Infina Towers Affordable Staycation 8 units-2 BR

The location is 10/10. Jayjay is really good with communication and it is easy to check in and check out. The lobby guards are very helpful and the amenities are kept clean. No issue with warm water and cooking pots and wares are all provided. We were also given stub for water to drink and refill them. There’s a parking space provided making it easier and the internet is working fine.

Nice and clean when we arrived. AC are working and cold. Responsive owner to calls and message.

The pull out bed in the living room is broken, 2 members were not able to to sleep properly. We ask for wifi password but they give the wrong password/not working. No rugs outside the bathroom and rooms so from time to time we need to mop the floor. Not enough towels and blanket for 8pax. High level pent house so it's on the top floor of the building. On bedroom No.2 only fits 2person.

The room is clean and spacious, near the supermarket and transportation.

We stayed for 3 days family of 7 but the rice cooker and pan are too small which is only good for couples. No cleaning materials such as rugs and broom so we can clean easily as we used to clean the room before we leave the property, and we cannot wash wet clothes after we swim because there is no washing machine as well😑Pillows look so old too.

Responsiveness of host

There was a leak in the bathroom.

Location and the customer service.

I think the facilities and cleanliness can still be improved. (Please change the sofa bed or at least clean it)

Clean and spacious.

It wasn't prepared for the number of pax stated: there weren't enough blankets. Although it was communicated beforehand that the number of plates and body towels were only good for 4, it would've been nice to have accommodated all the number of guests since the place actually caters to a larger group. There was also no handsoap.

Emplacement parfait proche université d’Ateneo. Logement propre, literie confortable. Piscine en bas. Entrée sécurisée.

Ras. Tout était ok.

I like the place as it has a balcony and a lot of amenities in the ground floor. Even the security is friendly.

I love the place and location

Internet connection was slow

Hope you could accomodate the children in swimming pool since I have booked thought that we can ventured that even the children might be allowed to bathe in the pool because they were from the province and on just in vacation even if were not a resident just to have a happy memories to your place. Just disappointed regarding this.

No breakfast booked.

No Wardrobe to hang the clothes inside the bedroom.

Ambiance

Getting our IDs and too pricey

The lobby and rooms are spacious. There is a view from the balcony. The condo owner and his rep are friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. My 2nd time staying here.

New construction. The entire experience of being at infina is incredible. The host and his rep are very involved in the accomodation. They are helpful and respond fast to any inquiry or help if you need any. The condo is very spacious and feels like home. I highly recommend this booking. They are family oriented as well.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.
