartment - it really is like a suite at a resort and the property manager, Nasir was incredibly accommodating - he showed us how everything worked, when we arrived and kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. He also contacted after to let me know my daughter had left her necklace behind.

The 3rd bedroom was a bit small, so our kids couldn’t have their suitcase in there, but it’s not really an issue - the rest of the apartment is enormous.

Excellent location with view of the Twin Towers. Host Nasir was very friendly and supportive. Highly secure property.

Rooms true to photos. Big cosy clean…. Rooms were comfortable. Love the views so much. Easy communication with host and Nasir who met us at lobby to pass us the key cards and showing us mini orientation in the unit. My son loves the bathtub while the parents love spending time at balcony. Will be back soon.

Nothing to complain about. But if the shower head can be replaced with a new one with stronger pressure, will be perfect :)

L'appartamento era bello in ogni sua parte inserito in un contesto eccezionale ben collegato con dei servizi, ristoranti e quant'altro molto vicini. Le principali attrazioni erano facicilmente raggiungibili. Il personale che ci ha accolto, Nasir, era attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e mai invadente. Lo consiglio per viaggi in famiglia. Menzione particolare va alla splendida vista con vetrata!

Like the tight security, friendly staff, magnificent view of twin towers right in front of living room & bedrooms. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower rooms was very good. Is a beautiful place to stay with many amenities in the apartment including a washing machine & a separate dryer. Checking in was well guided. Checking out was easy.

The air con in the living room did not seem to blow out sufficient cool air. Is a pity there are only 2 shower rooms.

The view is fantastic, beds are comfortable with great amenities. Location is fantastic. Support from host is excellent.

Local market at morning

The property was brilliant, I would highly recommend it and would come back myself. There’s was 5 of us and we all loved it. The apartment blocks are very modern. From the bedroom balcony you can see the patronas towers which light up at night. In general it’s in an amazing location - walking distance to Kuala Lumpur city centre and there’s a morning markets right outside (definitely go to the Friday jummah markets outside the flats). The property is very secure and safe, there’s numerous security guards who are very friendly. The property itself was well maintained, it was very clean, it had a kettle, fridge, microwave and washing / drying machine for a very convenient stay. The property has 3 toilets and 2 showers. There’s also a shared swimming pool which wasn’t busy. So you can have a swim. There’s a convenience store right opposite the property which is open all night I believe. There’s coffee shops and food spots right next door too. And so many places to order a takeaway from using the Grab App. I would definitely recommend this property for families or groups of friends Also the host was very helpful!

One downside to the apartment blocks being very secure and safe is that delivery drivers aren’t able to deliver food to your door. They have to leave it downstairs with the guardhouse and you collect it yourself. I personally found the mattress to be uncomfortable but the other guests felt it was fine

Nasir was there to meet us with the keys which was comforting, even though we were later than expected. The apartment was fantastic and the facilities were great with a well equipped gym and excellent pool area. The location allowed us to explore KL ‘on foot’ with the best restaurants, bars and nightlife close by. Taxis to and from the MotoGP had no problem accessing the property. We were grateful to be able to have a very late checkout to enable a base on our last day before flying home.

There were a few little things that we communicated to Nasir, and were successfully addressed in good time. So no issues. So there was not much to dislike

Locatie! Prachtig uitzicht en je kan lopen naar meerdere malls. Geen Grab nodig! Goede wifi en veel ruimte in huis. Fijne plek om te ontbijten beneden: Middle Lane.

Top ervaring. Eerst via het contact met de host en later via iemand die de sleutels gaf (Nasir). Super goed geregeld en snel reageren op vragen. We hadden helaas een verlate vlucht waardoor we de halve dag moest overbruggen. We mochten gebruik maken van het zwembad. We kregen het aanbod om een kamer te gebruiken om ons om te kleden. We mochten zelfs nog even douchen.

Als er dan iets kleins was, is dat er grindtegels in en om het zwembad liggen. Die voelt niet lekker aan en voor de kinderen wat gevaarlijk als je valt.

Very big apartment. Great for a family with two adults and 2-3 kids or up to 6 adults. Great pool and play area for kids. Walking distance to the towers, bars, Bukit.Bintang, the Pavillion. 150 meters to the monorail. You don’t need to use grab you can walk or monorail everywhere. You can even monorail to KL sentral station and then train to Penang or to the airport. Lots of cafes on the ground floor and street food each weekday morning on the street for breakfast.

A little bit run down in the living area. Furniture might need updating but we weren’t in the apartment that much so it didn’t matter.

Really lovely complex and a very spacious unit. Worked well for our group of 5 adults. We enjoyed the pool area and location was excellent to walk to most major attractions. Communication was great & any questions quickly answered. View of the towers at night was beautiful. Would love to see a coffee/tea set up for guests, but other than that is was excellent!

The apartment was very spacious with comfy beds and great air conditioning. We also appreciated the convenience of the washing machine and dryer, both of which worked well. The pool was a nice bonus, and it was not crowded in the mornings, which made for a relaxing experience.

The place was gorgeous and the perfect unobstructed view of the KL Twin Towers was spectacular! The bed was super comfortable!! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I did try to take a bath and put the hot water heater on for at least 20 min but water in bath and after bath, the shower, water was warm. The manager responsible for helping with any needs was a little slow in responding.....usually about 8 hours post asking a question or having a need (ie: there were no towels provided in the 2nd large bedroom and we had to request).

We loved everything about this accommodation. The pool, the gym, the location, the comfy beds.
