The owner and in charge are very responsive and flexible.

It was clean , spacious and walking distance from cafes and restaurants.

The restaurant & pool , available next door at the Novotel Suites were excellent

No laundry service. No automatic change in bedsheets after 2 nights. Only if change in bed sheets was insisted, the host finally changed on the third day of my 6 consecutive days of stay.

Not a lot of activities in walking distance, would like condo room to have nice big comfortable chair. As one gets older it is important to be able to put feet up

The apartment was exceptional in every aspect. The design was very appealing and everything was there for your convenience, including a very well specced kitchen,although we didn't cook much. It was quiet and peaceful, especially considering we're in a busy part of the city. It was close to the Power Plant mall, where there is a wide choice of restaurants and then reasonably close to the airport, about 25 minutes. We loved it there and we will stay again next time we're in Manila

Nothing to dislike

The Bathroom is not Clean and have issue with the Bidet. The Refrigerator loss power and spoiled all our food that we bought in the grocery store. The flooring is not properly done, there is gap on the floor.

This place was nice! - Good Wi-Fi (enough for Zoom calls, as I had to work), as well as YouTube & Netflix on TV. - The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. - It's spacious and clean. - The area was a bit away from the city center, but if you take a taxi, it'll only take 5 minutes to get to the main area (Makati). - There are some cafes and markets (e.g., Lawson) inside the building. - The view was amazing!

There were a few minor annoyances, but they didn't really affect my stay: - it would be great if the owners kept some kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, or oil for cooking, because you don't want to have to buy them for your one-week stay. - There's also a gym and swimming pool, which you have to book in advance to use. You can't just go whenever you want, so you have to plan the exact date & time ahead. It might be annoying, but that doesn't have anything to do with the apartment itself. :)

The mattress was poor quality and the unit was not completely clean. There was still trash in the restroom can from the last time it was used. The cooktop was difficult to use and the microwave was unusable because the breaker would trip every time it was turned on. This would turn off everything on the circuit.

Very clean and very modern. And stylish. And very good at communicating.

It was such a beautiful remodeled condo with an amazing view. Also in a great location very close to everything you need.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but that wasn’t a big deal at all.

Everything was excellent, the host super cute and responsive! All amenities were provided, service is outstanding!

The place was very cosy, clean and well looked after. The interior of the place is amazing! Gwen would literally go above and beyond just to help you out for any inquiries. I would totally come back again & book this accomodation. ++ you stay on level 32 which has an amazing view ✨
