I stayed at this hostel for a few days, and I can honestly say it was one of the best parts of my entire trip. It's just a short walk from the city center — close enough to get around easily, but far enough from the noise to actually get some rest from the fast pace of Ho Chi Minh City. What stood out most is that this doesn't feel like a typical guesthouse — it's genuinely run by a family, and you can feel it in every detail. They were checking in on me even before I landed, and stayed in touch right up until I arrived at the hostel. That same level of care carried through the whole stay. Every morning, breakfast was prepared with real care by the family's aunt, and it was the kind of small gesture that made the place feel like home rather than just somewhere to sleep. The owners and staff were always ready to help with anything I needed, and the rooms and bathrooms stayed spotless the entire time I was there. It's exactly the kind of place you hope to find when you want somewhere calm, welcoming, and genuinely well cared for in the middle of such an intense city. If you're looking for a place with real warmth, where you can rest and feel taken care of from the moment you arrive, don't hesitate to book this hostel. I'd come back without a second thought.

Staff are all super friendly. Brian and Minh are so nice to deal with. The rooftop is chill, the beds have curtains, and the bathrooms are clean.

You’re given a really warm welcome. There’s always someone there who’s happy to help you with anything. A lovely à la carte breakfast (Unfortunately, the soup always ran out quickly) The hostel isn’t in the centre, but there are loads of cheap and good vegetarian restaurants nearby.

A drinking water station would be brilliant

Boys from the staff are the greatest people in Saigon, very good breakfast, shot out to lady that cooks.

I liked the fact that the property is in a quieter place in town and put me in a local spot away from most of the other tourists

There was nothing that I can fault this family for everything was perfect and really well thought out

This is truly an amazing hostel. The staff at the Rezeption is very kind and helpful with everything from the rooms to tours and speak very good english. Also the place is nicely located with just a few minutes to the main town but just enough outside so you don't feel overcrowded. As the Hostel is pretty new the rooms are really clean and you got everything that you would need for a nice stray. 10/10 recommend from someone who has been throughout the whole of Vietnam.

Located in the best fooddistrict, relatively small for a hostel which keeps the vibes cozy and intimate. Locker and keys provided, and ample foodtours, cooking classes and good priced tours to the mecong tunnels. Good breakfast and the owners are super helpful, they helped us with some shopping and food recommendations and were a good homecoming in saigon.

The staff that spoke English was a bit helpful.

I had an incident where I just went out for a breather and when came back the door was locked by a person staying in the same room. I knocked politely but the person inside didn’t open the door. Asked management for a spare or master key and maybe due to language barriers he said there is no key. Went back banged in the door because someone was inside the room refusing to open it. The person inside reported the incident to the police and booking.com. The incident was poorly managed by the hostel staff. I was going to move to another hostel but had two nights left and had paid. Was guaranteed a refund but also felt it wasn’t my fault and rented another hotel anyways and stayed there the last two days.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were sturdy. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was convenient, and the staff helped me arrange my Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels tours. Special thanks to Bryan and his team for their excellent hospitality and customer service.

The shower area was a little narrow, and the water pressure was slightly low on the 3rd floor. However, this was not a major issue during my stay.

Nice affordable hostel. The 4-beds room was clean, the beds were comfy and the curtains are nice to get more privacy. They also clean the rooms everyday. you can enjoy the gym as the rooftop. the neighbourhood is nice and feels more "local", you can explore and discover a lot of things and it's less noisy and busy than others districts. The breakfast was also good.

The owners are friendly though a bit pushy about their tours, they send you a lot of whatsapp messages which could feel a bit intrusive sometimes. The shower has no pressure at all, they need to fix that.

Le personnel est sympa, le ménage est fait chaque jour, le petit déjeuner est bon.

Le prix des activités est 2 fois plus cher que sur Klook ou Get your guide et j'avais des Chinois qui ne respectaient pas les autres : pets très forts pendant la nuit, Tik Tok avec le son allumé, chasse d'eau des toilettes pas tirée etc...

The staff! So friendly and they genuinely care about you and make sure that you have the best time! They encouraged me to do a food tour run by the hostel and I met lots of new people and tried new food that I would never have otherwise tried. So unbelievably friendly!

Fantastic hostel in the 4th district of Saigon! Extremely helpful staff made up of a close knit community and family. The tours on offer are great, I personally did the walking street food tour and the CuChin Tunnel tour and they were both fantastic. Overall, would highly recommend this hostel for people wanting to stay in Saigon.

Good free breakfast with multiple options to choose from. A nice communal rooftop area with and pool table and seating. The hostel is in a local area but district one where all the major attractions are is only a 25 minute walk away. Lots of food options nearby.

Location is not very far, also not many activities were not explained to me. There was a strong smell in the room (in the building too) that wouldn’t go away from my clothes too

Really great place to stay, clean, good location and friendly staff. We had problems with a previous hostel so booked very late but this wasn’t a problem and check in was smooth. Breakfast was good too!

A family-run property with an incredibly clean and peaceful atmosphere. I’m spending the final days of my Vietnam trip here, and it’s been the perfect place to unwind. They even have a basic gym for a quick workout. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Not super social. Booked because I thought it would be a good place to meet people but there weren't many people there. Also, the location is ok, but not great.

My Second home at Saigon

Excellent location. It’s an easy walk to the city center without being in the main tourist district. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and comfortable.

I like that it has everything, including a gym, a rooftop, and free breakfast.

I think the toilet needs improvement.

So the hostel is nothing special i give it 8 cause of the location its not bad, if you are sleeping on the bed every motion you can hear from another person so its kinda ok value for money but wouldnt go there again

The dorms and toilets were clean and had everything you needed. Brian and the team were so helpful with anything that we needed and all booking tours. The breakfast served every morning was delicious.

The beds were comfortable; each bed had its own light and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was also nice and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and supportive.

The bunk beds are made of metal; they're very noisy, and you can feel it when the person above or below you moves. Overall, the hostel is small, and so are the common areas, so it's not a very social place. Although breakfast offers three options, the portions are quite small.

Really friendly staff and great breakfast

Tours seem a little overpriced - I did the tunnels tour, I could’ve got exactly the same tour for 2/3 of the price online. The team assured me that theirs was more convenient and authentic but it was outsourced to a tour company anyway. Next time I would book a tour online, plenty pick up from District 4.

I’m so glad I found this hostel!! Perfect location in my favourite district 4 right by my favourite cheap local food. The staff Bryan and Chloe are so incredibly welcoming and are angels! Helping me out with anything and everything. They even set you up with a private WhatsApp inbox to talk through absolutely anything. Great vibe… not too party, not too unsocial. A perfect balance.
